Dan from Cornell was very thorough with my Furnace inspection. He showed me everything from what was in good shape, what issues there were and what his recommendations were on replacing certain parts. He never tried to sell me on a replacement furnace despite it being older. I also learned of a new product that I would have never heard of. Dan was also very knowledgeable and experienced and seemed to know his trade extremely well. A trend I am noticing from Cornel.

What an amazing team all around. This review will be specific to having our single staged furnace replaced with a high efficient modulating furnace. First off, Tyler who started the initial quote has been a class act. He is extremely genuine and doesn’t approach you with any motives other than to help others with their heating and cooling of their homes. He is knowledgable, personable, and professional. His communication is top notch utilizing multiple forms of communication such as phone, in person, text, and email and responds in a very timely manner. Once we started the install, Ed and Gus were extremely polite and efficient. They wasted no time and were able to install the new furnace seamlessly. There were very independent and never had to request me for anything they just did everything without interruption. They were very professional and personable as well helping answer any questions I had during the install. Thank you Ed and Gus for doing such a wonderful job. Because I’ve never owned a modulating furnace before I didn’t realize that they don’t turn on 100% like a single stage. So when I increased the heat by 1-2 degrees that evening, I was expecting a full on blast of air. My misunderstanding lead me to believe the furnace wasn’t kicking on. I contacted Tyler and he got on the phone at 9 pm the evening before Christmas eve and said, Andrew, we’re going to do everything in our power to make sure you have heat over Christmas. He even confirmed his manager I believe his name was Mike was ready to come out on Christmas Eve to problem shoot any issues. Literally, notified at 9 pm and Mike was ready to go to help. After running through literally the first troubleshoot step together, I realized I had mistaken how a modulating furnace should sound. We confirmed the furnace was indeed in fully operating condition as these systems don’t go 100% full blast like single stage systems do. This example highlights the core principles of Cornel, which Tyler clearly displayed, they put the customer first, whatever it takes, and wouldn’t let someone go without heat esp over Christmas. I couldn’t believe how well taken care of I was and apologized about 5 times for not knowing how a modulating furnace should work. Extremely impressed all around, and was continually surprised with how amazing the customer care and service was with each experience. Highly highly recommended.

Wonderful experience! The HVAC service technician Wayne Griffiths was friendly, professional, on time, and very knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly and had our system running perfectly in no time. Fair pricing and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

The prices are reasonable and Kevin was a pleasure to have work at our home. His professional attitude and polite mannerisms exceeded expectations. He kept the area clean while performing the work. The installation process was quick and efficient. He notified us of his arrival giving us time to prepare the work area and was on time with no problems. We will be using cornels plumbing for all our plumbing issues in the future.

Arturo was incredibly helpful and informative. He took the time to walk me through his whole process, showing me in person and pictures of every part of his inspection. He was very knowledgeable with answering questions. I asked him about heat pumps after he did my HVAC check up which he was also very helpful with, got me in touch with an expert on the team Randy who was very knowledgeable as well. Hunter came over initially to diagnose the issue, was able to do so quickly and efficiently and even went out of his way to get us a temporary solution. He explained everything very clearly, including the time it would likely take for the part to even arrive. Today he was back to resolve the issue and was did so efficiently, ensuring to test everything before leaving. Both visits he was very kind, courteous and professional. Very thankful for his service!

Hunter came out to service my furnace and he was a wonderful technician! Kind, professional, thorough, and respectful. Who could ask for more!?!? I have the Cornel service program and it is definitely worth the price. It saved me money and I was taken care of quickly.

He’s the first technician I’ve had (and I’ve had several over the years) who truly helped me understand which furnace filter works best and why. His many years of experience were clear and I truly appreciated how he asked thoughtful questions and really listened to my answers so he could find the right solution for my situation—including getting my heat back on quickly.
I was especially impressed and grateful that they were able to schedule the installation for the very next morning. The financing options offered were also fair and reasonable, which made the whole process even smoother.

Brady was the front person for my new heat pump installation and he was wonderful to work with. He was friendly, professional and kept me informed every step of the way, which I really appreciated. This company stands for professional and customer service oriented. We had them come out for a winter service and found out that our HVAC and heat pump had major failures. We knew we had issues when we received an electric bill for $1300 for one month. They were able to replace the entire system with a Platinum Daikin heat pump, three zones. They installed it in two days. Love the system and the quality of all the staff we encountered. I would highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.

Jairo and crew did a fantastic job. I needed a new furnace return that required a lot of zig zagging to go from garage to main house attic. I also had returns put in all bedrooms since the doors are always shut. Jairo kept me informed every step of the way. I like things to be done a very specific way.

The team arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and worked efficiently and professionally throughout the installation. They took great care to keep the area clean and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left.

Absolutely fantastic service from beginning to end ! We replaced our 23 year old Central Air unit and furnace. AC died two summers ago and I refused to do a third summer with portables. Nobody really wants to spend this kind of money, so it was important to not only get several quotes, it was important for us to get a feel for the people representing the company we went with.
Tyler came out and was very thorough in creating a quote that fit our needs. He explained our options and a timeline that worked perfectly for us. I had no reason not to trust what he was telling us.

Today Jairo and Julian spent a full workday inside, outside ( on and off rain) and even under our house. They were polite, efficient, and patient with our pack of dogs who wanted to investigate them every single time they saw them. The guys absolutely left everything immaculate and taught us how to use the new thermostat they installed.

We notice an immediate difference in the heating and cooling in the house as they tested both. I suspect we will see a noticeable difference on our monthly bills for electricity and gas with these upgrades. That definitely helps take the sting out of spending adult money.
