Glen and Ralph were very helpful in fixing some bumps in my three-year-old carpeting. They were very consultative, the pricing was fair, on time, and ultimately, very professional. I would highly recommend them!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I called Carpet Surgeon on really short notice, looking for a carpet stretch on 5 year old carpet, in order to take photos for home listing. Glen messaged me after-hours on a Friday and was able to explain their needs and give me a quote, through photos and quick measurements on my part. He even replied on the weekend.

Needless to say, within 4 days (weekend included) Ralph was here to stretch the carpet and get the wrinkles out. The price was fair and I am happy to pay it, since the communication, service and work were all done seamlessly (unnecessary pun HAHA). Thanks Glen, Ralph and the Carpet Surgeon team!

Justin and Ralph did an AMAZING job! They were professional, on time, and did beautiful work. We had our carpets stretched and steps cleaned also. What a huge difference it made! We would definitely recommend! 🙂

Justin performed his own version of the show with his own cast and crew members during the production process for the carpet restoration project. He was the one who made it happen for me and my family to be able to get a good deal on the projects that were being done by the company. The service was outstanding and the team did everything possible to get it right.

Carpet Surgeon sent someone out to help with some carpet repairs. The work was a bit challenging but they did a great job and it looks perfect. The response times were fast and the pricing was also excellent. These are our "forever" carpet guys!

SEAMLESS Results!!! I had 2 bleach spots on cream carpet due to my stupidity of using clorox spray to clean spots thinking it was like 409. Well the word clorox should have been my first clue. While Ralph was nervous about the pattern being difficult, he did it!!! You have to look very hard to see the 2 square patches. Now the test of traffic and carpet cleaning will be another test, but he said the patch seams are the same as any other seam in your carpet, meant to withstand the carpet cleaner.

Do not shop around, Carpet Surgeon is worth it.

We are thrilled with the service we got from Carpet Surgeon! Our dog tore up a section of carpet, leaving the tack strip exposed, so we wanted it repaired ASAP. Carpet Surgeon was able to give us an estimate over the phone and come out the next day. Ralph was in & out quickly and it looks fantastic!

Just got my carpets and sofa cleaned from these guys everything looks as good as new! Called around and they had the best prices. Consumers service is a lost art but they were top notch from start to finish. Highly recommend.

They were very quick with their responses and pricing when I initially reached out about getting my carpet repaired. It was ripped at the transition area going into my bathroom, thanks to my cat's handiwork. They explained the process, told me what the flat price would be and it wasn't too damaged, and got me scheduled quickly. I was thinking I'd have to replace the carpet but it's really expensive, labor intensive and time consuming to do that right now. Ralph was the technician who came out and did a fantastic job, he was efficient quick, had booties for his shoes, moved the furniture out of the way without any issues and you right to it. He even trimmed the extra piece of carpet and gave it to me for possible future repairs since I didn't have extra material on hand and we ended up stretching the carpet. Even my husband who was skeptical was amazed by the results. So happy we found them to repair our carpet, it just saved me a ton of money and huge headache.

Had my Queen mattress cleaned. Travis did an excellent job and was very thorough. I will be using Carpet Masters NW in the future. Highly recommend.

Had the windows on our home done and was far less than impressed. A lot of streaks, handprints and dirty spots left. Came back twice to fix them before we had to say no thank you. Tracked barkdust throughout our home and on our new carpet.

We used Josh and his team for many years. Each time pleased with his response time and warranty of work. But something changed this last year. They came out and applied moss treatment with the usual guaranty. Except this time when I sent photos showing the moss was still there two months later, he scheduled me for retreatment but no one showed up. Then crickets! No response from Josh after several text, voice messages and emails to see if he needed to reschedule. I am very disappointed and confused as to what happened to his great customer service we relied upon for several years.
