Reviews of local pros in Beaverton, Oregon

We had an outstanding experience with Peter's Tree Service. Had a few thousand dollars worth of work that was long over due on three big trees and some pruning on several fruit trees. First appointment was walking around with the arborist for the free estimate. The actual appointment with the crew went very smoothly. They were on time, polite and professional. Royal was our foreman and checked in before starting to make sure what we wanted done, checked in when the project was nearing completion to make sure it was done the way we wanted and then did a walk around at the end with me to make sure we were satisfied, which we were. Last but not least for me was that the clean up was outstanding and they left our backyard and driveway cleaner than when they arrived. I would not hesitate to refer friends and family and will be calling them for future needs

We had a great experience with Peter's Tree Service. Their crew and supervisor were very professional. Our job was scheduled promptly. The company communicated with us well before and after the job. Their cost was very reasonable. I will definitely use them again.

I can't say enough good things about Peter's Tree Service. We recently had them remove a large Douglas Fir tree from our lot. The tree was about 5' from our house, with numerous large branches overhanging the roof. These guys did an incredibly professional job of removing the tree, without any damage to our home. They cleaned up after themselves and didn't leave a huge mess when they were done. Everyone was friendly and respectful, from the guys actually doing the work, to the guys on the phones who did a great job answering any questions we had. They will definitely be the first company we contact for any future tree work we need performed.

Absolutely the most professional and courteous person! Really appreciate Peters knowledge of the health of our homes trees. He did an amazing job and amazing cleanup of many large fir branches touching the top of our second story roof. Peters Tree Service was also the best price and fair as I compared three other tree service companies. I 100% recommend anyone use his business as I am already giving him more business from others I know who need tree service. Thank you very much!

Great experience, even arrived a little early. Reasonable price. Wonderful and pleasant crew - some should be comedians. Very good at their work. Would use them again in an instant. Thanks Peter & team!

Great service and quality work! We had about 10 huge pine trees on our property die from beetles. Peter did a wonderful job working to get the tall trees down in a tight spot. He was efficient and got the job done very quickly. Thank you so much for your hard work and a job very well done. It was a pleasure to do business with Peter's Tree Service!

I am so impressed by this company. They responded-even on a week-end. They did an excellent job and was respectful of my existing lawn and plants. They left the area clean. I would hire them again!

Was very satisfied how Peter runs his business and keeps his word. Reasonable price and good work. Amazed how fast he moves around up in the tree and got everything done.
Thank you Peter

Over the years, I have done business with several tree service professionals. Contrasting Peter’s Tree Service against those others, it’s clear he has a passion for the work. He was competitively priced and timely. I had a very old and large Maple tree that had an enormous split on one side. The tree was putting my house, a chicken coop and several decorative dogwood trees at risk. Peter was able to get the tree removed and made sure everything was to my satisfaction before leaving the site. I would recommend his service to anyone and will happily call on him again for any future tree maintenance.

Our neighbor had a row of trees in their yard whose branches were touching our house and needed to be cut back. It was a tight area to work in but Peter was able to trim all the trees back while taking care not to cause any damage to our house or fence, and cleaned everything up when he was done. He is professional, knowledgeable, easy to work with, and friendly. He did an amazing job and we'll definitely call him if we ever need our trees trimmed in the future.

We had Peter's Tree Service out to remove a tree as well as trim and raise the canopies of several others. Peter was professional and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I would highly recommend giving him a call with any of your tree needs. Fair pricing, good communication, and was there when he said he would be. Peter will be the one we call again when we need a tree service. Thanks again, Peter!

Peter came out and looked at limb, branch damage earlier in the week when no one else would return my call to look at what had happened, educated me on how to repair things, as well as provided an estimate. He scheduled an appointment to return today (Saturday) and showed up on time, ready to go and was professional, thorough and actually went above and beyond what we had discussed. He and Tyler were amazing, did a great job, were very personable and patient with all of my questions, as well as completed the job from A-Z, including a great clean up to wrap things up.
Highly recommend Peter's Tree Service, and will definitely use them again.
Top Notch

Peter did a great job removing our fir tree next to our house and over our chimney, he worked very efficiently and I am very happy with the work he did.

It's nice when someone comes and you know they enjoy their work and are very professional. Peter wanted the job, and took it as a fun challenge, where others I received estimates from didn't sound too thrilled at the work the job entailed.

Very reasonably priced for what he did for us, highly recommend using Peter for your tree service, will use again if we need more tree services in the future.

Thanks Peter!

We had an emergency tree removal need and Peter and his crew were over 15 minutes later and the tree was gone with a safe house an hour later. Couldn't ask for better service.

Excellent. Total pros and very reasonable pricing. Communication was excellent too which made it easy. Our tree was not in an easy spot and was a massive Doug Fir. It was on a steep hill with very little clearance due landscape walls our house and neighbor’s house in close proximity. Everything went very smoothly and was done in a day. Would definitely use these guys again, but hopefully no more dead trees any time soon.

I'm so glad I made that call to Pete's Tree Service, I am impressed with the quality of work that amazing crew did. They removed that tree on my front yard in a perfect timing. They left the whole yard, side walk, and drive way including my neighbors ,spotless. Just wonderful. Thank you so much.

Had a tree cut down in my backyard recently and stump removal. The guys did a great job and left everything very clean afterward. Also was the best price I found in the Hillsboro area👍

I was doing a pest control service as I own Ant & Garden Organic Pest Control and Saw the most amazing cat rescue. Peter was having so much fun and it was heart warming.

Update: 28-May-2022: Another year & another wonderful job removing & trimming my trees & shrubs. Thanks, Peter!

I have taken advantage of Peter's tree cutting and trimming services for several years. They have topped, trimmed and removed trees and large shrubs for me, for landscaping, safety and clearance reasons around my house. Each time, this has been performed at a very reasonable, and agreed upon, cost.

If you need small or large trees or other woody growth taken down, lopped, topped, or trimmed, Peter's Tree Service provides an efficient, cost-effective and friendly crew to do the job for you. Even the annual new growth you might want cut back is done with the same care. I highly recommend Peter for the kind of result you want and expect.

Had Peter & his crew come out last Saturday, they did an awesome job, everything was done to our satisfaction, I highly recommend them & will definitely have them on a job again.. James

Part of a tree fell and completely blocked our driveway. Called them late on a Friday night. They came and took care of things early the next morning. Good, fast work.
