When our heater stopped working for the first time we called Cornell’s and were able to have a tech come out the same day! They were fast, efficient and easy to work with. Tim was an amazing tech that was very knowledgeable and able to explain what was most likely going on in plain man’s terms that made it easier to understand. We highly recommend him and will be working with him in the future!

This was an awesome experience. Found a crack in the furnace heating element and within 24 hours we had a new furnace in place. The team was creative and supporting in finding a way to get a furnace into our small crawl space, provided loads of helpful information and had amazing customer service. 10/10 recommend this company for any and all needs. This company contacted me with an offer on a furnace inspection and maintenance package, and at first I ignored it. But it had been a while since I’d had anyone look at the furnace so I set up an appointment. The maintenance was completed for the quoted price and the technician, Dan, was very courteous. The inspection was very thorough and Dan’s report included many photos. He was patient in going through the report with me and outlining future steps. I had a very good experience with Cornel’s Plumbing and Heating.

Analysis of our 19yo furnace found cracking in the secondary burn box. We elected to replace rather than chance limping along through the holidays (hosting). Made sense to upgrade the 27yo A/C as well. The sales process was smooth but expensive. Figured excellent service would even things out. Install seemed smooth. Crew was tidy and apologetic they could not deliver what the sales team had promised, exactly, but end result was fine (A/C location, electrical feed routing). Next morning no heat or hot water! Called twice and sent two messages as well. Despite paying $389 for 'annual service contract' and web promises of 'callback in 10 min', waited 5 hours for a call. By that time we'd turned our Xmas upside down and moved our gathering 150miles. Condensate pump had loose connection and lightly tripped a GFCI. 5min fix (4 days later) but with immense personal impact. It was almost a great experience, except the complete and resounding lack of timely service response. For $22k I expect better.

We had both our HVAC and AC units go out in our first few months in our new home, last year. Cornell came out and gave us not only a fair estimate but a year worth of quality and friendly service. Their technicians are always kind, easy-going and efficient and their customer service is excellent with providing accurate appointment windows. We had Hunter Johanson Come to our furnace maintenance today and not only was he in and out in less than an hour, but he was friendly and took the time to explain his service, what he found, and what were priorities in his recommendation for service. Couldn’t imagine working with a different HVAC company in the beaver/Portland area

Ed and team were fantastic. They were prompt and worked until the job was done (11+ hrs! ). It was a tough one since all the equipment was in the attic and there was a lot to do. They couldn’t have been nicer. Genuinely some of the nicest people I’ve had work in my home and they were really hard workers. The new furnace is working great and I can’t wait to run the new A/C this summer!

Had a furnace and air conditioner installed by Cornel's Team Members Rafael and David. They were fast, courteous, great problem solvers! So appreciative of the entire team a Cornel's and their electrical contractors. I am very confident in the work they did, the appliances they installed, and the care that they will provide moving forward. Much quicker installation than I expected, even with moving the furnace to an entirely different location.

I am super impressed with Cornel’s Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning. I ended up getting home from work and the house was extremely cold and it was clear the heater hadn’t been running all day. I ensured the thermostat was working and went downstairs and power cycled the furnace. It would turn on the blower but not light the gas. I called Cornel’s and Nathan was out to the house within an hour! Nathan was super friendly, very courteous, and communicated well throughout the entire process. From phone call to resolution was less than three hours. Great job and highly recommend these guys.

I love the folks at Cornel’s. Dan came out today to check out my furnace. (I've renewed my Care Club with them. Worth every penny. ) He cleaned, inspected, tested and serviced my furnace. New filter etc. He explained everything he reviewed, very clearly. Dan is professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to have in the house. (Plus he was very kind to my goober dogs.😅) I recommend Cornel’s wholeheartedly. They've taken care of us for a few years now, and I know I'm in good hands with them.
