Our neighbor Andrew works for AAA so we decided to go with them when we realized we were overdue for some duct cleaning. We just had both our ducts and dryer vent cleaned today by Kyle & Justin with AAA and can’t provide enough positive feedback. They were friendly, professional, communicated effectively and worked efficiently. Unlike other places that may feel pushy / sale-y… we appreciated that they educated us on our needs and provided a footprint on how to maintain our home properly. I have a newborn baby and a few animals and am so grateful for them working around our needs today. It was as stress free as could be.

Andrew helped out with our Heating/AC maintenance. He was very courteous and personable with his visit and executed the checks with quality. For instance, he checked-in with our property manager for any gaps in the maintenance request, and double checked that our heating and cooling worked before leaving. He also clearly explained which checks he did and how they related to the health of the system.

I unfortunately had bad luck with AAA. I had a fantastic experience at first for routine maintenance. For anything beyond routine or emergency work, I'd strongly recommend avoiding AAA Heating & Cooling, particularly if you’re not already certain about what you need (important if you want to spend tens of thousands of dollars). Ultimately, the communication was very poor.

I initially requested 2 estimates, one in late 2023 and another in early 2024. On the first 2 visits, I was considering an ERV, a mini-split, or multi-head mini-split. After further consultation with 2 other paid energy efficiency specialists (who are impartial), I finally understood what I needed. All that was left was to price out the work and decide how much I wanted to spend. That’s when the trouble started with AAA…

The 3rd estimate-related visit from AAA in October 2024 started out very rough. I worked so hard up to that point and I was so organized for them. I provided an itemized list for them to consult with me on and either provide an estimate or decline. However, when Joel arrived, he started out with, to paraphrase, "We already provided 7 estimates for you so far and we still haven't earned your work" and implied begrudgingly there was a new huge list of items to make estimates for. While I understand his hesitation, he was completely wrong. I had a total of 3 items estimated on 2 visits before, so that set a negative tone. He declined to provide an estimate for the humidifier/dehumidifiers, which is totally reasonable.

That day, we settled on them helping to add dedicated return air ducts in 3 of the rooms upstairs, an upgraded filtered return grille, leveling my existing mini-split unit and AC unit and having them research if they could connect my Ecobee to my existing Honeywell ventilation unit. They provided 2 estimates out of the 3 promised and never got back to me on the 4th item. I tried my best to get them to contact me back to settle specifics on the first 2 estimates (95% of the way there, only minor details remained). However, I received “We’re working on it” or “I’ll let Joel know” or I got no response at all. Finally by mid-December, not only did I not have any of my last minor questions resolved so we could start work, I received a dismissive “we aren’t able to take on this type of work right now” and “reconnect in February to revisit this”.

After ~1.5 months of engagement on new work, much of which stringing me along with "We'll let you know" (or no response at all), I was offered another 2-3+ months of uncertainty. Not even scheduled, just more of the same. No thanks.

Tyler came by today for regular maintenance of the AC. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.

I've been a customer of AAA Heating and Cooling for a few years now. They've replaced our furnace, and then 2 years later we had them replace our AC. I have also hired them for a duct cleaning. I have had nothing but good experiences with them. I will be scheduling a duct cleaning with them again before winter.

We have had AAA out three times to work on our furnace system. The first time, Austin did a routine diagnostic maintenance check on our very aged furnace. He was professional and honest. He clearly defined what maintenance was suggested and associated prices. He installed a surge protector, which actually came in very useful, when our power went out for a week a few months later. The second time, they installed a new air filter box and HEPA filter, which was much needed because of how old our old metal filters were. Before beginning work, they clearly explained what they would be changing and installing and the benefits of it. I don’t remember the name of the tech who installed it but he did an excellent job. Finally, Garret and Caleb came out to clean our ducts and dryer vent last week. They were courteous, knowledgeable and respectful of space. They answered our curious questions about the process and were excellent ambassadors of the company. Prices for duct cleaning were very reasonable and they showed us before and after pictures to help us understand the work they did. We will absolutely use AAA in the future for any of our heating/cooling needs.

I recently had a family with kids in my rental home whose AC unit wasn't working. After hiring another company that gave a wrong diagnosis, I called AAA heating and cooling. Andrew, the technician, did an amazing job. He immediately diagnosed the problem, explaining that the compressor wasn't working. He walked me through his process of debugging the issue, replaced the capacitor, and cleaned everything up. Now the AC works perfectly. Highly recommend their service!

Kudos to Sean and Stephanie of AAA! They visited my home this morning to clean/vacuum all of my duct work as well de-linting my clothes dryer. Both services were overdue and much needed! Sean and Stephanie were on time, communicated clearly, and worked quickly and professionally, leaving my house better than when they arrived. And they were really nice, to boot! I would absolutely recommend AAA to my friends seeking this kind of service. (Full disclosure: AAA also installed my AC and maintains my AC and forced air electric furnace,) I'm a happy customer!

Had a great experience with AAA Heating and Cooling. Our furnace went out unexpectedly in early January and they were able to get someone out same day for a sales consultation. We worked with Boomer who gave us all the necessary information to make our decision. We ended up installing a new furnace and heat pump as our AC was about to go as well.

Install was as easy as could be. Josh and Jesse were on time, worked fast and kept me up to speed the entire time. They helped us with those most effective location to relocate our thermostat as well. We would definitely recommend AAA Heating and Cooling.

On Tuesday, July 9th 2024, John and Issiah installed a mini split system in my bedroom. They were extremely nice and efficient, even with the weather that day topping off in the high 90s. They discussed with me where the best place for the mini split and the thermostat to be placed. They carefully moved furniture to get to the area, vacuumed and cleaned the area and then put the furniture back. I have nothing but good things to say about John and Issiah and the work they did.
There was however an issue that arose after the mini split installation. George, from AAA Heating and Cooling, has worked with me to correct the issue to my satisfaction. I thank George for all of his efforts.
And yes, I would recommend AAA Heating and Cooling and will continue to use them in the future.

