Michelle is great. A couple things they forgot, but they were busy and 1 lady had to leave early. For a 2 woman team they did great.

I had been using Naomi’s cleaning service biweekly for over a year, and for the first time needed a full cleaning due to a family emergency. The two young ladies she sent were remarkable. They were thorough, punctual, and went above and beyond what I expected! I highly recommend this company!

We have used Naomi’s Cleaning both personally in our home and professionally at our commercial office. It is the most professional cleaning company we’ve encountered in a long time. The communication is so thorough and consistent , they’re timely , friendly and do great work. Highly recommend.

Naomi's Cleaning Service was able to help our vacation rental management company with a particularly busy weekend day of departures/arrivals. Scheduling was smooth, the cleaners were prompt and did excellent work, and communication from start to finish was outstanding. Would highly recommend. We will use them again.

Wow! I asked Naomi‘s cleaning service to clean two bathrooms and a football player home. The bathrooms haven’t been touched in probably years! They did an amazing job. I would hire them any day in anyway.

Very disappointed with results. Yesterday was my first cleaning with Naomi and was suppose to be a deep clean since I have not had a professional cleaning in 6 weeks. Prior to Naomi's coming out, I had cleaned most of the house and decorated for Christmas. I have 3 out of 4 bedrooms that do not get any use or very little in one. I asked specifically to be detail orientated on our walls due to our large dog slobber marks, which did not address at all. Bathroom faucets were not wiped down, kitchen sink left dirty, dog drool left on table and floor by his treats, dresser and night stand marks left, entry and stairs not vacuumed.(mentioned cord did not reach, we have a plug at the bottom and did not call to ask) She offered to send the cleaner back or a different one next week, I am not willing to pay for that service as I paid $220 which was more than I have paid in the past for a professional cleaner and should of been taken care of at the deep clean. Owner bragged about her cleaners being very thorough and detail orientated. Not true at all. Would not hire again.

So very thankful Naomi’s and Daisy were able to promptly help wit my need, there was no judgement.Having broken my back I am still healing.

Tammy and Miranda showed up on time (well almost on time) and worked diligently from the time they got here until they were done. They did a fantastic job doing a deep cleaning for us.

I hired Naomi's cleaning to do a deep cleaning of my house and paid extra to have the baseboards cleaned and window trims wiped and make sure cobwebs got dealt with and the fronts of cabinets were supposed to be wiped down as well as a full cleaning. Most of that did not happen. The cabinet fronts were not wiped down in the kitchen or bathroom. Bathroom floors were still dirty and baseboard areas were also still dirty. She didn't even touch the cobwebs on any of my ceiling fixtures. She didn't clean under the toilet seat and left it filthy. There was still stains on the shower floor. Worst cleaning experience ever and I will never use Naomi's again. I had to clean the whole house after she left.

They deep cleaned where I needed it. They moved items around and cleaned underneath them. They did extra that I didn't ask for. If I could give them six stars I would!

There were two cleaners and like a cleaner manager(?). They spent a lot of time arguing and the cleaners clearly didn’t like the manager because they went kind of slow. To be fair to the cleaners the manager spoke to the cleaners very poorly so much that a friend who was over and I exchanged glances because of the way this person was speaking. They did get some hard to clean spots that were appreciated because we were doing a move out clean, hence the three stars, but some easy to clean things that were expected didn’t get clean like the wall above the shower and some areas of the floor never got mopped. We were quoted $775 and I don’t feel like it was fair for the unprofessional-ness of the manager who seemed to not be doing anything when the time started and then stayed later after sending the cleaners home. The asked me to help find her phone and ate during the 4 hour period which also felt unprofessional. Overall, it was help we needed and they responded through email quickly, but the service left a lot to be desired.

We hired Naomi’s cleaning to do a move out clean. The couple that cleaned our rental was friendly and did an amazing job! We would highly recommend Naomi’s cleaning service!

The cleaner was great. I'm a little disappointed because I had them clean one room of the three and to think you're spending all that money. And they couldn't pick up the main things that I paid for the cleaning for if that makes sense. I probably will just do it myself next time. The kitchen and the living room look great
