Daniel did an amazing job for quickly fixing our malfunctioning AC/Furnance unit. The entire process from scheduling service to completion was quick and seamless. Highly recommend Aviator for anyone’s HVAC needs.

We just had Daniel out to replace and correct a poorly installed furnace.
Not only was he patient and communicative, but he got the job done within the first said timeline and guaranteed all of his work.
I’d highly recommend using him! -
Our furnace stopped working and they came in at a short notice within a day. The problem was with the breaker which they weren't able to fix because they weren't licensed for electrical work, but they went above and beyond to help me find an electrician to visit the same day.
Highly recommend them. -
David was super fast and helpfull. He could figure out the issue within my air conditioning and now it's working just fine. He gave good tips about cleaning and mantaining the whole system. Amazing!! Great job!!

My AC stopped working at the height of the recent heat wave. Another company gave me the run around but Daniel and Thomas came right away and though they gave me bad news, that the entire system needed to be replaced, they worked hard into the late evening three days in a row. Rudy joined them one night. I can’t say enough about these young men. They are the hardest workers, so friendly and helped me out when I really needed it finishing the job with minimal delay. I hope their boss knows how wonderful they are and gives them a huge raise! I would definitely recommend this company.

Daniel and Rudy let me know when they were on the way, then promptly got to work and quickly diagnosed my AC issue. Daniel drew up three options for me, and I felt the prices and services presented were reasonable. I appreciate their professionalism and quick, friendly service. I would definitely recommend! Thank you gentlemen😊

Daniel and Rudy were great! My dryer vent was clogged and the outlet of the vent was unfortunately very well hidden. The guys made sure to find and clean it thoroughly, and gave some recommendations to keep me from having issues down the road. Great service, would absolutely use their services again!

At first, the technician seemed friendly and helpful when our old AC suddenly stopped working. After many calls, he was the only one who could come the same day. However, he quickly became extremely aggressive and pushy, pressuring us to commit to a $14k plan. He claimed we needed a completely new system and even suggested that replacing the unit (only a few thousand) would fail eventually.
We felt rushed, fear‑gamed, and not given time to think. Thankfully, we got a second opinion and spent just $5k on a new unit, which has been running perfectly for five years now.
Friendly at first, but ultimately unprofessional, high‑pressure, and dishonest. Avoid this company if you want trustworthy guidance. -
Daniel and David were great and offered suggestions to help balance the air flow between floors of our home and gave us helpful tips on maintaining our system.

5 Stars – Outstanding Service!
I can't say enough great things about Daniel from Aviator Heating and Cooling. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to solving the issue. He took the time to thoroughly inspect our system, explain everything in clear terms, and provided honest recommendations without any pressure. The repair was done efficiently and the difference in our home comfort was noticeable immediately.
Daniel’s attention to detail and dedication to quality work really stood out. It's rare to find someone so courteous and trustworthy these days. I highly recommend Daniel and the Aviator team to anyone looking for reliable, top-notch HVAC service! -
Great customer service. They installed everything quickly and came back to check up on everything. Works great. Highly recommended

Daniel and Surge were great to work with! They came out quickly when our HVAC stopped working and were able to install a whole new system in just a couple days. We’re very happy to have a brand new AC just in time for the summer heat!

Chris the technician was very competent at diagnosing the failure of our furnace. The team worked to get the replacement part within a short period of time and then promptly came out with the part for the repair. All this during the heatwave. I was very happy with the quality of service and promptness of their work especially given that many other customers must have been competing for their attention. Also, the technician spoke very highly of the company, their vision and business ethics. Overall, I would strongly recommend for residential work. Thanks for putting us back in the cool... Oregon Heating and Air Conditioning!

We had a great experience with the installation of 3 ductless mini splits. We were happy to use a local company and are happy with the results, especially for the affordable price. They did a thorough job, they were detail-oriented and professional. It felt like they were attentive to our requests. The electrician had good craftsmanship.

