I can't recommend Carpet Surgeon enough, the people who work here are the best at what they do and they are also an absolute pleasure to work with. Jr. is amazing; kind, efficient, talented, and a true expert. He turned a disgusting damaged wood floor into a beautiful one that looks brand new again -- I didn't think it was even possible! He really went above and beyond. Glen is fantastic too and the price was so reasonable, even more so considering the top quality you're getting. If you need help with flooring, call these guys. I needed a small fix to our carpet which was customized by our puppy. From my first contact with the company, I knew I was in good hands. Tess set me up with an appointment that was just a couple days out due to a cancellation and I received a call an hour prior to my appt that they were running ahead of schedule. Adam and Jacob arrived as promised and set to repairing our carpet. The job was done professionally and promptly and they were kind enough to give me a cleaning estimate when asked. The carpet repair looks great and I don't see any areas of concern with the fix. Everyone was personal, the job done professionally and they were prompt; what else could you ask for?

Very satisfied. I didn't know who to call for carpet installation. But, I knew I didn't want to work with a random contractor from home depot. I went with Carpet Surgeon because its a local business that has a reputation to upload, and it had a lot of positive reviews. I'm glad I did because they did a great job. The room looks great, and Ralph was on-time, fast, and friendly. I'd strongly recommend them.

When doing my research for a company to stretch my old carpet I was surprised to see the Carpet Surgeon had 5.0 stars and 90 reviews. I went with them and from start to finish they earned 5 stars. Similar to other reviewers, while researching how to fix the wrinkles in my carpet, I was surprised when I came across a company with a 5 star review and so many reviews. Based on the reviews, I hired Carpet Surgeon to stretch the carpet in every room on the 2nd floor of my home plus had my couch and an area rug cleaned. Everything looks absolutely wonderful. Ralph, Gabriel and Glen were extremely friendly and professional, and the price was very reasonable. I'm especially impressed with the repair job on my carpet. I was a bit skeptical about how it would work simply because I have never had carpet stretched before and I am not familiar with the process, but it looks so good and makes a world of difference aesthetically. The investment was worth every penny and I'd hire them again in a heartbeat!

Great, detail oriented crew that is very knowledgeable about their trade. Friendly, transparent, and amazing work. When we first moved into our house the carpet smelled strongly of the previous owners dogs and was also triggering allergic reactions—the Carpet Surgeon team was able to promptly get a technician out here and even squeak in a bit of time to stretch some carpet that had was wrinkled even though it wasn’t originally part of the plan. We loved their work so much we called them back two years later to fix a transition area our cats had ravaged. 100% the company we will go to for whatever carpet needs we have.

From the first interaction with this company, I was impressed. I called to schedule a carpet cleaning and Glen was very helpful. As I explained my carpet issues (stains that I thought would require a replacing of my carpet), he listened and provided hopeful solutions. Replacing the carpet was left as the last resort. I was so relieved when his solution worked!

A few days before the scheduled cleaning, they confirmed with me via text. Then on the day of, they confirmed that morning. Justin, the carpet cleaner, was respectful and diligently worked at cleaning my carpets. Justin did such a good job in cleaning the carpet, the carpet looked new.

I highly recommend Carpet Surgeon and will be using them again!

The technician, Justin, came and restretched the carpets in our hallway and master bedroom as scheduled.
Everything was done within an hour, and he vacuumed when done.

Had a great experience with Carpet Surgeon. Glen knew exactly what I was after, and Ralph is a carpet stretching guru. Surgeons indeed! He was able to vastly improve our aging basement carpet that had developed some wrinkles over the years. I thought the price was fair and booking was quick/easy. Great all around, highly recommended.

I had my carpet stretched and cleaned by Carpet Surgeon and was very impressed by the company. I received an estimate over the phone and then in person. The team was accurate, professional and did an amazing job. They really are carpet experts! I highly recommend and I plan on using them again.

I really do not want to leave a bad review for a local business. But want to share my feedback.

Pros: Communication - it was easy to work with them, they were able to work with our changing schedule due to moving into our new home. Technicians who worked seemed happy employees. Ability to pay for the invoice was a simple/easy process.

Cons:
Not up front pricing and performance.

Over the phone I was quoted $400 based on room quantity but the actual invoice was over %60 more than I was quoted. The reason, they do charge per sq foot and not room size. Their sq foot calculation was correct but was I quoted that amount, I could have shopped and compared pricing better. They should have mentioned their pricing to me up front - not disclosing that key info was not good. It is easy to get sq foot size of the home, too. You can simply pull the room size online on Zillow. You do not even need to be present to give an accurate quote.

Once I did complain about this significant price change after I saw the large increase, they did offer some discount but still it was over $530 compared to $400. They should have mentioned the pricing difference before they started the job as a courtesy even at that point, it would have been better. So that left a bad experience for me hence lower rating.

Performance was mediocre. Some spots were not cleaned. For the price and based on other reviews, I expected top notch.

Overall, I had better experience with other carpet cleaning companies. I thought I was getting quality service and honest pricing but it felt short on those areas.

Fantastic work. Just look at the type of corner they had to work around. The work that was not needed or could not be performed once the rug was pulled back (no joist found so can't fix the squeak) was removed from the original estimate. The squeak that could be repaired is solid. My house is a 2001 build FYI. Super nice and professional and clean. Thank you to the whole CS crew!

Justin did a fabulous job bringing my tired carpet back to life. He also was able to stretch one area and to repair another.
