UPDATE- Emmet contacted me to apologize and explain that he and his family had been sick. He sent someone out the next day to do the repair at no additional charge. The repair looks to have been done very well. Thank you for taking care of that Emmet!
Initial review- I requested a gutter repair. Emmet said they specialize in gutter cleaning, but could do a repair along with a cleaning. He scheduled quickly. However, when his employee came out he only did a cleaning and did not do the repair. The cleaning pulled some pieces of covering off the gutters that was left hanging down or thrown on the porch. I reached out to ask why the repair had not been done. Emmet was responsive and said he had forgotten to note the repair and would send someone back out within a few days to take care of it. It’s been over a week and no one has come out and no follow up contact has been made.

Really good job quick fast and left the job site like it was when he get there really impressed. Great job thanks. I’ll use you guys again next year.

Emmett and crew did a great job; very responsive and arrived on time. Even suggested adding moss removal and treatment on the roof. Will definitely use them again. Like the fact that they are a local, family owned business.

Beaverton Gutter Cleaning provided great service. They were able to schedule gutter cleaning the same week we requested. They also cleaned up nicely as well. Following the service, Emmett called to make sure all went well.

Made appt for roof and gutter clean and gutter guard install. Confirmed 3 days before appt. No one showed up for appt. Called 4 times and Emmett finally called back saying there were personal issues but he would send Caleb out next day before noon. No one showed up second day and no call. The 5 stars is a joke..other sites have this company at 3. I have gone to a professional company, now.

These guys are great! I can't say enough about how good of a job they do. They showed up on time, they were friendly, and they were efficient. This is my second time using them. My gutters were COMPLETELY clogged and filled with leaves. They came out, cleaned the gutters, got the downspouts cleared out and now I have peace of mind for the rest of winter knowing I have cleared out gutters. Totally satisfied with their work and will definitely use them again!

Just had my gutters cleaned for the third year by one of Emmett's teams, and while I've always been pleased with the quality of work, this year was the best. They arrived on time, provided pictures of the moss that they recommended treating and the gutters after they were done, and wrapped up the job quickly, too. They were just great all around.

Had an issue with the original gutter cleaning, one of the downspouts was overflowing after the work was just done. They guaranteed it for 3 months after, so they were able to come back out and take care of the issue. They get busy during the rainy season, but great customer service since they were able to hire more help.

Ron was great! So professional, kind, and thorough. Took the time to walk my husband through every question he had about our roof and gutters. Getting a tech out did take a while (start time was a couple hours behind schedule as they had to send out a different tech). But we would definitely work with Ron again.

I do NOT recommend this company! I had to call/ email Emmett multiple times for his workers to come back and actually finish the original job. I originally got my cutters and moss removal in July. The end of September I notice green moss still on my roof. Emmett told me the reason there is green moss is because the moisture on my roof. We had a very hot summer/fall. It did not rain in those 3 months. There should've been "new" green moss growing at all. It was a nightmare trying to get a hold and to confirm an actual date for his company to finish the original job. (It took over month and half to get on his books.) Some how I had to pay an additional 225$, from the original price of 875$ for his company to come out (not even 3 months later) to get all the moss off. This was a joke and the most unprofessional company I've ever worked with. NEVER AGAIN! Please save yourself the trouble & find someone with a work ethic.

***** I added proof of my invoices! Don’t make me post the emails from your wife! I did use this company and it SUCKED!!!!! There’s proof of the second invoice I had to pay for them to actually finish the job! ****** I emailed Emmett multiple times. RIDICULOUS!!! I also added proof that Savannah Paul (the wife) knows exactly who I am and their faulty services. Before she changed her review to “you’re not in our records.” Oh YES, I am.

Jairo and team from Beaverton Gutter Cleaning were professional, thorough and respectful of our house. They did a nice job of cleaning up after themselves as well. The owner, Savannah, was super involved and communicative during the process.

David did an excellent job cleaning our gutters and inspecting the roof, gutters and moss build-up. He photographed before and after to show results. This is the second year I’ve used Beaverton Gutter and plan to use their services in the future. Thank you!

Worse service provider! Says they will send someone out to fix their issue but no one show. Will never use or recommend them.

They came out quickly and did a great job cleaning our gutters. They also offered to treat our roof while they were up there, which was nice to hit two birds with one stone! We originally called because we have a rain drain (underground) that was clogged, which they don’t usually do, but they tried their best to help us out! They were not successful in unclogging it. My only complaint is that we’ve been told we need some repairs on our gutters in the past but we didn't hear anything about any assessments like that when Beaverton Gutters cleaned them.

WOW this team impressed! We were years overdue for a roof/gutter cleaning and maintenance and reached out to Beaverton Gutter after a recommendation from our neighbors. They gave us a comprehensive quote and had a crew on the way to our house before we even hung up the phone. They were professionals, clean and efficient the whole way through the job and identified several problem areas with our roof and had fixes in place the next day after picking up the extra materials. We got detailed photos of our roof and all the areas they worked on, including before and after details and they followed up with a roof life expectancy that was well beyond our initial expectations. Planning on having the crew back for siding cleaning and exterior trim painting in the spring and will be using and referring them as well going forward!

I absolutely recommend this amazing company! I had a moss covered driveway and sidewalk. I came home to a sparkling brand new looking driveway/sidewalk. Savannah is one of the main reason's I choose them. She’s truly personable, beyond professional, yet makes you feel like old friends. I had great, fast and expedient same day service.

Dont suck... Savannah and her team are a breath of fresh air ( or free flowing clear water, as it were) in this current customer service decline. Her team treats you like they would in a small town and deliver you world class results. Seems like I shouldn't have to say it, but I do, and I know you know what I'm saying when I say. - They actually pick up the phone. - They call back. - The show up, on time - They work - the work is is done above standard - for a fair price. In a time when customer service sucks, be a breath of fresh air. Be Savannah, be like Beaverton Gutter Cleaning.

I appreciated the quick scheduling of my gutter cleaning for my house, aluminum deck cover, and garden shed. I did notice the next day the pine needles on the backside of the garden shed roof were not cleaned off before the gutter was cleaned and downspouts were not flushed out. I took care of this as I was able to reach with my ladder. I did receive pictures of the work done, but not some of the areas I was most concerned with, such as the front and back gutter downspouts. I was told it was the company protocol that these downspouts were flushed out, so I am taking them at their word.
