The Crew did a good job for replacing the vent boots on the roof and showed the photos before and after.

Very pleased with Leo's and Jose's job. Our issue was taken care of less than 3 days after we first contacted the company. (Leaky skylight/vent). Hopefully I won't have to revise my comment after the next rain... ;)

I would just like to say that this team all worked together for me to do an excellent job! I needed a lot of moss to be removed from my roof and also my front entry way and driveway power washed. They did a wonderful job and even went beyond their job tasks by power washing my gutters. I will definitely be calling them for future projects!

The folks at All Surface Roofing were knowledgable, timely, efficient, and helpful. From our first contact with Peter through the end of our project, which was replacing our roof, things happened right on schedule and in the timeframe given. I would recommend them as a roofing contractor.

It was a pleasure to work with the All Surface team from start to finish. Ian, the estimator, spent a lot of time inspecting the old roof and attic, talking about the roof, the products they would use, providing samples and a prompt estimate. I did not feel pressured in any way with Ian as I had with other companies. In comparison with estimates from other companies, the cost was fair and they stuck to it. Amy, who coordinated the project, made sure everything was there on time and provided great communication throughout the project. The roof installers were amazing! They arrived on time, were very respectful of my property, very efficient and cleaned everything up at the end of the day. The old roof was off and the new one on in half the time that I had been told. Such hard workers! They also arranged for my gutters to be replaced (another company). Finally, Giovani and Kyle came out to install two vents, which went very quickly, looked great and cleanup was excellent. Eric, the final inspector, came out to make sure everything was done correctly. I am so pleased with my new roof and gutters and highly recommend All Surface Roofing.

We had to replace our 28 yo composition roof on our house. We got 5 different estimates for the job and decided on All surface because of how thorough Ian was inspecting our roof, how he explained what they would do and the estimate he gave us for the cost. Even though I was a little nervous about taking the lowest bid I had no need to worry. Amy was easy to work with getting the job scheduled and communicated well with us. Jay and his crew did a great job stripping off our old roof and putting on the new one. They were always there when they said they were going to be. Worked quickly, efficiently and did a good job cleaned up after they were done. Best of all our new roof looks great!

It was neither the most expensive quote I got nor the cheapest, but I chose All Surface because during the sales phase, the rep Brett was candid and my choices were simple, and the reviews of the business were overwhelmingly positive.

Things moved quickly once the project was kicked off; everything showed up when the scheduling folks said it would, and the actual work was done in two days (given the estimate of 2-5 days, it almost seemed anti-climactic it was done so quickly!) It took longer for the SaniCan and excess materials to be picked up than it did for the whole time between dumpster drop off and roof completion.

The roof looks stellar. Everybody kept their promises and was friendly throughout the process. No complaints on my side; great job All Surface.

Estimator agreed in writing to give me the same price as my neighbor's home but the quote came back higher. I questioned the estimator as my house does have additional roof surface area on the front but the overall length of the home is shorter than my neighbors which would even out but didn't get a clear reasoning.

They provided a lead time of 2-3 weeks before beginning my job but heard nothing at the 3 week mark and contacted the office. The person I spoke with said she wasn't sure as there were no notes in the system and would ask their scheduler. I received a call back the following day saying apparently the email didn't go through and that I was scheduled for later in the week which I found odd as there previous 2 emails went through just fine. Sounds like someone dropped the ball with schedule.

The roof replacement looks good from what I can tell but the bait and switch quoting practice and poor lead time estimates really soured my view on the company.

Didn’t have a lot of contact with most of the crew for that the first day. When I had a problem like crap dropping on my garden l went to Kevin and he took care of it. Shingles looked crappy when they first went on, but l’m hoping they will level out after a few days in the sun. Think the valley metal with the peak in the center looks weird and wish it was just flat. All in all the job went fine and I do want to give a special shout out to Alex and Kevin. They came back and finished up on Monday and did a good job. Very polite and accommodating. Nice young men! Thanks.

