I called Black Bear Heating and Cooling and from the start, they were very kind and helpful. Since the appointment, they were on time, very professional and explained the whole process. When I received the estimate, it was comparable to others. I decided to contract them to install my furnace equipment. Everything went smoothly. I really recommend Black Bear Heating. They also speak both Spanish and English!

The guys were able to come same day that I called and diagnose/fix an issue that a previous company was unable to do. Took them about 30-40 minutes total and got my AC unit working again right before summer. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area looking for a solid repair job.

They offered a very fair price for their work, And used top-of-the-line appliances. Black Bear Heating and Cooling recently cleaned my ducts and serviced my heat pump condenser unit, and I was very happy with their work. This father and son team did a very professional and thorough job. They took care to clean up completely after themselves and treated my home with respect.

I wanted to get a furnace tune-up before Winter arrived, so I started calling around several weeks ago to find someone. Most places I called wanted to get me into some annual plan or would've charged half that plan's cost for a single tune-up. Not Black Bear Heating and Cooling! They were very straight-forward with me and offered to come out at what I think is a fair price.

On the day, they were punctual, courteous, and informative, explaining some basic preventive measures on my part can keep my furnace in top shape. They were also able to point out a few things needing repair and give me a quote to fix them without applying any pressure or false sense of urgency to convince me to "buy now". As a first-time owner of a furnace, I greatly appreciated that.

I heartily recommend you give them a call if you need any service on your system. I'll certainly call them again.

They will not stand behind their work. They "fixed" my AC on Friday, and it stopped working by Tuesday afternoon, yet they wanted to charge us for another service call.

Great customer service and very knowledgeable. Was able to diagnose my ac issue right away and repair within the same hour.
