Amazing job by a wonderful team! Lisa answered my inquiry and got me set up for a house washing right away. She was so kind, professional and knew her stuff. Alex and Danny were soooo great! Everyone was so nice to work with. They provided advice and knowledge about the perfect and other issues that may arise from what they found during the cleaning. The whole thing was easy and seamless and the house looks so beautiful. I will be using them for everything I can from here on out!

Alex and company were over the top customer focused. Lisa was helpful and fast in getting me bid and booked. Day of not only did they clean the gutters but also pointed out a construction issue with how the gutters were installed. Not pressure, no up sell, just looking out for the homeowner. Truly the best customer service experience I’ve had in years.

My wife and I decided to hire someone to install outdoor Christmas lights on our home this last winter, especially since adding solar panels last summer complicates moving about on the roof. We settled on PDX Premier Softwash because of a good price bundling together gutter service and light installation/removal. Given the risks in clambering about on roofs in the wet winter here in the metro area of Portland, OR, and also as it is backed by a solid and complete service guarantee, the cost of putting up the lights made it worthwhile. That went well, and we decided also to have them do a roof cleaning/treatment for us and to wash our windows. That was completed earlier this week, and the team did a great job! The prices were reasonable, the team was courteous and professional, they finished the work quickly (and safely which was a concern of course for putting lights up on the eves of our 2nd story of our home). When I did a walk around after the windows cleaning and found a skipped edge on a window, the team cleaned it right up. We paid by check to avoid a credit card processing fee. The roof treatment looks effective, expecting that our roof will be moss and mold free for a few years, and maybe more. Overall, for similar services, I'd likely go with PDX Premier Softwash again, and I recommend them as a reliable, professional, and cost-effective service-oriented business.

Great experience second time around! I have multi-year contract with the company for roof maintenance and gutters cleaning, and I didn't have to remind about the one-year mark appointment. Lisa reached out and the dates were set. Alex and his team did a great job once again! Reliable company, good service, reasonable prices, would recommend to anyone.

Always a great job Alex is professional, detailed, and always does a great job with our gutter cleaning, window washing and pressure washing /sanitizing the outside of our house! This is a responsive company which I appreciate they always get back to me if I have any questions.

Always do an excellent job! Highly efficient and at a very reasonable price. Second year in a row we’ve had our gutters cleaned. This year we added a solar panel cleaning and it was well worth it! We love how they automatically can schedule you the same time each year.

Great experience from beginning to end & highly recommend them!! PDX premier removed moss from the roof, soft washed it, and cleaned the gutters. Excellent customer service (Lisa is responsive, knowledgeable, and kind), excellent service (Alex is efficient, thorough, and also sent pics of before & after), and quick booking (only 2 business days to get scheduled). Great service and while not the cheapest option they work hard to be available for any of your needs. I had them clean my roof and after a storm a ton of debris came down and wrecked my roof again. I called to see if they would redo my roof and to my surprise the owner had a team out the next day and cleared it free of charge. Could not be happier with my experience with this company.

It is "set it and forget it" with PDX Premier Softwash. For the past three years, Lisa sends me a text letting me know that my scheduled gutter cleaning is coming up and then keeps me posted. It's always a relief to know I'm ready for the winter rainy season.

The technicians are efficient clean up all the gunk and show me pictures of my roof and downspouts.

Alex and Lisa were fantastic to work with from start to finish. Despite some scheduling hiccups due to "day of" machinery issues, communication was consistent throughout. Alex went above and beyond—staying late, coming back early the next day, and never rushing the job. He was meticulous and made sure everything looked great. When I noticed a couple of missed spots (due to my miscommunication), he happily unpacked his gear and took care of it on the spot. Top-notch service—I’d absolutely work with them again and highly recommend them!
