This company does poor quality work, has no customer service skills after your roof has been installed and payed for. They have no idea how to install the proper flashing, causing water damage years later. My wife and I spent over ten thousand dollars to have and our old roof torn off and new installed as part of our contract they were to inspect and replace plywood and roof joists as needed and now three years later we are finding dry rot, and water damage due to improper flashing. I have attached of a few many images of there work. Home owners be ware, go with high bid if this business is one of your quotes and inspect all contractors after the job is done!!!!!!!

This is a very reliable contractor. Our house had a roof leak for a long time. I called several contractors to come to get an estimate and this is the only one coming over in the scheduled time. The estimator was very professional and did climb to the roof to do the investigation. The price they asked was very reasonable. The workers came as promised timely and finished the job beautifully within two hours. After it was done, they didn't ask any extra money and my roof was not leaked any more after the fix. I would thank for their work and recommend their service to everybody.

We are very happy with All Surface Roofing. We had a couple leak repairs done a few months before we went with a new roof. During the new roof replacement, my wife got very sick and I had to take her to the ER twice. All Surface finished the roof quickly and did a good job of cleaning up while we were gone. They did the walk through after the replacement on my schedule and I really appreciate that. Thank you Crystal, Brett, Norm and Megan for putting up with me and my goofy sense of humor. Oh and yes I would highly recommend them to anyone in the future.

When my husband and I bought our first house, insurance immediately decided our insurance policy would be contingent upon getting a new roof. From first quote to job completion was about three weeks (and a week of that was me deciding between quotes). The work was done professionally, and to the underwriter’s satisfaction, and at a very fair price that we could still afford even after buying a house. The team communicated very well, and the work was done in two days — even with removing two layers of roof, installing a new roof and a new roof on a detached pergola. Would recommend.

After receiving multiple quotes from different roofers we decided to use All Surface for their professionalism and no-nonsense pricing. Communication was clear from beginning to end. The whole re-roofing process went very well, from Brents visit to give us a quote to their final inspection. Brent was the only one of three quotes that ever got back to us, they were not the least expensive of the 3 quotes, but we had the most confidence that they would do the best job. Their crew did a great job and finished faster than we had been told, even in the heat we were having. They made sure their crew was safe and that we were satisfied, which we are! Highly recommend them.

From start to finish top rate company! Initial contact, Peter Morin, was quick and efficient examining the roof. He took the time to explain the process to install the new roof and possible additional costs for repair of the plywood sheathing. Estimate was completed quickly and at a reasonable price. Information about scope of work and time line for scheduling was explained. Roofing crew arrived on time on the day scheduled and completed the work that day. Spectacular service, very happy with the new roof.

I hired All Surface for a roof replacement job. After talking to 5 different contractors I choose All surface for their choice of material, schedule and bid. The crew did a great job working almost 12 hr days and completing the job on time. Mark the job manager was always available to answer any questions during the job. In all am happy with their services and would highly recommend.

I would like to say how much I appreciate the great job your crew did cleaning the gutters at our small 4 unit condominium. We paid for the premium service and the place was super clean when they left. Kudos to Alberto and his partner, Ferman.(sp)

We have used All Surface for our gutter cleaning for years. All Surface has always done a great job. I would like to mention Miguel and Jose that performed our gutter cleaning. They were very prompt on arrival and were quick and very courteous and did an excellent job!

Where to start? First off, estimator didn't set foot on our roof, simply looked at it from the driveway and provided an estimate. Crew came out after I authorized $6500 cleaning of a wood shake roof on a 2-story 2600 sq ft house (so not a huge roof). Service was supposed to clean and treat roof, clean gutters, replace bad shake. Crew used backpack blower and brushes to 'clean' roof, then sprayed it the following day with their treatment. When I saw how much debris they left in between the shakes I called and asked them why they hadn't used an air compressor, at which point they offered to discount that service as an add-on (shake roofs are recommended to be cleaned with air and brush, something they seemed to know but didn't do, despite the bid stating that it would be 'air-blown'.
The crew came out a second time after my complaint and blew the roof off again, this time with an air compressor. I've included a picture of both the debris left between shake after the first cleaning (so no way for the treatment to actually reach all the areas between shakes) as well as a photo of the amount of material that came off the roof during the second cleaning. The crew did clean up the ground well both times they worked on the roof.
We asked the estimator to include replacement of one vent on the roof, then once the job was started they told us they 'Don't do that kind of work", even though they advertise themselves as a Roofing Company.
The following week we had rain and one of our gutters overflowed, so I called again. All Surface sent someone out again, with an 8-foot ladder, when it wasn't raining, and he said he couldn't find any problems (overflow is a second-story gutter).
I have had to call repeatedly to try to get this project finished (now 2 months).
Received an invoice after the work was completed, then notified to wait for a corrected invoice which remarkably was the absolute max of the range presented in the bid ($5059-$6514). I'm not a fan of working with companies that charge top dollar for supposedly excellent service only to have to call them back out 4+ times to get the job done right, won't use them again and would recommend finding someone else for your next roof project.

I needed to have my roof shingles replaced. Everyone I dealt with from Peter Morin, estimator, to Mark as the project was scheduled, to Norman for final inspection were professional and trustworthy. I appreciated the involvement of crew leader, D'Anthony, Operations Manager, Crystal, and Scheduler, Megan, who ensured the project proceeded on schedule, with adjustments for inclement weather. Communication was excellent through-out the project. To my astonishment, my project was completed in one long day with four teams working efficiently! On a side note, Peter Morin was the only one of four estimators to take the time to let me know there was a problem with my chimney. I was able to get the chimney repair completed before the roofing project started. I highly recommend All Surface Roofing and Roof Repair Company for quality, efficient and reasonably-priced work done by excellent staff.
