Just had an air pump installed and furnace replaced by AAA. Austin was fantastic with his estimates for different options, price adjustments, and communication. Josh and Silvio were fantastic with the install. They were on time, friendly, and gave me a demo when they were finished. They also cleaned up well before they left. Nothing but a great experience with AAA. Highly recommend!

Our HVAC suddenly completely stopped working, with flashing lights indicating an electrical shorting issue. We were able to schedule a call for next day. Andrew came by to diagnose and troubleshoot the problem. It turned out to be a fuse and contactor issue.

Not only was he able to pinpoint the problem and had all the necessary replacement parts to fix it, he was patient and explained to me his thought process every step of the way. Not to say I can personally fix this issue in the future, but I learn quite a bit along the way, which I always appreciate.

I would highly recommend Andrew and AAA Heating and Cooling for all HVAC needs! Customer service was top notch.

So. I am on the fence with this. We had a company out to check our AC. They felt it was appropriate to repair it. My husband wanted more information. He wanted to know about replacing the unit, if it was too much to repair. Pretty fair idea. So they sent a lovely woman to do an estimate. However, she doesn’t really know more than reading the stickers on a unit. And I get it. You sent a salesperson to sell a product. She had to text someone to find out that they don’t work on our type of unit. It’s a condo. So that’s something for people to know. But she didn’t have a ladder. She didn’t want to go up in the attic. She was super nice. But I felt like they sent someone that I could not get what I needed from. And that is no fault on her. That’s the problem with some of these companies. They want to sell something. But, some of us educate ourselves enough to need someone that is more than a salesperson. Anyway. It wasn’t the worst experience. But not the best. I feel like they could have asked more question about the unit, and should never have even sent someone out.

We had a new furnace and new air conditioner, installed by AAA Heating and Cooling. The whole team was very professional upfront and thorough in their communication and service. Our sales rep Matt was very helpful and upfront about the cost and the process. The installation team, Jorge, Silvio, Josh, and Jack did an excellent job removing our old system and installing the new system. They were very professional and pleasant to work with and explained our new system carefully and made sure everything was up and running. Overall, we’re very happy with the product and service we received from AAA Heating and Cooling and highly recommend them.

We do not recommend AAA Heating and Cooling. Their technician incorrectly serviced our A/C, did not actually perform a cleaning, and then flooded our utility closet ruining drywall, flooring, and high-end filters. Their 5-star reviews are because they pay their technicians to tell their customers so it will get them bonuses. We are waiting on resolution from AAA ownership for this matter.

Super quick and efficient, would highly recommend at the very least giving them a shot if you need any HVAC repair/replacemnt

I schedule an appointment get an estimate to replace a broken furnace my appointment was Jan.15 they gave me a widow of 12-2pm (which was done by text )and they never showed up.
First my time worth money! Second I deserved a phone call not at text message!

Absolutely above and beyond! They were able to expedite our HVAC repair since we had pets and there was a heatwave. Daniel and Rudy were amazing! We never felt pressured when given the options for pricing. Will be recommending to friends and family.

I saw bad comments about this company on other sites but I still decided to call them because Daniel seemed like an honest guy. They solved my furnace problem and I am very happy with how they did it! Don't believe all the bad comments. Thanks guys, I recommend them.

Had our furnace and air conditioner replaced a while back and still going strong! All the work was explained clearly, pricing was fair, and the work was completed promptly within the quoted window. Definitely will be calling them in the future if we need help with our HVAC!

Repaired AC quickly and affordably. Cleaned up plugged evaporator coil and added parts to make it more efficient. It now runs quiter and the airflow is more powerful IN the second floor. Gabe was a great technician.

Only company that we could reach that advertises 24 hour service that actually answered thier phone Sunday during the heat wave. Techs were thorough and knowledgeable and we are back up and running. Highly recommend.

Came and fixed my furnace ASAP when it broke down.

We hired Daniel and his team to come out to a Rental to do a full duct cleaning, as well as furnace tune-up. Something happened with our original scheduled date which was a Friday. But when we called to inquire, he didn't delay and scheduled us for Sunday! He arrived promptly with his team member Jose and took of the items promptly and efficiently. He recommended sanitization of the ductwork, and so we approved him taking care of that as well. Great job and I would work with them again!
