TERRIBLE. They screwed us over completely. We paid for the top of the line system, which they convinced us was the best, and then when it wasn't working THREE months after the install, they sent people out who didn't have the right tools or even understood how to fix the system. They provided a bandaid fix, even though we paid for a one year maintenance plan which is supposed to ensure "it works like the day it is installed" as well as two service visits throughout the year. None of these things happened. Customer service is rude and uncaring and impossible to get anyone on the line who knows what they're talking about, and though they say they'll get someone to call you back, they never do. We ended up working with an entirely different company who diagnosed a leak, which was a $2,000 repair. This company is awful. DO NOT USE THEM.

Deon came to service our HVAC the other day and was wonderful to deal with. He gave us very detailed information on what needed to be done to our system. I like how he took his time to explain what was wrong and how to go about fixing it. Great job, thanks!

This has obviously has been gone for years, but as the other reviewers have stated, google does not want to remove this even with photo evidence.

Decades of knowledge always lower priced than all the other HVAC companies and goes above and beyond..

Dale is Amazing! I was freezing with no heat and he came right over and got my furnace running again...very honest and respectful of my home...I will be calling again if I have any problems this summer with my Air Conditioning!

So glad I found Dale, he is my go to guy for home and business service. He really understands the science and engineering aspect of his trade. I initially grilled him and he could not just answer but explain why and how things work.

My business building was being used beyond its initial design and I was sure I was going to need a new system, and could have easily been sold a new one.

Dale assured me my system was adequate and still had plenty of life in it. I just needed to make some cheap and easy changes (along with a tune up from him) and we lowered the temp in the summer by 10 degrees from where it had been. Taking it from intolerable to the normal range again. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending him to anyone.

My technician , Bertie, was exceptional! He was efficient, thorough and explained results against a prescribed checklist with measurable results. I was so impressed with his level of expertise that I signed up for an ongoing maintenance/ repair program.

What amazing service!!! I called around 12:30 and someone was a my house by 1:30 and they were able to change out my water heater the same day!!! I highly recommend them! Fast great service!

Brendan is a great plumber! He diagnosed my disposal problem and solved a long-standing issue with the hot water tank quickly. His knowledge and friendliness were always present. Call Cornel’s Plumbing, you won’t be disappointed.

Dan came out to service my furnace and ended up educating me for about 30 minutes (while petting my dog), about how furnaces work, how they fail and how I needed a new furnace. I would normally question that sudden news, but Dan took his time explaining his assessment using language that I understood. I SO appreciate that! Thank you Dan!

I chose Cornel’s Plumbing because they’re a family-owned business with great reviews, and they absolutely lived up to them. Kevin came out first to assess a few small issues, do a whole home inspection, and walk me through my water heater inspection. He explained everything clearly, was incredibly patient with my questions, and offered helpful recommendations without any pressure.

With the holidays coming up, I decided to tackle the work proactively. They were back out within a day or two, and Coleman handled the water heater and toilet repairs. He was efficient, friendly, and made sure I understood what was being done. Everything was fixed quickly.

I feel truly confident in their work, and knowing they stand behind it gives me real peace of mind. Highly recommend Cornel’s Plumbing.

Dan was professional and communicated well. He arrived on time, set proper expectations, and he gave several optional recommendations at the end. No high pressure. He took the extra time to show me the live camera feed while I stood by, and he explained everything so I could understand.

Zak, our plumber, was full of southern charm and quickly fixed our leak problem. He did an amazing job, and his cleanup was fast and efficient. We truly appreciate his professionalism and quality work.

Great customer service. Explained things well and were up front about options and solutions for a failing HVAC system. Timely installation of new system.

We had a really big job with replacing our furnace, hot water heater and AC unit all at once. My husband looked at several companies before choosing Cornels based on their reviews. There were 7 people involved from start to finish and the service was outstanding!

Zac did the initial inspection and gave recommendations. He was very respectful and empathetic about the size of our project. He set the bar for the rest of the team.

Next we chatted with Dave, who walked us through the project, the timeline and the finances. He was also very empathetic especially since they needed to shut our heat off 2 days before Christmas. He offered to personally drive out to our home with space heaters to get us through til the install. We declined but he still came to our home the day after Christmas to inspect the project prior to the install and answer all our questions. He worked with us on the finances to ensure we felt comfortable with all of the charges. We felt really good about the entire conversation and moved forward with the project.

Ed and his brother Gus did the furnace and AC install. These are the people you want doing your furnace and AC install. Plain and simple. The level of detail and commitment to customer satisfaction was unbelievable!

Jordan did the water heater install. Another fantastic experience! The communication is one of the things I appreciate the most from this team. He was helped by another team member Tyler (if I got that wrong I apologize) and they did an outstanding job getting that water heater up 2 flights of stairs and into our 3rd floor attic!

Lastly was a visit from the plumbing specialist whose name I forgot to get. He was very helpful and explained so much about toilet issues and how to solve and avoid them.

The whole experience was exceptional. This was a big financial hit but we feel so good about what was done and how it was done. Quickly, professionally and kindly. We cannot recommend this company enough!
