I recently had a great experience with Raindrop Roofing. I had an emergency due to a roof leak and they responded so quickly that they even had the crew arrive on the weekend to secure the leak. The whole team was courteous, considerate and efficient and the pricing was more than fair. I was so pleased I had them do my other rental house for me too! I highly recommend this company for roofing repair or a new roof. So far, including mine and my son's homes, they have done four roofs for us and I couldn't be happier!

Torrey and Ryan of Raindrop Roofing have an amazing company. The roof of our house is not a basic residential rectangle and includes a round turret. From start to finish they and their crew gave us an honest estimate, expert workmanship, and created a beautiful roof that is a sight to behold and will provide protection from the elements for many years to come. In addition, Torrey and Ryan gladly gave us professional advice and help with finding other crafts people as we continue on our journey to restore this 1956 house to its former glory.

We used Josh and his team for many years. Each time pleased with his response time and warranty of work. But something changed this last year. They came out and applied moss treatment with the usual guaranty. Except this time when I sent photos showing the moss was still there two months later, he scheduled me for retreatment but no one showed up. Then crickets! No response from Josh after several text, voice messages and emails to see if he needed to reschedule. I am very disappointed and confused as to what happened to his great customer service we relied upon for several years.
