Say YES to PDX Premier Softwash. This team of people exceeded my expectations. Which is rarely the case. Lisa was a gem on the phone. Peppy, positive and attentive to questions throughout the whole process. Alex the owner was amazing. He was onsite and paid attention to all the details including clean up. Wonderful experience. A Top Notch crew of professionals who honestly care about the client.

Great experience from beginning to end & highly recommend them!! PDX premier removed moss from the roof, soft washed it, and cleaned the gutters. Excellent customer service (Lisa is responsive, knowledgeable, and kind), excellent service (Alex is efficient, thorough, and also sent pics of before & after), and quick booking (only 2 business days to get scheduled). Great service and while not the cheapest option they work hard to be available for any of your needs. I had them clean my roof and after a storm a ton of debris came down and wrecked my roof again. I called to see if they would redo my roof and to my surprise the owner had a team out the next day and cleared it free of charge. Could not be happier with my experience with this company.

It is "set it and forget it" with PDX Premier Softwash. For the past three years, Lisa sends me a text letting me know that my scheduled gutter cleaning is coming up and then keeps me posted. It's always a relief to know I'm ready for the winter rainy season.

The technicians are efficient clean up all the gunk and show me pictures of my roof and downspouts.

Alex and Lisa were fantastic to work with from start to finish. Despite some scheduling hiccups due to "day of" machinery issues, communication was consistent throughout. Alex went above and beyond—staying late, coming back early the next day, and never rushing the job. He was meticulous and made sure everything looked great. When I noticed a couple of missed spots (due to my miscommunication), he happily unpacked his gear and took care of it on the spot. Top-notch service—I’d absolutely work with them again and highly recommend them!

Awesome, these guys did a great job. They seemed trustworthy- our little girls enjoyed following them around and watching them work. A lot!! But yeah our windows and tracks are looking terrific now, and the price was great.
