When the person scheduled to perform my service got sick, the owner of the company came out and did the work himself rather than have to reschedule. He did a fantastic job, and went above and beyond to help us. I would recommend Carpet Surgeon to anyone.

I had Carpet Surgeon repair dog chewed carpet and then on a later date, clean all the carpet in our home. The owner came and did the quote and 2 different technicians did the repair and cleaning. They were prompt, professional, and delivered all that they promised. I recommend them highly!

Carpet stretching. Great service and good value

Carpet Surgeon is very professional and did an amazing job cleaning our older area carpet and stairwells. They cleaned the black soil along the wallboards in one room. They removed squeaks in the floorboards in several rooms and depressions in the carpet from the previous owners’ furniture. If you need more than a quick shampoo, Carpet Surgeon is the service to call. They will give you an itemized estimate for the work you want done.

I run a local cleaning service and am willing to admit when I'm over my head. We had a client with some hardwood flooring issues that we couldn't solve on our own.

After exhausting our own knowledge we were referred to Glen and Carpet Surgeons and have never had better customer service. The office staff were super friendly and understanding of the problem over the phone.

Glen the owner came out the next day to access the floors in person. He arrived promptly, with a friendly attitude, and answered all my questions with a wealth of knowledge.

While I have yet to actually see their cleaning in action, I can only imagine how good the end results would be based off my first impression with their staff.

The team at carpet surgeon just cleaned 3,000 square feet of commercial space for us here in Vancouver, WA. The cleaning was executed flawlessly. Communication was great. As an employee pet-friendly office space, we have a lot of dogs in the office every day along with the accompanying messes so having a deep, top-quality clean was important to us. Carpet Surgeon was able to repair & stretch my carpets that were poorly installed 4 years ago. They did such a good job with stretching and cleaning that my carpets honestly look brand new. Would recommend and would use again!

They were great to deal with-- good communication from beginning to end. We have two dogs and two young kids, so our carpets were getting pretty gross-- they made them look great and smell fantastic. Prices were very fair for the quality of work.

I needed a small fix to our carpet which was customized by our puppy. From my first contact with the company, I knew I was in good hands. Tess set me up with an appointment that was just a couple days out due to a cancellation and I received a call an hour prior to my appt that they were running ahead of schedule. Adam and Jacob arrived as promised and set to repairing our carpet. The job was done professionally and promptly and they were kind enough to give me a cleaning estimate when asked. The carpet repair looks great and I don't see any areas of concern with the fix. Everyone was personal, the job done professionally and they were prompt; what else could you ask for?

Very satisfied. I didn't know who to call for carpet installation. But, I knew I didn't want to work with a random contractor from home depot. I went with Carpet Surgeon because its a local business that has a reputation to upload, and it had a lot of positive reviews. I'm glad I did because they did a great job. Similar to other reviewers, while researching how to fix the wrinkles in my carpet, I was surprised when I came across a company with a 5 star review and so many reviews. Based on the reviews, I hired Carpet Surgeon to stretch the carpet in every room on the 2nd floor of my home plus had my couch and an area rug cleaned. Everything looks absolutely wonderful. Ralph, Gabriel and Glen were extremely friendly and professional, and the price was very reasonable. I'm especially impressed with the repair job on my carpet. I was a bit skeptical about how it would work simply because I have never had carpet stretched before and I am not familiar with the process, but it looks so good and makes a world of difference aesthetically. The investment was worth every penny and I'd hire them again in a heartbeat!

Great, detail oriented crew that is very knowledgeable about their trade. Friendly, transparent, and amazing work. When we first moved into our house the carpet smelled strongly of the previous owners dogs and was also triggering allergic reactions—the Carpet Surgeon team was able to promptly get a technician out here and even squeak in a bit of time to stretch some carpet that had was wrinkled even though it wasn’t originally part of the plan. We loved their work so much we called them back two years later to fix a transition area our cats had ravaged. 100% the company we will go to for whatever carpet needs we have.
