Team 6 led by Team Leader Briseida did a great job cleaning our whole house, top to bottom - hallways, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room, etc.! I really appreciate how thorough they were. Bathrooms & kitchen were sparkling! Thank you again!

I had both a move-out and move-in cleaning done. Team 3 did our move-in and Team 5 did our move-out. I explained my areas of concern (dusty blinds, dirty window tracks, grimy cabinets) and the team got to it. I’m very particular with how my home is cleaned and The Maids cleaned it beyond my expectations.

Scheduling communication is clear, timely and office is easy to contact. I highly recommend them!

Currently 9 months pregnant and really needed our house to be thoroughly cleaned after letting things slides the past few months. I had team #6 with Briseida, and they did a great job resetting our whole home. They worked quickly and efficiently. I feel so relieved and ready to bring our baby home to a clean house.

OMG! Life changing. Team 4 did an incredible job of cleaning our house. We have been renovating for years and things were a mess until Lupita and her team came to work their magic. It took them 8 hours of nonstop work and we thank them. Everything shines and smells fresh. I would recommend Team 4 to anyone doing phased in renovations. It is worth every cent and more! We have peace mind and are comfortable. THANKS AGAIN TEAM 4!

Based on the quality of cleaning I received, I’m genuinely surprised by the number of 5-star reviews. My experience was very different.

Very expensive — $565 for approximately 1.5 hours of cleaning (4 people, roughly $94 per person-hour).
2. Cleaning quality did not meet expectations. There was visible residue left on countertops, door jambs were not cleaned, corners of window sills still had dirt, the top of the TV was not dusted, and areas under tables that required bending down were skipped.

Overall, it felt more like a light surface wipe-down and vacuum rather than a thorough cleaning. I had a few already-rinsed dishes in the sink that were not addressed. A phone charging cable was not moved to vacuum underneath.

They broke down my amazon boxes, but put non-recyclables and non-trash items into the recycling bin?!

They did arrive on time — but took up my entire 2-car driveway with one car — I had to park across the street.

I wish i had something more positive to say.

They did offer to come back, but after the first experience i really don’t feel comfortable having this company in my house again.

Tyler and his team finished their 3rd job for us on Aug 25, 2025. As with their previous 2, Tyler did a thorough interview with us to define the work that they would do. He gave us contact information for an arborist/consultant to examine a large tree in the greenspace adjacent to our property that he would not be able to take on. We could use the report to meet with our HOA to address any potential future issues. Great suggestion!
His team did another awesome job with the work we asked for. The guys were friendly, knowledgeable, and quite proud of their work. Cleanup was flawless. We highly recommend King's Tree Service!

Crew came on time, checked what had to be done and was done in the time estimated.
Safety was first on the minds of the four workers. They have the right equipment for safety and to accomplish the work.The tree cutters cut and placed the pieces on the ground without damaging the shrubs and plants. They worked together to clean up the area better than it was before. We were very pleased with King's services and will use them again.

Great guys. They came in after a storm broke my black locust tree, they had my 40 foot plus tall tree out in a couple of hours. The guys were quick, professional, and respectful of my property.

Bad costumer service. Service did not go through because Tyler will not even listen why I dont need permit to remove the tree from Washington County. Thanks to you, other services have done the work fast and safely. Best wish on your business.

Very happy with king's. Everything from the estimate, scheduling, to work execution went smoothly and perfectly. Experts with quite an impressive arsenal of equipment. And cleaned up after themselves nicely.

I would highly recommend King's Tree Service. Tyler's crew were prompt, professional and courteous. They teamed well with the crane operators as they dismantled my fallen tree and lifted it up and out of my backyard. They efficiently chipped it all up and cleaned up the debris. They also left me with some nice fireplace logs per my request.

I had 3 bifurcated spruce trees that needed to come down. The crew showed up on time and got right to work. They protected my property and did an excellent clean up job when they were all through. PS. The price was great too.

These young men are amazing. They are professional, friendly and in one day had our precarious tree down and other trees trimmed up. I don’t have to worry about any branches falling or the one bad tree ending up on our yard or roof. They also cleaned up the yard and other work spaces exceptionally well. Thank you so much.

Tyler's crew did an excellent job in challenging conditions. They were able to take down our 40' ash tree (very close to two fences and the house) without any damage at all. The team did a good job with cleanup as well.

We just had 14 trees removed and several old stumps. The work was done very professionally with no damage to other trees and bushes that they had to work around. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. This was our first time using this service, but given we have allot of trees one our lot, it will not be our last! Extremely happy customer!

Tyler came out to give us a quote, and gave us detailed feedback on the state of our trees. Next week on the day of the removal, the crew arrived on time, answered all my (and neighbor’s) questions, removed as agreed, cleaned up beautifully, and even put up the play structures we had taken down for the tree removal (see the pic). We (and our neighbors who kept the logs) were very impressed! Thank you.

Competitive bid. Did everything that was on the quote. Had a tricky tree in a location between two structures. They remove it without incident. I plan on using them again in the near future for another tree. There was a lot of branches I heard being drug down the side of the house and a couple of items in the path were damaged. That’s more of me not preparing the area for the work.

Tyler and company did a great job with our two large tree and stump removals. Pricing was competitive and the job done on time with no hassle. I recommend them!
