I highly recommend this company. Kody arrived on time, did maintenance on my fireplace and furnace. What really impressed me was the fact that he hooked up the remote for my fireplace. I was told by another company that I would have to purchase a new remote and they are not cheap!

Koby came on time and did a good job to identify the problem and replaced the ignitor of the furnace. He cleaned up the furnace after replace the ignitor and the furnace work well now. He did a good job.

Koby showed up at my house, and was nice, professional and knowledgeable, he inspected my fireplace and diagnosed the problem. Since I have a older gas fireplace he said that he would have to research and find replacement parts and let me know the following day. Perfect. Thanks for everything Koby.

Koby is a good dude! Recently spun off on his own. On time, communicated well as to being a few mins behind on previous job. It’s really hard to get people to actually execute these days. He was able to diagnose that I needed a new circuit board for my fireplace. Idiots that put it in…Big Shop in town, could not find me in their system in 3 calls. Give Koby a try!

Koby did a great job servicing our fireplace insert. It was a two-day job because we needed some parts, and Koby was quick to order and come back to finish the job. He ended up running late with earlier customers the final day, and worked into the evening to get us up and running. We will be calling on Koby in the future - highly recommend!

Conrad heating is my HVAC go to company. They’ve done my heating/cooling tune-ups in my home for a year now. As a first time home owner, I appreciate their attention to detail and how well they explain the problems to me without brushing me off or getting me to buy unnecessary things. Had an issue with venting in my house and it turned out it was an electronic damper that was stuck. In any other situation, I would’ve been told I needed a new one. But he experimented with the two thermostats in the home and said it worked fine for now after he got it unstuck but to keep an eye on it. I now have air flowing into my living room which is great. And next time I have an issue with the air flow, I’ll know what the problem is and who to call when it’s time to get it replaced.

I had a great experience with Conrad Heat and Cooling. They came out to clean my AC pump, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the quality of their work. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, courteous, and clearly knew what they were doing.

Impressed with the smooth process getting a quote through installation of the new heat pump and furnace. Conrad made sure to place the new unit far enough from our gas regulator, even though it required redoing an initial install. Also appreciate them handling new equipment registration with the manufacturer.

My experience with Conrad is always great - including my most recent one. They were able to get me in the same day I booked an appointment. Dmitry was amazing. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue with my older Carrier unit and be completely transparent on repair and pricing (Voltage Absorption System and Compressor Starting Kit). Less than an hour later my AC was up and working again. Conrad has always been efficient and extremely professional.

Amount of time spent on Maintenace of 2 HVAC systems and not including filters seemed overpriced. Repair was legitimate but again was done in < 30 mins for a burner cleaning and sensor replacement (especially since you did the maintenance last year)
