Amazing experience! Lisa was especially helpful and very communicative. The technicians were very professional and quick (and thorough). Highly recommend.

Alex and team did an awesome job with our Christmas lights and went above and beyond both with the install and the removal. If I could give more than five stars I would!

Great service and fast response. We used them for installing and removing holiday lights and then again for gutter cleaning. We’ll be using their service for future as well.

Thank you Lisa and all the technicians.

A+++ experience - extremely professional, quick, responsive and thorough. Was a very affordable price and uncommon quality service, especially in this day and age. We used them to powerwash multiple homes for our Real Estate Firm and couldn't have had a better experience!

You've earned a repeat customer - thank you!!

They were great, came in and did the work quickly, reasonably priced, left my house clean. We're very good to communicate with, I will definitely use them again!

I was so happy with the knowledge and expertise of the team that took care of the moss removal from my retaining walls. There was a lot built up over several years, and the results were amazing! Truly night and day difference. Thank you!!

Lisa and Alex were so easy to work with. Our north wall was bad with no sun and now it looks great! Thank you!!

This company did an amazing job with our Christmas light install and tear down. They also did great at cleaning our gutters and getting it done extremely quick (on both jobs) highly recommend them for both services

Scheduling was simple and Lisa was incredibly friendly and easy. Work was done well and I love the 2 year guarantee of no new growth on my roof. That is worth the money.

The service was excellent. I enjoyed working with Alex who did the washing and Lisa who walked me thru the process !
They are both very professional and did a great job !

First met Alex when pdxpremier put up our Christmas lights a couple years ago. Everyone we've ever had contact with has been courteous and (even better) has shown up when they said they would, were efficient and did great work, including Lisa although I did not see her on the roof yesterday. 🤣

I got so tired of my poor attempts to clean the aggregate driveway and concrete patio. PDX Premier did a great job in a timely cheerful manner! I would recommend them highly!

So thankful for the whole team at PDX Premier Softwash. Their knowledgeable staff listen to your needs, carefully explain their process, and find the best value and product to protect your home. Highly recommend for all of their home maintenance services.

The tech did an amazing job. They were professional and took the time to educate me on the process.

I was looking to get my holiday lights hung, and was so pleased with their professionalism and work quality. I will be hiring them for spring clean up, windows and roof maintenence. So lucky I found them! Lisa was so helpful with scheduling and clear communication. No surprises and great service.

My insurance company had given me a deadline to have moss removed from our roof. PDX Premier Softwash worked to fit me into their schedule on short notice and did an amazing job. They provided the before and after photos the insurance company needed. The team was extremely professional, capable, and considerate. Saved the day for me.

The Christmas lights look awesome! Billy and Pat offered a quick and friendly service. Thanks guys!

Prompt, courteous service! Fair prices and easy to schedule. I worked with Lisa and got my preferred service dates, plus she communicated every step of the way. I appreciated the numerous pictures which substantiated the cleaning (moss treatment on roof, pressure wash house, pressure wash driveway, and gutter cleaning).

We had a quick timeline and all the people at PDX Premier Softwash rallied to get us on the schedule! The guys were incredibly hardworking, efficient, and professional. What a pleasure to do business with them! We are very happy with the results and the warranty on the roof treatment is great!