Ive been using AAA heating and cooling for the last 30 years. Andrew Walker came out today to service both my furnaces and air conditioners. He was very courteous and thorough in his work and able to show what he had done in his report. I will continue to use AAA heating and cooling because of reliable technicians like Andrew!

My furnace service appointment with AAA went really well. Technician Ernesto was on time, efficient and thorough. He went above and beyond - testing my furnace, replacing the capacitor and installing a new thermostat. He was also very good at explaining the issues and what he was doing to rectify them. High marks all the way. I will definitely contact AAA next time I need a furnace service.

I needed work done quickly and AAA Heating & Cooling were there to help with patience and professionalism. John G and Jesse were awesome on site installing new equipment and taking the old away. They explained the process and gave updates which was appreciated.
The Design Specialist Matt and Kayla with Permitting & Scheduling were great at the office with prices and options for the work being discussed beforehand with no surprises so I didn't have to stress about it. Garrett has also been a big help!

AAA has serviced my furnace and air conditioner for the last 20-something years (it also installed them to begin with). They are very dependable and skilled. Today technician Isaiah did my yearly furnace tuneup, he was friendly and efficient. Highly recommend this company.

Another great experience with AAA Heating and Cooling. We've bought a new furnace from them and have had excellent annual maintenance service for years. Today we had duct cleaning, including the dryer vent, and our experience continues to be very positive. Sean and Stephanie were prompt, informative and professional. They explained what they were doing and made certain that the job met our expectations. I don't hesitate to recommend this company.

I contacted AAA Heating and Cooling Inc because of my AC unit was making a terrible noise. I thought it was going to explode. I sent an email to them and in less of 24 hours Kayla contacted me. She was amazingly efficient and proactive. It was very easy to schedule an appointment. Also, the price was convenient. Today the technician, Andrew, come by. He called before arrive which I really appreciate. Andrew was very professional and honest. He was able to solve the problem in less than an hour.

My furnace died a few weeks before Christmas. Chris and Silvio were able to get a furnace replacement and brand new A/C for my place in 2 days! They were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about all the equipment. Anthony was incredible with providing many options for financing the whole thing. I cannot recommend this company enough, thanks AAA!

update - Dec 2024: First of all, my furnace and central air has been AMAZING. I've had zero issues and i'm so happy with the units I purchased. I also had Ernesto come for maintenance on the units and he was so friendly and professional! He sent me information about how to further maintain my equipment and a variety of plans I could purchase for the future. I would highly recommend AAA to anyone for their furnace or A/C needs!

Andrew was super great, super knowledgable and experienced and had a lot of great insights into how our cooling systems work here at home, as a new home owner it is super helpful to be equipped and prepared for what I need in the future for my home.

When doing the maintenance we saw immediate results and Andrew went through step by step what he was doing as I was watching. Super friendly and I highly recommend him and his company. It's nice to have someone in the business for as long as they have been!

What really separates one HVAC company from another is the customer service. Andrew was the technician who worked on my unit today. He showed a great amount of respect to myself and my property. He was a very genuine man and I absolutely felt that he has my best interest at heart. Andrew took the time to explain to me all of my options and what each meant and what that looked like in a long-term scope. AAA Heating & Cooling will have my continued business because their customer service is top-notch.

We called AAA Heating and Cooling to fix our gas furnace that was not working. My husband had already spent several weeks trying to fix it and had replaced several parts already. When the AAA technician arrived at our house he wouldn’t even listen to my husband about what the problem was or what my husband had already replaced. He started working on the furnace and after about an hour he told us that he had blown the transformer, which my husband had just replaced and was brand new. He told us if he replaced the transformer he could fix our furnace, so we agreed. He had to drive to the office to get the transformer and charged us for the drive as well as the new transformer. He replaced the transformer, did the wiring himself, and then blew it AGAIN and told us he would need to charge us for another one. He also told us after almost 4 hours of work that they charged $192/hour (this had not been mentioned before). At this point we asked him to stop working. He couldn’t tell us what the problem actually was, told us our furnace could not be fixed, and that it was too old. After he left we went to look at the furnace and the technician had left all the wiring disconnected (had not reconnected what he took apart) and we were left with a blown transformer. In other words, he left the furnace in worse shape than when he arrived. We had another company come out 2 days later and they identified the problem in 10 minutes and had our furnace fixed in under 2 hours. I called AAA Heating and Cooling to file a complaint and was told over the phone that they would refund us the amount that the 2nd company charged us to fix the furnace. However, after emailing them the invoice from the 2nd company, AAA emailed back that they would not actually refund us and that their work was done correctly. They state that my husband wired things incorrectly and that our furnace was too old to be fixed. This obviously wasn’t true since our furnace has been working perfectly for months now after being repaired by Watts Heating and Cooling. AAA is a company who does not stand behind providing quality service. I strongly advise against working with them. Call Watts Heating and Cooling instead! They are extremely professional, upfront about their costs, and actually know what they’re doing.

Recently, the electricity went out in our neighborhood and when it came back, the heater stopped working. It started to get very cold and I was concerned for my wife and baby. But AAA Heating & Cooling came to our rescue. We called the 24-hour service number listed on our unit. They were very responsive. They moved quickly to assess the situation, get the necessary component for the repair, and by the next day we had heat again. I especially like that when they know there is a baby in the home, they move even faster to complete a job. This is maybe the second or third time this company has helped my family. We have been customers for 1 -2 years. My family and I will be staying with AAA Heating & Cooling forever.