It is so refreshing to have an encounter with a service professional who exceeds expectations. Steven, the service team manager, performed a P/M on our air conditioning system and heat pump/ splitter system today. Steven patiently demonstrated to me how to maintain the filter in our splitter. On his own accord, he cleaned the air conditioner unit and the heat pump cabinetry and pad.

Craig was great at mapping the home and discussing the various options available to us.
The install staff, Robert, Nate and Steven were on-time, knowledgeable and courteous. The job site stayed clean throughout installation and the whole system was explained in detail. -
Upgraded my old HVAC with a new Daikin system. Greg from the sales staff was great at explaining all the options that best fit my needs. A big shoutout to the install team for their hard work and professionalism in getting the system up and running in a timely manner. Nate and Daniel did a great job putting the system together and were great in answering my questions along the way.

Buying a new HVAC system is a big purchase so I wanted to get a very well qualified company to do the installation. Oregon Heating and Air was recommended by a friend and I am pleased with the work. Everyone including the office, the salesman Craig, and the installers, Daniel and Robert were very professional and knowledgeable. I purchased a Daikin and it runs smoothly and is so much quieter. Thank you for doing a great job.

From beginning to end, these guys were fantastic. When my 25year old furnace started acting up, I thought it was probably time for a replacement. First they sent Steven to assess what was going on and to see if my old furnace was repairable, which would save me sooo much money. He explained what he was seeing and answered all my questions. We agreed it was time to replace. Steven made a phone call and was able to arrange for Greg to come out within an hour or so. Next, Greg came out and looked at everything and we talked though what I was looking for. Then we sat down and looked at the various options, understanding the difference between each. No hard push to sell, and followed up with an e-mail again outlining the different options. Once I made my decision, they were able to get Caleb out in just a few days. I made the decision to replace my gas furnace and my central air conditioner. Caleb was professional, courteous and paid careful attention to each detail, every step of the way. I felt confident that each team member I was dealing with knew their trade, was being honest and took pride in doing their job well. I also liked the fact that they have been in business for decades and are in good standing everyplace I looked (CCB, BBB, Google). I would happily recommend them to my friends and family, should they have a need.

I spoke with 5 HVAC companies about a replacement system. Oregon Heating and Air was the company that was chosen.
I think Craig did a solid job on the sales side. Taking questions into the evening and making sure I really understood the benefits and drawbacks. But there seem to be some underlying operations problems that keep me from giving this a full five star review (and I think the team at Oregon Heating & Air will agree).
The installation went well enough. The furnace, coil, and outdoor unit all look professionally installed and that crew seemed to be very proficient. Electrician came late in the day and didn't finish until after 8pm. Both the electrician and OR Heat & Air left tools and gear behind accidentally.
No one ever really explained the system to me (like blinking red lights on the furnace, or how to change up the ranges the thermostat could be set to). I got some basics from Todd, who really came out to check on the installation -- and ran into issues from the electrician.
I was told someone would call me to set up a new visit to replace the freshly installed surge protector, but that never happened. I instead got a bill sent to me without any follow up. I had to call to ask about learning the system and the surge protector replacement.
When that was scheduled, we took a day off work to be here, and no one showed up. Which is just outrageous. And then when that problem was supposed to be rectified after I called in again it was told to us that no one even needed to be home for that fix.
Other smaller issues like a deep scratch in our dining table closest to the thermostat, screws being littered all over our garage floor, and some black dirty liquid being dripped on our wood floors (from crawlspace). These are small, but things that no other home-service company has done even when we had our whole crawlspace waterproofed.
The system seems to work well enough. I have been told we got a 'cadillac of HVAC' with our choice of configuration, but definitely did not receive an install experience to match.
I am not sure what your personal rating scale will be judged on. It might be maintenance, it might be price, or friendliness of the crew.
Oregon Heating & Air are good people, a small company, and local which is important to me. So I think they scrape by into the 4-star range.
