Balachi, Coco & Marco did an excellent job cleaning our gutters & windows. They were very punctual &, super easy to work with. The quality of their work was excellent and very complete. Our windows & skylights have never been this clean and our gutters are now clear of debris. Without a doubt, they will be our go-to for window & gutter cleaning from this day forward. These guys were amazing! They showed up right on time, went to work on the windows and power washing, doing an awesome job on both. My windows sparkle and they were able to get stains off the outside of my house that I couldn't scrub off, without any damage to the paint underneath. They were really nice to work with. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family... and they do house cleaning as well.

We hired Balachi and his crew to clean the insides and outsides of our windows, storm windows, the track between them, and the screens. They worked together with 2 people outside and 1 inside to dismantle, clean, and re-install the storm windows. They were very cordial and efficient. When we first looked through the living room window we thought they had forgotten to re-install the screens – we couldn’t see them. But, then we realized they were just that clean! Our windows sparkle now and we will definitely hire ClearView again.

I am VERY pleased with the job these folks did on our windows. We were able to book a convenient appointment, they arrived on time, took just about exactly the amount of time they estimated, the price was fair, the work was very well done, and they were super nice throughout. I will definitely use them again, and for some of the other things they offer as well.

I called Clearview Advance to clean some very tall windows that were absolutely impossible for me and my husband to clean. We ended up deciding to hire them to clean all second floor windows from the outside and the tallest windows (20ft.) on the inside, the window screens and the gutters as well.
I must say that I was very happy with their service. The cleaning was professional and courteous and we even got some advice regarding our roof and gutters. The pricing was reasonable. I would gladly hire them again.

The Clearview company was amazing ! I needed someone quickly because another company cancelled on me last minute. They were so efficient , easy to work with and did a fabulous jobs. My windows , screens and tracks look like new! I won’t be going back to my other company . Very pleased with Balachi and his crew. They did a fantastic job cleaning our gutters and windows. We have a huge Doug fir tree that drops a lot of debris on our house and they were very thorough cleaning everything out of our gutters. Everything turned out great. They are timely, friendly and reasonably priced. I will definitely be using them again. It’s nice to have a company do the windows and gutters at the same time too rather than hiring two different companies.

The team did a beautiful job on my windows even though they are double pane/older/with screens. It is wonderful to see the sun shine in again! Everyone was very nice and professional and respectful of my home and I enjoyed working with them: I highly recommend this company!

They came and clean my gutters and were very polite. It didn’t take them long at all. I did had trouble at first getting in touch with them in the beginning but they did call me back. Their price was very reasonable. Would definitely be hiring them again.

A big thank you to Balechi and their teammate for coming out to my home and cleaning the outside windows. They were quick and very detailed. We had a very problematic and difficult situation where our neighbor has ‘distributed’ bodily fluids from their home to the outside of ours (you can only imagine). And they cleaned this! I called and Balachi, the owner answered, we settled on a time and day for him to come and wash my windows. He and his employees arrived on time. One employee came in, she brought booties to put over her shoes and got to work taking out all my screens. Outside one employee washed all my windows and another was inside cleaning the inside of my windows and the window wells. I realized I needed over 5 screens repaired. Balachi took them and brought the newly screened screens. They did great worked showed up on time. I will hire them again!

Clearview Advance was absolutely amazing. Balachi was so quick responding to my initial call for a quote and to find out about scheduling. He called me back the same day. He was very friendly and him and his team were so nice and did such a great job. They cleaned moss off my roof, cleaned my gutters, and washed my windows inside and outside. They removed all my screens, cleaned a ceiling fan and cleaned extremely dirty window tracks. I was so impressed with the immaculate workmanship. They paid so close attention to detail and I can't believe how clean everything looks. I never imagined how happy it would make me to have clean windows I can see out of. The price was very fair and I will definitely use them again in the future. Highly recommend, A+++++
