We used Amazing Maids for deep cleaning our house and they did a fantastic job. They went above and beyond what we expected them to do based on what we have experienced with other services. We will use them again.

CUSTOMER BEWARE!!! They don't even deserve the 1-star review, but it was the lowest I could give. I scheduled their services 6 weeks in advance to do a move out clean on an apartment I was vacating. I had done so as a "gift" to myself to alleviate the stress of cleaning the apartment I was moving out of, but instead it was a NIGHTMARE!!! The day before my scheduled date, Amazing Maids left me a confirmation voicemail stating the cleaners would be there the next morning between 8-9am. At 9:15am the day of service, no one had arrived. I called the company and was informed by Beth that one of the maids had called in sick, so the other worker was running late, but she assured me the maid was only 5-10 minutes away from my residence. At 9:30am, the maid still had not arrived so I called Beth back. She said she was unsure why the maid had not arrived at my place yet, and stated she would call her then call me back. At 9:45am I still had not heard anything so I called Beth back again. She said she was unable to reach the maid that was scheduled to clean my apartment and that she had no idea where she was. I asked what I should do since I had other commitments that day and had planned to leave after the maids arrived (now 90 minutes late to the arrival time I was given). Beth replied "I don't know what to tell you". I then asked Beth if there was a possibility the maid might just not show up, to which Beth stated she did not know since she wasn't able to reach her. Since I had this scheduled for over 6 weeks, I expected Beth to offer some resolution to the problem, possibly sending over another worker or offering to have someone come later that day. Instead, Beth was extremely rude and demeaning, again repeatedly stating "I don't know what to tell you". I was in tears and asked Beth what I was supposed to do since this had been scheduled for over 6 weeks, so Beth finally offered to have someone come out the following week. I then told Beth that would not work as this was a move-out clean and I had to be out of the apartment the following day. Beth responded in a very rude and uncaring tone that since it was a move-out clean, that even if the maid did show up now, it was too late into my appointment time for them to even provide the services I had requested. At that point, I was so upset and felt nothing would be resolved so I hung up. I was appalled by the lack of professionalism and customer service this company displayed. Through all of this, Beth never even so much as offered an apology for what had transpired and their inability to provide the services I scheduled. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

They did a wonderful job and thoroughly disinfected our bathroom after our plumber finished with maintenance.

They came in early in the morning and we're done right after lunch. They cleaned the house up so well for it to have pictures taken I barely recognize that this was the house I first bought. Amazing job ladies and thank you so much!

The team that came to clean my home for a one time deep clean got every nook and cranny. Thoroughly impressed!

The team showed up on time with smiles on their faces, and once they stepped foot inside, the cleaning was on! Very happy to have the help and a spotless house.

Their flat rate is expensive. but overall good communication and good services I have to say. Two ladies did really a good job and make our home neat and clean.

Denise arrived upset and agitated and was both rude to me and completely unprofessional the entire time she was there. It seems they either under bid this job or it was getting so late in the day that she’d have to pay overtime. Neither of these scenarios should result in Denise being rude to an owner of a property or NOT completing the job they were hired to do by my tenant (Move out service).

BATHROOM:
1. Did not clean window.
2. Did not take fan cover off of ceiling and wash.

OFFICE:
1. Did not clean window.

MASTER BEDROOM:
1. Did not clean windows.

LIVING ROOM AND TURRET:
1. Cleaned 2 lower sections of 5 large windows.
2. Did not clean any of the window sills, any of the lower molding, any of the lower turret molding, or the fireplace mantel or marble hearth.
3. Did not sweep or mop the wood floors (perimeter).

KITCHEN:
1. Did not clean grease off the underside of the hood exhaust fan.
2. Did not clean oven exhaust on viking range.
3. Did not thoroughly clean decorative hood and cabinets above range.
4. Did not clean grease spots off the ceiling above range/cabinets.
5. Vacuumed out cabinets and double pantry but did not spray and scrub as need to remove food residue. Same for the under sink cabinet. Awful! Awful, job!
6. Did not clean front doors and drawer handles on center island. Let these filthy dirty!
7. Did not clean main window.
8. Did not clean glass panes on kitchen door.

