Mike is awesome. He saw me shopping for a new thermostat at Home Depot and handed me his card in case I needed help. I did end up needing his help and I called him at 9PM expecting to leave a voicemail and to my surprise he answered the call. He was happy to answer a few questions about a potential blown fuse, and told me how to repair it. Great customer service and overall just a nice guy.

radio commercial is so bad and annoying and over played that even after my furnace broke i refuse to use these guys service

When our hot water heater failed we called Apollo to have it checked out. Kyle came out the same day, determined the problem, and provided us with options to resolve the issue. When we opted to replace the water heater, he was on the phone immediately to get the replacement done that afternoon. He worked hard and we were back in business. We will continue to use Apollo for all of our plumbing, heating, and cooling needs.

My AC system was not making cool air. A tech Tristan came out and in short order have me back up operating perfectly. The cost of the service call was very reasonable. I write this for 2 reasons. First to praise Apollo for such fine work but secondly and just as important when my AC went down I called 2 companies. The first to come out was not apolt but some one else.after charging me more than twice the amount for the service call. He said almost everything wrong with my systand most components needed to be replaced. The next day I got a estimate for $8400. Sure glad I called Apollo!!

Evan at Apollo is totally amazing. He and his crew replaced all of the pipes under the house in record time. They were professional, courteous and competent. We can’t say enough good about our experience with Evan and Apollo.

This guy came to fix the problem with our air conditioner and he replaced one part (which cost $20-30) . He changed us $545 for 20 minutes job.
He never agreed with us the price just came back and said $545 and completed mostly people paid more than his price….

Mike is a con, run away, he show up late. charged us $325 for a $18 part. Quoted us $9000 for ac and furnace. Once he arrived it turn into $17000. He is a fast talker con who seen nice but once he see older people he will take advantage. Brags about his roofing skill. begged for a tip on top of the bill. Has had multiple business licences, which I suspect is because Apollo air has a bad reputation . We were desperate during the heat wave and had out AC out for 4 day and he saw that and took advantage.

Our Technician, Tristan came over to replace our front yard water hose gasket and he did a great job explaining the procedure. Tristan was very professional and friendly. My mom doesn’t speak perfect English, but Tristan was a good communicator. Prices were fair. I would use Apollo again because of the good service Tristan provided!

Stephen came by to give me a quote and we worked out 7 ways to Sunday on how to make the most power and financially efficient replacement system for my 30 year old furnace and AC. The short time he was here he found and repaired a disconnect duct in my crawlspace and found a crack in my furnace.

This company is disorganized. I'm frustrated because their disorganization is the gift that keeps on giving.

We had 4 units installed 8 months ago. My neighbors asked me why they had to come back a half a dozen times.

They made a lot of mistakes.
They cut a hole in a shear wall. It took them 6 months to repair it.
They failed to update piping diameters and had to come back.
They put an extra vent pipe in at my request and added the wrong shape in the wrong place, that had to be moved.

I just found out about the Oregon Energy Trust rebates. They failed to mention it and it had to be done within 60 days. In Arizona, from where I recently moved, the contractors typically filed such paperwork for us. Apollo didn't even mention it. i found out about it from another contractor for a different service.

I'm writing this review because I just found out that we totally missed out on the Energy Trust Rebates.

Had an amazing experience with Apollo! Devon, the technician was phenomenal in finding solutions to a very tricky drainage, problem that we have had for years. So impressed with his ability to problem solve. Well, absolutely have him out again. Loved working with everyone from this company!

Spent a long day to replace our heating and AC. Did an amazing job.

Even better, they climbed back down under the house to look for our lost cat—they found her! He also cleaned up some @waste” down there. Above and beyond!

Vlad was a very pleasant person to deal with. He was patient with my odd questions and explained thoroughly what mite be needed in the near future to take care of the wheel in the furnace by removing it and cleaning it! I chose not to do it at this time . Thank you for sending him to me. I had my heating system checked.

Our furnace stopped working in evening. The temperatures outside were -5 degrees! I called Beaverton Heating and Cooling and he said he would send someone out right away. They arrived within the 1 hour. The technician was polite and gave extremely good eye contact. He informed me what he was doing as he worked on the furnace. He had it working Within the hour. I was quite surprised at how reasonable the bill was. I would definitely use this company again in Denney Whitford
