My mini-split compressor had become un-level due to some patio work done by other contractors (this was expected and totally okay). Bruton came out promptly to re-level the compressor as well as service the compressor and indoor heat pump heads. Prompt, courteous service is what I always get from Bruton Comfort Control, my favorite HVAC contractor in the PDX area.

Happy with the work the Bruton did. They were quick and clean. Only thing I wish they would have done is patch the hole on the inside wall where the old HVAC was. They did on the outside and did a good job, but would have been nice to have the inside patched up, then I would simply have to paint that wall. The product works great, very quiet and will save me a lot of money on electric bills.

The staff at Bruton Comfort Control were fast, friendly and highly knowledgeable. They found several issues with my HVAC system that they expeditiously corrected/replaced without questioning the time or cost. The crew was courteous, professional and most importantly, cleaned up their work area which is a big deal to me. I would absolutely contract their services again for all my future HVAC needs.

We had Bruton out about 6 years ago when we moved in for a check up. Didn’t utilize the maintenance programs until we lost heat in the middle of winter 2 years later. We are regulars now and it’s been worth it. No AC or Furnace outages. A few simple replacements parts have quieted our furnace noise. We thought it was normal! Leonard was our tech today. He’s been out before so nice to see returning employees.
Highly recommend. We have them out every spring and winter for maintenance, current price $150 but so worth it.

Reliable and excellent service. Leonard is the technician who's our go-to. He always arrives right on time and does quality work. A few years ago we used a different company and they changed our air filter but they left the old dirty one for us to dispose. It's one detail that I still remember (in a negative way) but not with Bruton; they leave our space pristine.

I value so much that this is a small competent business. Communication as well as service has been excellent; and I am not someone who usually leaves reviews of any sort.

Before the heat wave this summer, my elderly mother realized her AC wasn't working. We contacted Bruton and they came right out and "fixed" things, but it didn't improve. Additionally, the repairman took out my mother's furnace filter and replaced it with two filters that didn't match because he didn't have the right size, leaving her AC with a constant error message. My mother called back several times during the heat wave to complain that her AC wasn't functioning, but was told that it was, indeed, working. Finally, she had an opportunity to speak with the owner, who tried to explain that he had been out four times to work on her unit. He then went on to tell her several personal details that weren't true, so he clearly had her confused with someone else. Ultimately, my mother had to suffer through the heat wave with a faulty AC, it took weeks to get ahold of anyone other than the receptionist, and nothing has been fixed.

We had problems with our HVAC, furnace, and AC. No AC for nearly 3 days, in 80-95 degree weather, and heat sensitive individuals in the home, no thanks.

Luckily Bruton Comfort Control was chosen by my property managers. I was initially connected with Geri. She was so nice and helpful. She gave great advice and was very efficient. She provided me a platform to send pictures and videos so they could best prepare for the repair.

The circumstances changed after 24 hours which caused the status of the work order to change (due to the progression of the issues). They were able to get us scheduled for the following day. Amazing!

We were placed with Matt Bruton. He did a fantastic job! He addressed everything. He explained things in a way I could understand. He took care of everything that needed fixed. He made some very good suggestions about our outdated thermostat. The Make, model, year, and its placement in the home. His recommendations are highly valuable, as he seems to really know this industry. I would say he is an elitist. The guy who should be training anyone and everyone else in this line of work.

We have been servicing our home HVAC system with Bruton for 3 years now. We always had great service. After a recent service, the AC was not cooling enough due to some changes in the setting. When I reached out to them, they were able to come in the same day and helped resolve the issue for free. They have experienced technicians and a great customer service.
