I had an absolutely phenomenal experience with Bruton Comfort Control! My AC wasn’t working so I reached out to them and they immediately responded to my call, squeezed me into their schedule and a few days later they fixed my AC. They were very responsive via phone call , text message updates and email. When they were on their way for the repair I received a text message letting me know, which was very helpful. I also spoke to James on the phone several times and he was professional, understanding and very helpful. I would HIGHLY recommend Bruton Comfort Control to anyone needing any sort of HVAC assistance!

Leonard performed heat pump maintenance efficiently and cleanly, and answered several questions along the way in a clear and friendly manner.

It is very easy to schedule service directly on their website. I received text reminders and an estimated arrival. Leonard arrived on time and carefully performed the yearly preventive maintenance on my gas furnace. He was knowledgeable and professional. The price was very fair and transparent. Excellent service combined with extensive experience and technical expertise. Our furnace is only 3 years old…but the Sunset team dropped the ball big time by selling us on the wrong sized furnace for our duct work, not to mention shoddy installation. Our Bruton expert noticed the incompatibility as soon as he saw it.

Went to test the A/C before things got hot this summer and glad I did as nothing happened. Bruton was recommended by a neighbor, gave a shot; they were in the are the next day and offered to have their tech 'hang out' til I could make it home (the appointment time was the time I got off so not long but a solid 15 - 20 minutes and could of been more)
Leonard was very professional and quick, and 36 hours after finding out I had an issue it was fixed.

Bruton Comfort is definitely the company that I trust to maintenance our heat pump. Only disadvantage is that they are extremely busy and booked out a little ways, but if you’re willing to wait, it is definitely worth the wait. Any of the technicians that we have had come out have been very kind and knowledgeable. Even though we were getting our job done on a Friday evening and we were the last job of the day, and I knew the technician wanted to get home with his family, I felt like he did an excellent job and did not rush at all. He took the time to do everything Necessary and did it with a great attitude. I was really impressed with that!

Leonard maintained my ductless ac. He was on time/early. Really considerate, knowledgeable (he answered a lot of questions), friendly(he put you at ease), great communication, he was gentle with the equipment and careful in the home. I was greatly impressed. Cannot recommend highly enough. Bruton is very fortunate to have him.
