Amazing job by a wonderful team! Lisa answered my inquiry and got me set up for a house washing right away. She was so kind, professional and knew her stuff. Alex and Danny were soooo great! Everyone was so nice to work with. They provided advice and knowledge about the perfect and other issues that may arise from what they found during the cleaning. Day of not only did they clean the gutters but also pointed out a construction issue with how the gutters were installed. Not pressure, no up sell, just looking out for the homeowner. My wife and I decided to hire someone to install outdoor Christmas lights on our home this last winter, especially since adding solar panels last summer complicates moving about on the roof. We settled on PDX Premier Softwash because of a good price bundling together gutter service and light installation/removal. Given the risks in clambering about on roofs in the wet winter here in the metro area of Portland, OR, and also as it is backed by a solid and complete service guarantee, the cost of putting up the lights made it worthwhile. That went well, and we decided also to have them do a roof cleaning/treatment for us and to wash our windows. That was completed earlier this week, and the team did a great job! The prices were reasonable, the team was courteous and professional, they finished the work quickly (and safely which was a concern of course for putting lights up on the eves of our 2nd story of our home). When I did a walk around after the windows cleaning and found a skipped edge on a window, the team cleaned it right up. We paid by check to avoid a credit card processing fee. The roof treatment looks effective, expecting that our roof will be moss and mold free for a few years, and maybe more. Overall, for similar services, I'd likely go with PDX Premier Softwash again, and I recommend them as a reliable, professional, and cost-effective service-oriented business.

Great experience second time around! I have multi-year contract with the company for roof maintenance and gutters cleaning, and I didn't have to remind about the one-year mark appointment. Lisa reached out and the dates were set. Alex and his team did a great job once again! Reliable company, good service, reasonable prices, would recommend to anyone.

I have been using PDX Premier Soft Wash for a few years! Always a great job Alex is professional, detailed, and always does a great job with our gutter cleaning, window washing and pressure washing /sanitizing the outside of our house! This is a responsive company which I appreciate they always get back to me if I have any questions.

Always do an excellent job! Highly efficient and at a very reasonable price. Second year in a row we’ve had our gutters cleaned. This year we added a solar panel cleaning and it was well worth it! We love how they automatically can schedule you the same time each year.
