Don’t use their cleaning services, but their driver is definitely under the influence or is definitely not paying attention. Cutting people off and pulling out in front of people without even looking nearly causing multiple accidents. Not a good way to advertise your business.

The first cleaning…What a treat! It’s been a long time since I had anyone else clean my home. It smells clean and they did a fantastic job. It is so nice to have my entire home clean at one time.

After the 3rd cleaning, they weren’t as good as the first time, but with Amazing communication back and forth the resolved the problems and I have an extremely clean home…until next time.

We had them come do a deep cleaning for allergen removal from our home before someone allergic to dogs moved in (after a dog living there passed away). I'm only giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the website listed they do upholstery cleaning and when I talked to them they said they don't. I also made it clear in advance that we needed allergen cleaning, and then the day of had to get on the phone to specify that the walls and baseboards needed to be cleaned in addition to a general cleaning. Overall, they did a great job with the cleaning, and I would use them again with more specificity in my needs upfront.

We’ve been using Amazing Maids for about six weeks now and we are so happy using them. Both my wife and I work very long hours and our teenagers are no help, so having someone help keep the house clean is so amazing.They do an excellent job and I feel completely secure having them at the house when we’re not there. We did a move out clean and it was well worth it. They did a great job. I thought our house was pretty clean, but once they finished, we saw such a noticeable difference in how much cleaner our house is now.

I thought they’d be able to get more done than they did in the time they were there, but I wasn’t there so I’m not sure if they were productive or not. It was a vacant home, new remodel, so it wasn’t very dirty. I would give 3 stars but the company said they’d come back to clean more which was really nice of them, but I already cleaned since I was in a big time crunch for staging and photos. I might try them again because of convenience with scheduling, but I would want to be there in person with them.

Focus was to deep clean my 2.5 bath and kitchen hood. Service was ok. Quality was slightly below average because some visible stains and spots were missed.

Very communicative, and effective. Dusted super well and wiped everything down. Even moved our table to clean under it’ a little bummed with the mopping and missing a part of our trash can so have to purchase a new one; but other than that would certainly have them come back again

I hired the Amazing Maids of Portland for a move in full house cleaning. They showed up on time and completed all the items on the list. They are priced better than the competition without sacrificing quality. I highly recommend Amazing Maids.

Hired this company for a move-out clean for a long-time rental. The cleaning team got everything and even stacked the random coins found on counter. Management had no complaints about the state of the rental and returned the full security deposit.

I made a specific request for them to vacuum under the couch. That was one of two things that was most important to me. I asked them when they got here if they would do it to confirm it would be done. They said that they would. I should have checked before they left... It wasn't done.

They charged about $1 per square foot which seemed pricey so I expected it to be done right. Just make sure you check their work before they leave. I had to ask them to wipe down the sink and clean the toilet as well.

I have used Uzor twice in the span of two years for accidents with nice couches. Both times he has been incredibly responsive and timely and professional and amazingly gotten out the incredibly difficult stains. One time it was candle wax on a beige couch and the other time it was red food coloring on a white couch. Cannot recommend Uzor enough!

Uzor is Amazing!!! He was punctual, professional, and did an amazing job cleaning our carpets. Our carpets looked amazing after he was done. He was also very friendly and easy to talk to. We would highly recommend Uzor's to anyone! I will definitely be using him again
