Chozen Gardens landscaping exceeded my expectations. Albert was able to stop by our house and provide a quote within a couple hours of calling the company. He was very knowledgeable of the different flora in my yard and helped provided good recommendations on how to tackle the overgrowth. They were accommodating to my work schedule and had the crew come out on my days off.
When the landscaping crew arrived we went over the plans of what I wanted done and then went right to work. They climbed high up my pines to trim branches and chopped down some unhealthy large birch trees. They worked quickly and cleanly. I was very impressed with their ability to chop down trees that were uncomfortably close to my house.
They did an excellent job! I highly recommended their services!

Adversity will reveal who is able to rise to the occasion, and Albert really shone managing a complicated drainage situation which nearly spiraled into a neighborly feud. As well as his ability to work around the unfortunate circumstances that this project inadvertently raised, he was able to diagnose the issue (poor drainage on a hillside property causing basement flooding and a retaining wall to fail), propose a solution, and carry it through with good humor and excellent communication throughout.

Despite the weather's best efforts, the site was kept neat and tidy and the mess to an absolute minimum, which was much appreciated. I look forward to working with Chozen Gardens in the future and would unreservedly recommend them.

Albert did some beautiful work with removing trees that were getting too close to the side of my house and interfering with the roof. He was available so quickly and did a wonderful job. Well worth it. Will be using him again for sure!

After requesting five quotes to remove an oak tree—at least 100 years old, possibly 200—that fell in a storm, we chose Chozen Gardens. From the moment I met Albert, I knew he was the one we’d go with, and both of my neighbors felt the same. The tree had fallen across two yards, and even a third neighbor ended up needing tree work.

Albert and his team were punctual, professional, and cleaned up after each day. They were even able to start the job the day after giving us the quote.

In addition to removing the large oak, they also took down a second oak and a birch tree. I appreciated how knowledgeable they were about the trees—they clearly cared and would have tried to save them if it had been possible. Albert and the rest of the crew were also approachable and easily to communicate with. That’s the difference between someone who understands trees and someone who just cuts them down.

We called Albert when we were concerned with the health of two of our trees. He worked with us to both diagnose and treat our trees, and we ultimately decided to treat one of them and remove the other.

Albert was very supportive and informative through the process, helping us through the difficult process of not only deciding to remove one of our trees, but the removal and stump-grinding itself, as well as just general advice around other trees on our property, with no question to small to go unanswered.

When it came time to execute the work, Albert and his team took great care of our property while going through both the treatment and removal process for our trees, and did very professional job with being upfront about cost, scheduling, and scope of work.

We hired Chozen Gardens to remove some old garden beds and to lay down a flagstone patio then to construct a pergola in their place. He listened to what we were thinking we wanted, offered suggestions and worked with us to keep within a budget. He responded well to calls and texts and corrected any hiccups that arose during the project with no issue. He and his crew were busy with other projects and dealing with bad weather days, so it took some time to get the project done but we were patient, and he didn't take full payment until the work was completed. We also hired his crew to professionally trim an overgrown tree and the results were great.

I reached out to Albert about a removal of a persimmon tree that my mother no longer wished to have. It has sentimental value to me and I wanted to keep it alive, and Albert was so kind to take in the persimmon tree to find a new home. During the removal, he gave a lot of advice about our other trees in how to keep them happy and healthy, which we really appreciated as my mother took over the green thumb duties after my father passed away, and it sounds like the health has been steadily declining since. Albert is a super nice guy and you can tell he has a love for the outdoors and trees. We will definitely keep Albert in our contacts for our tree needs. Thank you again!

After interviewing several companies, we chose Chozen Gardens to replace the failing retaining wall and fence along our backyard area. Albert was knowledgeable about the work that was needed, made suggestions and listened to our ideas and concerns.
During this project, we decided to remove an old fruit tree near the fence too. This tree was removed quickly, stump grinding done and wood chips from the tree spread along the fence.

There were a few hiccups during the project, but they were corrected to our satisfaction. Albert's team were punctual, professional and cleaned up after each work day. Would definitely recommend them.

Evergreen landscape care and tree services did an amazing job removing my 100 year old tree. They worked quickly, carefully and with precision. Left the fire wood size logs and took away the rest. Their price was fair and honest and they honored the estimate. The crew did an amazing job and they were fun to watch as they made my giant silver leaf maple tree disappear. Highly recommend them. I will refer them to my friends and family and will continue to use their services in the future.

I had need of some trimming on a birch tree; removing two large overhanging limbs, plus some cleanup of deadwood. Crew was on time, work was done in an efficient, professional, and thorough manner. Jobsite was clean and tidy when they were done.

Had a large tree leaning over and ready to fall. Evergreen came out and cut the tree down quickly and without issue. They finished in a couple of hours and cleaned up the site. Would recommend.
