These guys are top notch! Plumbing side also put new hot water heater in for me. They work hard and do not leave until perfect. HIGHLY recommend Sam and his team!

Mr Sotelo and MPS Heating & Cooling were incredible with our ancient air conditioning system during this epic heat wave! We called and fixed in less than 48-hours during this!
I think our central air system is over 50 years old and he fixed it, cooking our place as I write this! 🙂 I thought we’d be looking at a hefty repair and then planning our replacement too. MPS Heating & Cooling went above and beyond to make this work and in less than a day!
Mr Sotelo fixed this in less than a day and for such a reasonable price I was shocked! 💟
We’re planning our replacement to our current system with him!
If he still has availability, go with MPS Heating & Cooling! We’re customers for life now! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 -
They were great, they made me believe there are still honest companies out there.
I had a problem with my heater. They were very efficient about giving me suggestions, and offered to bring heaters out to my home since my auxiliary heat didn't work either. When they showed up to inspect the heat pump furnace they were very thorough. They went through everything and answered my questions. I was able to watch what they were doing which was very important to me. Step by step they took the customer through it with them, so if you had any questions they would answer anything. It was one of the best experiences I've had. -
Update: I have called two separate HVAC repair people and explained my problem. They both assured me the ductwork is not the issue and BOTH have me on standby to come over when the furnace is not working to diagnose the exact problem. Companies I’ve never given money to are more willing to help than a company I gave thousands of dollars to. Be careful with these people.
I added a brand new air conditioner and furnace to my house. The air conditioner works but we’ve had problems with our furnace since install. Last winter, they came out and kept saying the problem was a dirty filter (even after we replaced it multiple times). They insisted nothing was wrong. They had me replace the thermostat and that didn’t work either. This winter we are still having cold days. When I called, I mentioned my warranty and someone finally came out. This time, they let me know there’s a code I should pay attention to (took them a year to tell me). I was just grateful they were finally coming back and taking me seriously. The man discovered a pinched HOSE and said that was for sure the problem and it would work. We are still experiencing the same issues. They came out and cut a hole in the back of it. Came a week later and closed it back up. They said they may be worried it was the ductwork overheating the unit, but the previous furnace was fine and the unit is not heating for 8+ hours at a time (clearly not overheated) I requested they come out and actually take apart the unit and see what is wrong with it. The front desk girl agreed. A few days later I was emailed back and was told that the problem is the ductwork, I have a quote for about 3k and now they’re ghosting me for the second year in a row. I’m going to just pay to have someone else come take a look. At this point we can’t trust anything these people say, and even though we have a warranty they don’t care to honor it. Their conclusion was a total shot in the dark because they have not actually taken the machine apart and checked every piece, despite finding bent components after research. We have been very patient. I work from home and it’s 61 degrees some days and I’ve not complained when I’m waiting for them to have time to come inspect their own work. This is very disappointing, because as a first time home owner they were wonderful with me in the beginning. Now I have a furnace that is cold 50% of the time and a useless warranty. -
Highly recommend! Super nice, super responsive. My air conditioning went out during Oregon’s crazy heat in June 2021. MPS got me scheduled for a 3 day out appointment when everyone else I called only offered appointments 3 weeks out! Both Maria on the phone and the tech who came to my house were professional, efficient, kind and compassionate. I will continue to use MPS for all my A/C and furnace needs!

I called several companies to come give a quote on a heatpump install at my new to me house. Only 3 responded and MPS was the first to come out and they recommended get a system approved by the energy trust of Oregon to save money. No one else made that recommendation. It saved me $3,000 on the system. They came and quoted on Friday and were installing on Wednesday. Everyone else said 6 to 8 weeks. Clean install and very thorough with clean up. They also responded immediately when my daughter's gas furnace quit working and were out the same day and troubleshot the issue quickly. They were able to locate the part here in town and was available the next day as it was at the end of day Thursday before good Friday. As a person who was in the construction industry since they 80's I can say they are definitely old school when it comes to customer service. A shout out directly to Rosie and Mauro for taking care of my daughter as you did. Would give 10 stars if I could.

The MPS heating team is great! I had them service my heat pump when it wasn’t heating and they left it working great at a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend 😊 very straight forward and didn’t try to upsell me

Mike was awesome!! He came out on short notice and cost much less than others in the area. Super nice and friendly. We will be using Mike's again.
Thank you Mike!!! -
Edited: Changing my previous 1 star review to a 4.
After an initially very poor experience with both repair service and then an attempt at a new AC, with missteps too long to get into, they offered to make it right and they did. -
Mike did a very good job, went above and beyond and was professional. Would hire again

Mike is an absolute legend, serving the Westside for years with honesty and integrity. A straight shooter with fair prices and quality in a timely manner.

I believe that the diagnosis of a "cracked drain pan" is bogus. After the repair man told us that, and told us that nothing could be done and no spare part could be ordered, I took it upon myself to look at ordering a part and installing the part myself. I also found that no one anywhere would sell that part. So I dove into the ac itself as it was still leaking. What I discovered is that it simply had a pinched/kinked drain hose. I re-did the drain hose and the problem was solved.
I am very not happy with your faulty diagnosis. I am not sure if you were intentionally lying to me, or your technician Tristan was just that incompetent, but it doesn't do much to instill confidence in you as a company. -
Mike was amazing! Very knowledgeable and meticulous in his work. I would highly recommend to anyone needing any type of HVAC work! I really appreciate that he took the time to explain to me what was going on with the air conditioning. Thank you! Will call you again!

The owner replaced a capacitor in my AC unit because it was blowing hot air.
I have actually done this to another AC unit as well and it was a 25 minute job for me as an amateur. This is in a rental unit and I was unable to do it myself.
The short of it, he shows up, replaces the capacitor, leaves in 15 minutes and charges $410.
$80 service call + $50 part + $280 in labor?????? Just really frustrating to be charged like that.
Obviously do not recommend the service! -
A couple of years ago I had Columbia heating come and install My central air. It has never worked but they had my money so they didn't seem to care. I called another company and they couldn't figure it out either. I called Apollo and Micheal actually cared and right away figured out what was going on. Not only did Columbia not wire the thermostat right they didn't wire the furnace or the heat pump right. All 3 things have to match up or they won't work right. I am so happy now. You won't be sorry if you hire Apollo