The repair work was replacing one tile that had slipped down. The crew secured the tile and checked for any other issues. The work was done with care and I appreciated overall service.

This was the worst experience I have ever had as a home owner. This company ruined my soffit with their new roof application. I was told by everyone at the company including Tom the owner that they stand by this work and this is normal. He said there was nothing they could or would do for me.They kept saying I signed a waiver saying there could be nail perforation. This is more than nail perforation, my home has been vandalized and I have been insulted and belittled by every man I have had to talk to at this company. I asked if they could fix it if I paid them more money and was told to find someone to cut the nails and paint over it, that is unacceptable.

I have since had two other roofers out that both said this is terrible unprofessional work and one even said I should get a lawyer. I don't have time for all that and just want to move on but I have to at least post a review to warn others. THERE ARE BETTER ROOFERS OUT THERE!

I have posted three pictures of these soffits and they surround the entire length of my house so you can image how horrible they look. I am beyond bummed that my house will look like this all summer.

Since the owner responded I am adding to my review. I ended the phone call nicely because that is the kind of person I am. I think their response just further proves my point, they will have you sign a waiver and then they will destroy your soffit and throw the waiver you signed in your face. THEY DO NOT WANT TO FIX THIS BECAUSE ITS TOO TIME CONSUMING AND THEY CAN"T MAKE ENOUGH MONEY ON IT. I AM HIRING ANOTHER ROOFER AND HAVING TO PAY THEM TO FIX THIS PROBLEM. IF YOU WANTED ME HAPPY YOU WOULD HAVE FOUND SOMEONE TO FIX WHAT YOU DESTROYED!

UPDATE>>>>>ADDED some new information. I just had a new roofer on my roof and I went up there with him you should see the crappy job this company did! It was not only my soffits that got destroyed but they did not lay the shingles down properly in several spots so water was not running off my roof correctly. Turns out the roofers All Surface hired don't even work there anymore, wonder why?

We interviewed 5 companies, and while All Surface was slightly higher than the lowest estimate, we felt most confident in their thoroughness to address putting proper material around the vents, skylights, fireplace and ridge line. We were not disappointed. The roof looks great. They did zero damage to the landscaping and they clean up all of their "mess" that happens during construction. It amazed us that they were able to do it on a couple of dry winter days. We highly recommend All Surface Roofing.

All Surface Roofing did our entire residential roof and it looks amazing. We were very happy with the entire process. Then a tree branch fell through our shed's roof, and All Surface was able to come very quickly to fix that. They matched everything perfectly.

They are our first choice now and I highly recommend to anyone who wants quality work done.

We had our tile roof cleaned and treated by All Surface. They were prompt and thorough. They cleaned the roof and then came back on a dry day and applied the treatment. Our roof has never looked better! They cleaned in and around our gutters too. When they finished they cleaned everything up and even caulked around the skylights. We will definitely be calling them again.

All Surface did a great job of replacing our complex roof on our historic home -- many dormers and other detail.. The crew work hard, they were friendly, they protected the extensive plants around the house, and kept at it even though the job took longer than expected. The bid was also substantially more attractive than two others. I would highly recommend!

Reached out to see if they could help me. Didn't get through the first time. The person I spoke with before doesn't seem to be there any more and the person on the phone was curt if not flat out rude.

The estimator, Peter, was very knowledgeable and helpful! I hired this company based on a combination of my experiences with him, plus the online reviews. The crew cleaned the job site up nicely every day, and it looks as if they did a great job with the roof . They did have to replace more plywood than we originally thought, so my cost ended up going $2,000 over the estimate. But I'd been warned that could happen.

All Surface exceeded my expectations in every way. Starting with sales, Peter was knowledable, relatable and gave me a fair price. Then Carlos' crew came in to demo and install the roof. Courteous and professional, the roof was installed one day earlier than I expected and the cleanup was thorough. I would definitely use them again!
