I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Conrad Heating and Cooling! Dmitry, Alex, Eugene and others were very helpful. First they did a temporary repair to get the old furnace up and running in October, and credited the repair to the new furnace installed in November. They upgraded our furnace to a 96 percent efficiency Ruud furnace and so far so good. The repair and installation process was fast and efficient, and the price was very reasonable, and included an easy to use smart thermostat, and two years of follow-up maintenance.

We had our furnace inspected and they found compromised seals, the company that did the inspection gave us high quotes and high pressure tactics. Leo from Conrad Heating and Cooling came out less than 24 hours, quickly evaluated our situation and gave us several options beating the previous company’s estimates by thousands of dollars. Easy to talk and work with.

Dmitry did an excellent job with our furnace replacement. For the beginning, he walked us through the process, answered all of our questions, communicated the options available and helped us decide the furnace that was right for our home. We have an old furnace and every couple years breaks. This time we tried Conrad and they quickly found the sketchy PCB AND brought it too our attention how dirty the thing was and should be cleaned. I'm sure the previous companies saw the same mess as this looked liked 10+ years of accumulation. I'm guessing the other guys wanted a quick parts and charge type sale and did not want to take the time to do it right. Totally appreciated the extra steps and dirty work to do it right! I had many issues with my furnace and Conrad Heating & Cooling gave me quotes for each issue and a total combined quote. Having options that would get me back up and running was great! When I had another problem, they came right out to fix it. They are on time and communicate via text when they will be arriving and who your technician is.

Tried to inquire with them about getting work done. Sent a message on their contact form on the website. They then proceeded to ask me for a bunch of info over text. When I asked for their estimate they then told me that they dont do the requested service and that all the messages before that were from AI. Thanks for wasting my time and harvesting data. Amazing!

I was looking for the quote from Conrad Heating and Cooling to replace my 20 year old AC/furnace system with HP/furnace. Quoted price is reasonable. Dmitry (estimator) answer all of questions. I have them installed the new HP and gas furnace. Installation was completed yesterdag. We still has HP sensor issue (part faliures). In mean time, they disabled HP and running gas furnace for heat. They were responsive to all of my queations.

Dimitri with Conrad Heating + Cooling came out to my house and provided a quote to have my ducts cleaned, furnace cleaned and serviced, installation of a new 2-ton AC unit including new circuit on my electrical panel, a whole home surge protector and an air scrubber system. After shopping around, their price couldn't be beat for like to like quotes and it was a one stop shop which I wanted.

Their team came in before the end of the year only a week after the original quote which was huge given the federal tax rebate that was ending in 2025. About 6 guys in total throughout the day took care of everything, very professional, respectful, cleaned up after themselves and talked me through the process when I had questions. It was about an 8 hour day from start to finish for everything but they stayed through to the end and got the job done in a day which was much appreciated.

10/10 I would recommend Dimitri, Eugene, and Ross again with Conrad.

The heat was out at my rental property. They were able to book me an appointment the next day. They arrived exactly when they said they would. Sent me a text update. And quickly resolved the issue. I'm very happy with their service.

Conrad is an excellent HVAC service and repair company. Leo and Dmitry came over to repair our furnace/AC after the fan gave out. They were very professional, nice, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home. I already had some concerns with my furnace before the fan - They diagnosed the system and found configuration issues, a faulty thermostat, and issues with wiring and line insulation. Catching those issues has led to a significant reduction in my energy bills. All of it was taken care of at a very reasonable price. They do quality work and Will continue to be our go-to HVAC maintenance and repair service.

Leo from Conrad diagnised Furnace and gave few options and quotes. one quote to replace the blower assembly, second one to replace furnace with Run Thru or American standard, third quote to replace furnace with RUUD brand. I would like to compare American standard model vs RUUD to decide which model has better ratings. I called Conrad office and asked for the details, this guy name ALEX answered and told me that they don’t share model number. I called multiple times, sane response. I responded back to email quote asking for more details on one quote, no response,requested for a callback from Leo, no response. we are out of heat, this guys not responding and wasted our valuable time. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I've had two different jobs with them over this week. The first job was a maintenance check on our furnace. The technician was efficient and provided multiple service options for consideration, without being pushy. The inspection was about $90, which can be applied to one of their service recommendations, if we choose that route.

The second service was to replace our water heater, since the previous unit ruptured and leaked. The two techs handled the job well, which is great considering this was a difficult install in the attic. Additionally, the price for the water heater was one of the most reasonable I saw in contrast to other local companies.

Overall, we are very satisfied with their services to date.

The installation of our heat pump was very smooth. The technicians worked quietly and efficiently. They discovered a leak from a pipe in the crawl space and reported it to us, so we can immediately get that repaired. They removed all of the old equipment and cleaned the space nicely. They even covered a crawl space vent with hardware cloth where they noticed animals had been getting in! We appreciate their kind and polite attitudes.

The guys arranged to come a day early to install our replacement water heater. The previous one exploded (after 40 years!). Conrad gave a fast fair price and the guys who came to do the work were efficient and very kind. Just great people. The work was awesome and tricky as it was a tight fit. You can see the before and after.

They brought it up to code with proper straps and the expansion tank. Everything was squared away and verified. Finally got water again.

Today I had some diagnostic work done on the AC in our small tutoring center. Our technician Andrew was very professional, listened to and understood my concerns. I also appreciate how they were able to schedule me in despite the mad rush due to the recent heat wave. AAA H&C for the win!

Hot water tank replacement as well as air conditioner and furnace maintenance. Technicians Nicoa and Dustin were professional and courteous, kept me informed of each step and explained their findings. Very happy with their service and appreciate their expertise. Slight mix up on the arrival time but that was from the office not the technicians.

Andrew came out and provided the yearly service for our new furnance and AC unit, which we purchased from AAA Heating and Cooling last year. He was was knowledable, communicated well and was friendly. He provided a written diagnostic and referred us to their service department for an issue that Andrew dosnt normally handle. Good guy and great service.
Andrew came back out to provide the service for the issue we had. He took his time and was able diagnosed and locate the problem after some research. It was determined the problem will have to be delt with through the manufacture. Thanks Andrew for two great service contacts. 👍
