Very much recommend Conrad HVAC. We replaced a 30year old furnace and a/c unit with a new heat pump. the installation was in the crawl space and not easy. The installers did an excellent job and were friendly and professional. The quote was the lowest, of the 4 contractors interviewed. I would gladly use Conrad again in the future, and suggest that you give them a shot.

Had a great experience with Conrad. Our furnace broke, leaving us without heat for the night, and I was really worried. I called the company, and the dispatcher was extremely helpful, getting me an appointment right away. The technician came the next day, took just an hour to get the additional parts, and—voila—our heater was working again within 24 hours. I was impressed, and their pricing was definitely competitive compared to other places I checked. Highly recommend!

Dmitry was honest and gave me a clear explanation of what the issue was and set up the thermostat properly. Dmitry came on time and promptly troubleshot the problems. Diagnosed it to a mismatch between smart high efficient thermostat from a different vendor and the heating system. Replaced the thermostat free of charge to a compatible thermostat which immediately fixed the issue of home not heating up properly. Fantastic support and I recommend Conrad Heating without reservation.

The company is very professional . They came out looked at job . Asked what we were looking for .Gave us some options with there bid price. Showed up at the time they scheduled. Took out 34 year old gas unit. Installed the equipment A new electric heat pump furnace with a/c. Started unit up and gave us all the information on unit. Explained warranties on labor and equipment. Hauled old unit and boxes new one came in . Left No mess at all. The men were very nice and respectful of our home Would recommend them 100%

After a little bit of a rocky start, we ended up needing a new furnace. Sometimes it takes a few difficulties to understand how a company really thinks about their customer. These guys are serious about customer service! They stepped up and made our situation right even at a loss of $$ on their part. Dimitri was level headed and patient and got us to where we needed to be. Strong recommend for Conrad.

Leo and Conrad were able to diagnose the issue with our furnace that is located in the attic. Will definitely use their services in future.