Denise complained when I came in to see how much longer they needed. She thought 1 hour. To me 4 people in the kitchen for another hour should have meant the kitchen was super clean. Instead it was the worst room in the house! When I spoke to her the next day about them coming back to finish the kitchen, living room and windows she went off at me about no guarantees because there was furniture in the house (Center of living room and 1 bedroom wall). What does that have to do with the state of the KITCHEN? She actually started swearing saying ’S*** Show’ and ‘F*** Up’. Wow!

Ladies and Gentlemen of Portland (97201), DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY OR THIS UNPROFESSIONAL WOMAN! If you already are you might want to start shopping around for someone new to work with.

I thought I would have to hire a different company myself to come in and finish the job that Amazing (not) Maids did not complete but my former tenant offered to come back and finish the cleaning that the company she hired did not complete. She was also upset as she paid quite a bit for this service.

I would like you to know that Rosa and her co-worker did a fantastic job cleaning our rental condo today. They certainly took a lot of pride in their work too, and deserve a lot of praise. Great girls.

The service was excellent and well worth the money. My only complaint would be that I paid for deep cleaning and paid extra for the slider track to be cleaned, yet it was not what I would consider "clean". Other than that, I'm thrilled!
I tell you what, my floors are wonderfully squeaky clean. Thank you!

I have never used a cleaning service except for move out and now I’m forever changed! It was so amazing to come home to a true DEEP CLEAN, more than I could ever do myself. As a busy mom of two who works full time and owns my own business, this is an incredible resource I wish I had tapped into earlier. Highly highly recommend.

I have been using Amazing Maids for coming up on a year now. I am not usually home when they clean, but when I have been, the maids were very polite and friendly. I have spoken with Shannon on the telephone several times, and she is also polite and helpful.

I have no complaints with their quality of service. Everything isn't always cleaned perfectly, but close enough that I scarcely recall specific issues. They skipped the coffee pot once. The worst: they forgot to leave my candy! Their policy is not to clean every thing every visit which is understood and suits me fine. They keep my house clean enough that I barely have to clean it myself.

Once I took them up on on their policy that if I am not satisfied, they will come back. I was apprehensive requesting this, but I needn't have been. Shannon was apologetic and made sure I was satisfied. I close my bedroom door during the day to keep my dog out. They don't enter rooms that are closed. There was miscommunication regarding my expectations and their policy (which was reasonable when explained). The maids returned to clean my bedroom at no extra charge. Now I leave a note instructing them to enter.

After several months, Shannon reduced my bill. This is because they learned my house, and because I close off a room I don't use often. They weren't spending as much time at my house as they were when they started the service. This action demonstrated customer oriented ethics, and I greatly appreciate it.

So happy with this service, prices are great, people are lovely, and I cannot express how grateful I am to have some help. I am in my 3rd trimester of pregnancy and having my house cleaned and smelling lovely before baby arrives is awesome. So happy to have found a great service like Amazing Maids.

This week, they came late in the day (3:30) just before I had a zoom meeting. They graciously cleaned one room for me to use for the meeting. The rest of the time there was lots of crash banging, shouting and moving back & forth outside my room such that it interfered with my hearing what people were saying in my meeting! My husband observed that they were rushing to finish by 5:00. Some areas were missed and they seemed to take short cuts. This is not the quality of service we are accustomed to. Disappointed.

Had a great experience with Amazing Maids recently. I used them for move-in cleaning services and had them focus on wall cleaning as I was going to paint that week. They were communicative and kept me updated. Additionally, they got me in quickly on short notice whereas most other cleaning services in the area were 3-4 weeks out for booking with no flexibility in date offerings. Will use Amazing Maids again - thank you!

I had the team do a deep move-out cleaning to prep my house for new owners. Fatima & Karina worked extremely hard and really did a high quality job. We were very pleased with the results and the price was extremely reasonable. The team showed up on time with piles of gear ready to work.

My house looked incredible after their first cleaning! They took their time, were detail oriented, and it was such a joy to come home to a pristine home and enjoy time with my family rather than cleaning up!

The staff came with all their supplies and went right to work. I am very pleased with how thoroughly they cleaned. It was a delight to come home to a sparkling house. Thank you Amazing Maids!
