Our 37 year old heat pump and furnace died, and Oregon Heating & A/C installed a new furnace and air conditioner today, on the hottest day of the year so far. Everyone we've dealt with at OH&AC have been helpful, kind, considerate, proficient and professional. Robert and Nate did the installation, as well as hauling away our old heat pump and furnace, and when they were finished, Nate explained carefully what they had done, and reviewed the workings of the thermostat, and based on my interaction with various people in the company, I know that if a question comes up, I'll get a fast response. Besides thanking Robert and Nate for their know-how and kindness, I want to also thank Greg and Heidi for going above and beyond with their helpfulness.
Update several months later: Steven, from Oregon Heating and A/C came today within two hours of my call to the company, on a very cold day, as our furnace was not sending out enough heat to bump the temperature up to 68 or 70 in the daytime. Because the furnace and air conditioner was installed in the heat of summer, the way I understand it is that there's a certain set point for a furnace to send gas to be burned to produce heat. The set point, however, was perhaps a standard set point, and it was a little too high, so he was quickly able to re-set it to approximately 5 degrees or so cooler, waited for the furnace to cool down, and then turned it back on, and the problem was immediately fixed. Not only that, he checked all the ducts in the house to make sure they were sending out heat, cleaned the inside of the furnace while he had the covers removed, and patiently explained things in a way that I could understand.I had messed with the thermostat, thinking it was the problem, so he reprogrammed it, stayed long enough to make sure the temperature in the house rose as programmed. Everyone I've dealt with at this company are knowledgeable, kind and helpful, and I'm delighted to let others know how happy I am with their products and service.

Great people. Great customer service and got me really quick and found the problem. Highly recommend these guys for all you heating and A/c needs. Give them a call the next time you need your heat or A/c serviced or diagnosed. 5 stars would give 10 if I could.!!!

They were quick to get our preschool an appointment and worked around our schedules. The tech was respectful of our time and knowledgeable about our units. The office was quick to answer any billing and scheduling questions and kept us updated on all incoming needed parts.

Service time! Annual maintenance check to ensure we have ZERO problems with our systems. Both the office and our technician, Steven, kept me informed about pre-arrival prep and arrived promptly. Explained what he would do and jumped right in to getting it done. Afterwards he explained everything and answered my questions. Highly recommend!

Oregon Heating and Air Conditioning was recommended to us by a friend. I called them to diagnose an issue with our furnace. The technician, Steven, determined the issue was a defective heat exchanger that could be replaced under warranty. He ordered the parts and came out the following week and installed it quickly. He also performed maintenance on our older A/C unit. I was really impressed with their customer service and knowledge of our furnace & AC system. Will call them again in the future.

Exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately we had to get a new furnace, but fortunately we worked with Oregon Heating & AC. Lots of availability and proactive communication throughout the process. Trustworthy and dependable. And every single person we interacted with was top notch, from Todd’s expertise to Robert’s thoroughness to Brandon’s friendliness and Heidi’s follow through. Highly recommend.

We had such a great experience with this company. We had a ductless outdoor unit and headers installed by another company who didn't do work to a very good standard. Oregon Heating came in, added 2 new header units for us and totally re-did our external lines and covered them properly. They also re-fit new support for the outdoor unit and removed an old furnace for us. All the work they did was excellent, done in 2 days and the project manager and crew were amazing. Thank you to Todd, Daniel and Julian, you took great care of our home!

Excellent sales and service crew. Our furnace went out and I called several companies to provide bids to replace the furnace. One company - the company who we previously used to service our furnace - came in with a bid nearly $2000 more than the other two companies. Just a reminder to always get at least three bids!

Oregon H&AC came in with three excellent options to consider and we went with the middle solution. During this process, the sales rep was knowledgeable and personable and never pushed us toward any particular solution. But he was always responsive to questions.

Once we decided on a solution, the office was able to schedule us for installation within two days. Two installers arrived at 8am on the dot (arrival time was said to be 8-8:30am) and quickly got to work. They were efficient and friendly.

Oregon H&AC will absolutely be our primary heating and air conditioning service contact from now on.

I had a great experience with Oregon Heating and Coolimg today. Steven, the technician, was excellent. he took the time to explain how i can check for error codes in the future. Even though my system was running well again, he serviced the system, cleaned the outdoor AC unit and made sure everything was working properly. He was quick, efficient, explained everything clearly, and super funny. I really appreciate his professionalism and thorough work. highly recommend

Spectacular service! Our furnace took a crap after running for 26 yrs on my husband’s birthday! My hubby called Oregon Heating & Cooling and they came out within the hour(Mon 12/15). The service technician Steven tested our unit and diagnosed the problems. We had a cracked heat exchanger and failed high limit switch. So they had Greg the estimator come out to give us an estimate and discuss the next steps. Heading into the cold season it was important to get this fixed fairly quickly. They were out Wed 9am! It took about 5-6 hours to install the new furnace and piping. This company does offer financing since this is a very pricey thing to replace or fix. This company does belong to the Beaverton Area Chamber of Commerce that’s how I found them. I will refer them to my clients and anyone that needs any HVAC services. They were very responsive and timely. They have been in business for over 35 years here in Oregon. The unit and installation cost $5,500.

Steven,Dan, and Dan from Oregon Heating and Air Conditioning were excellent. I had tried to figure out what was wrong with the old furnace and was very interested in the installation the new furnace and they didn’t mind my questions which was great. Also, they showed me the corrosion in the old furnace and also let me test out the old inducer motor so that I can understand what was going on. I really appreciate them explaining and showing how the new furnace works.
Also, during the selection of the new furnace, Greg was really helpful in helping me understand the market for furnace is nowadays and how it relates to the choices that were available. I really appreciated his care and explaining and patience for all of my questions so that I can make a good selection.

The whole team at OHAC was great from start to finish! They coordinated with electricians when we had a heat pump system installed that required an electrical service upgrade, making the whole process easier for me. My wife has an immune condition and we need contractors to wear n95 masks when they enter our home, and their techs were very accommodating to our needs. And special shoutout to Heidi for her attentiveness & helpfulness through everything. Can't recommend them enough!

When we needed to replace our 19-year old gas furnace, I shopped around at a couple of the big local companies, including one that we had installed at another residence.
