Absolutely fabulous job! Jordan managed to get black paint out of my daughter's bedroom carpet! And the rest of the house looks amazing as well. I have two dogs, two cats, and a messy teen in the house, and you would not know it to look at the carpets now. I wish I had taken before and after photos to prove it, but trust that it's a night-and-day difference. Jordan was on time and worked quickly. He even managed to fit me in his schedule within a week. I'll definitely be using his carpet-cleaning services again in the future!

We have been using Maids by Trade for a while now and have never been disappointed. They are very efficient and do a great job every time they come. We have them come monthly and are very happy with their service.

If this review was based entirely on just the actual cleaning portion of my experience I would give 4 stars, but I am beyond disappointed in how my concerns werr handled, and by the owner of the company no less. I had employed their services for about 2 months. Each week they did an overall decent job, with the only area not being 100% yo my liking the toilets. Maybe I am hard to please in wanting to see no stains in the bowl each week. Realize though they were coming EVERY week and the house was always in good shape. If I'm paying almost $500 a month I think it's reasonable to want certain areas to be done to a high standard. The last time they came they also left clumps of hair from the floor cleaner in the laundry room sink. I let her know it was not a big deal but wanted to bring To her attention . Her reply to me was that it's very hard on the girls to work in a house with so much cat hair. I have ONE short hair cat who spends her time in about 2 rooms of the house. Overall what I'm really disappointed about was that there was no ownership of their short comings, and instead the owner chose to "blame " me for having unrealistic standards and expectations . Totally unacceptable .

These ladies are so polite and efficient. Also very friendly and accomodating. They arrive on time and let you know ahead of time when they are coming through. They cleaned my house better than I ever could. Celia, the chief in charge was always very nice and honest and is just a treat to talk to.

You won't regret hiring these maids. Would hire again

I have used Maids by Trade for a few months now and so far we are very please with their services. The crew assigned to our house is consistently doing a good job. At one point there was a misunderstanding in their notes but nothing major to complaint about.

Amazing service. I spoke with 6 other cleaning companies and Celia stood out to me in how prompt and professional she was. She gave me a reasonable quote and was available on the day I needed the service. The house was cleaned to the smallest of details; even the toaster oven was cleaned out.
