I just had Sean and Stephanie stop by to clean my ducts and vents. They were friendly and professional. I really like it when folks take the time to explain the work, and they did just that. They also provided tips on how to maintain and keep our ducts clean. Overall, I am very happy with AAA Heating and Cooling and would recommend them to friends and family, especially with employees like Sean and Stephanie!

Lucas arrived very punctual. He explained everything he was working on to clean the heater and the AC unit. He was very professional and polite. Although he recommended to change both units due to being 19 years old (both are still working fine), he presented it in a nice way and we were given pros of cons for us to take an informed decision.

AAA Heating and Cooling always does a great job. I don’t have to think about anything - they call when my furnace is due for a checkup and come out with a filter and do all the necessary repairs and upkeep. This time Phalen came and he was great. Boomer also came out separately and gave a very thorough and reasonable quote for adding AC.

We had Sean and Stephanie come out to clean our ducts. Sean voice mailed to say when they would be at my home and arrived right on time. They were respectful and professional as they did their cleaning service. I would recommend them to anyone who wants an efficient and reliable job done.

This is the third house that we’ve uses AAA Heating & Cooling. They are super responsive and professional. Today, Stephanie and Sean did amazing work and explained everything they were doing. They also taught me about my furnace and gave great suggestions to keep it in good shape. I’ll always call them for service.

AAA were highly professional, quick to respond and very flexible to meet my heating needs. They worked me into their schedule quickly and were competitive in pricing against other companies. Kyle was fantastic to work with in Sales and very positive and responsive to all of my questions and requests. Matt installed the furnace and was excellent. He communicated well, was punctual, hard working and took extra time and attention to get everything perfectly installed. The warranty on AAA’s furnace was better than every other bid, and I would definitely recommend them!

These guys are great! Boomer got me set up with the right equipment and Josh and John on the install crew got me all set up within two days....super clear communication, met all expectations, had me all dialed up and told me what to expect with the 5 year service plan.

additional: as a follow service on the new heater Caleb and Garret from AAA just wrapped up cleaning my air ducts and the whole process was super convenient and smooth. 90 minutes start to finish. They were masked and wore sanitary covers for their work boots. They put everything back in place and I'm super satisfied with the entire experience. Thanks AAA!

We had a great experience with AAA Heating & Cooling. We recently moved to Portland and our home has a complex HVAC system that is new to us. Tyler, who performed our system maintenance, was professional, informative, friendly, and gave us great tips for maintaining the system between annual appointments. He also helped us set up a duct cleaning, which was performed by Stephanie and Sean, who were both very professional and courteous while they worked in our home. They went the extra mile to make sure our pets were secure and comfortable during their visit, and managed to be both quick and thorough in their work.

I highly recommend using AAA! Stephanie and Sean came to our house twice. They were so thorough in their cleaning and care for our ducts and dryer vent. Not only did they spend extra time cleaning our dryer vent (which was very tricky to get to), they spent time educating me on their findings and how to best service our house moving forward. As a matter of fact, if they hadn’t have come back twice, it is likely that our dryer vent would have caught fire with what they pulled out and showed me! Hire AAA Heating and Cooling! You won’t be disappointed!!

Left a message at 7:30 pm because my AC stopped working and received a prompt call at 8:00 am the next morning. I was scheduled for same day diagnostic. Tyler called when he was about 30 minutes away from my house and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He immediately diagnosed the issue and had the capacitor part in his van. He installed and tested the new part making sure our AC intake and vents were performing optimally. Very happy with the five year warranty on parts and the overall experience and follow up Tyler provided. Highly recommend AAA.

AAA Technician Andrew to the rescue! We were fortunate to have him come out and look at our old HVAC system that had previously been serviced by another company. He immediately identified issues that had been plaguing us, repaired them, and even took the time to explain filters, HVAC concepts, and what's best for our system. On top of that, he also saw a street sweeper coming along and moved the AAA service truck so the front of our house wasn't blocked by the cleaning during his visit. Incredibly thoughtful! Going into summer, we feel fully prepared to take on the heat!

Andrew was great! One of my commercial roof top AC units died right before a heat wave and AAA was able to get me an appointment right away. Andrew was prompt, knowledgeable and had us back in business quickly! Definitely recommend.

We just had an installation of 2 new heat pumps. Josh and Nate did the install work on behalf of Garrett, who sold me the units. I can't say enough about the professionalism and competence of everyone involved. Josh and Nate had to get creative in a number of different ways to complete the install. They communicated beautifully throughout the process to ensure I was comfortable each step of the way, and their workmanship was impeccable. I hired AAA to install two mini-splits with both heat and AC. These guys were punctual, professional and everything looks fantastic. And I am loving having the mini splits versus using my wood pellet stove or wall heat. Such a great investment. Josh and Jessy handled the bulk of the installation and they did a great job. Took two full days with electric work. The financing process has been a little clunky, but hoping that’ll be worked out within the next few days.

Justin was professional, knowledgeable and did an excellent job servicing our furnace and air conditioner. This was our first time working with Justin and we were extremely impressed.
