Reviews of local pros in Beaverton, Oregon

They were professional, friendly, on time and did a very thorough job. Great quality of work. They cleaned both our windows and our gutters. Will be having them back in the future definitely.

I used Clearview advance for cleaning my gutters, moss treatment and removal on my roof and for pressure washing the front of my house. They were very professional, very prompt and my roof looks great. Very happy with the work done and will be using them again.

Wonderful job! Quick, efficient and careful. They use pure water, so no sign of water drops. They also let us know about some caulking that needs to be replaced and 2 windows that have lost their seal. We will definitely have them back.

Picked them because they were based nearby locally when I searched for 'gutter cleaning' on the internet, and will be using them again the next time I need my gutters cleaned again. I found the price to be very reasonable, and they did the estimate within 15 minutes of me calling, using Google Earth. Fast, timely, polite, and they left the surrounding area as clean as they found it. Very pleased with the service, and will recommend to my friends. Thank you!

We used Clearview Advance services on 11/4/22 to clean our gutters. We have tall sidewalk trees which drop their leaves in October & November. Several of the gutters were full of leaves. Clearview Advance did a thorough job of cleaning out all of the gutters. We will definitely use their service again. Their price was very reasonable.

Thank you Clearview for clean my windows easy work with Balachi and Marcus I’m highly recommend this company.

The crew arrived on time and was very professional in all aspects of the job. Masks were worn as well as booties over their shoes while inside. Extra work was needed on tough water spots on one window and they were successful in removing them! Thank you for the extra time and attention to our windows. They look beautiful and we would happily recommend Clearview. Great job!

We were very pleased with their service. They arrived when scheduled, were very respectful of our home, and were professional. We did a walkthrough when they were finished to make sure we were happy with their work. Our windows look great and we'd use them again.

I need gutter cleaning and contacted different companies. While other companies take 2 to 3 weeks to get to the work, I was able to get the service the next day with a reasonable price. The job was well done, including a lot of detailed checks above and beyond. This was a good surprise to me so I would recommend this company to others.

Excellent company and very friendly staff. These people are my emergency back up especially when the gutters decide to block middle of night, I call or text Balachi and boom next day service is complete. I used this company for moss treatment on house roof, excellent job and done in no time. Highly recommend this place. Prices are very reasonable too great value for the service you need.

I highly recommend Clearview Advance for your window cleaning. I was given a reasonable estimate. The team showed up on time on the scheduled date. I was scheduled for both interior and exterior. They had two teams working at the same time. Windows are immaculate now. They kept walking through the house making touch ups. So Crystal clear that I hardly know that a window is on my house. I feel like I can reach right out and touch the trees. I'm extremely impressed and a job well done. Will have them return every year. I have recommended Clearview Advance to my neighbor who already scheduled a cleaning for her house. If you haven't done so already call and get your windows cleaned today.

I called Clearview right before putting my house on the market and despite the short notice, they were able to fit me in within a couple of days. Very easy to work with and they did a great job. Price was reasonable and the crew was professional.

Clearview cleaned the windows- interior and exterior- at our apartment building today. The windows look like new! They were right on time, professional, and very efficient. Can’t wait to have them back to clean our gutters now that we know how great they are!

What a pleasure to work with the crew from Clearview Advance. We had delayed window cleaning for several years because of COVID. So they had an extra dirty job to do. They got right to work. And their attention to detail was very noticeable. The windows sparkled when they were done! They truly care about doing a good job. Will definitely hire them again!

After calling several other area businesses and receiving a return call from only one of them to let me know that they weren't even "scheduling estimates at this time", I received a call back on the same day from Clearview AND he also came out to give me an estimate that same evening after he got done with his other jobs for the day. He gave me a written quote immediately for all requested work, which seemed reasonable. I planned to get a second quote to compare as is usually recommended, but then decided to just hire the only company willing to even communicate with me. I'm SO GLAD I did!
Balachi and his crew were able to start work within 2 weeks of my request. They arrived right on time and worked hard all day to clean my roof/ gutters and exterior windows, and power washed my fence and deck. Balachi was very communicative throughout the job. Due to damp weather, he returned a week later to finish the job of repairing/replacing old rotting boards on the fence and staining the fence and deck. Again, they did a great job and worked hard in 90+ degree afternoon heat. My fence and deck look great! I would hire them again in a second and highly recommend this great team for any exterior cleaning and maintenance!

We had just over two weeks to prepare our house for sale, a lot of work to do, and these guys did almost everything, including painting the entire interior of the house and some carpentry. They also arranged with friends and associates for landscaping and carpet cleaning. If there was anything that needed to be done, they took care of it, on time and on budget. One of the best experiences I have had with contractors and I have worked with more than a few over the years. And incidentally, our house was listed late on a Friday, we got seven offers over the weekend and it sold for $47,000 more than the listing price. It's an understatement to say I was happy with their work and I would recommend them to anyone, and use them again if the need came up.

It was the first time we used Clearview Advance to clean our windows, skylights, and chandelier.
Balachi and his team arrived on time and did an absolutely fantastic job. They were approachable, professional, efficient, and very respectful.
We highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future.

The team at Clearview Advance showed up on time, performed gutter cleaning, outside window washing and a roof treatment for moss. Respectful of the property while performing work, cleaned up nicely and followed up to ensure service met our expectations. I felt their prices were fair for the work performed. We'll be using them again in the future.

From the moment, I emailed them for a price quote on SOLAR PANEL WASHING . I was impressed with their fast response and appointment arrival punctuation. The pricing was super reasonable. Amazing customer service and top notch work. They took time to show us the before and after pictures of the work. Plan to use their services again in the future.

Update: this is the 2nd time we've used Clearview for gutter cleaning and couldn't recommend them more. Prompt, courteous and professional.
Excellent communication. Great work! Cleaned the outside of my dirty gutters too.

Very happy with the service I received. My gutters were clogged and have had no issues since. Prompt communication as well . I would recommend this company. I will use them for window cleaning in the future.

Malachi was great to work with. They quickly got me a bid that I accepted. They showed up on time and went to work. They cleaned all the outside windows of our two story office and adjoining three story apartments. They had not been cleaned for seven years that I know of so they were beyond filthy. They meticulously cleaned them all taking extra time due to their condition.
They now look new and I have heard from many happy employees. Malachi checked back with me to make sure I was satisfied. They also provide other services I will take advantage off.
I highly recommend this company.
