Rancho Verde’s owner, Gerardo, is one of the most pleasant people I have ever met. Initially, I met him as my neighbor when I moved here to McMinnville. I needed to landscape my entire backyard and when I saw his company trucks, I hired him to do it. Rancho Verde exceeded my expectations , so much so that I asked Gerardo if he and his incredible crew would continue to do my property maintenance even after he moved to Carlton.
I’m glad he said yes. He is kind, respectful ,knowledgeable, a family man, and has an incredible work ethic. I would recommend Rancho Verde to anyone who wants to be assured that they are getting the best treatment. Appointment set by phone but not only did no plumber appear but I got no responses to multiple follow-up phone calls and texts. Totally mystified. Looking elsewhere. Not recommended.

Beware! Last May I had them do some plumbing repairs at my home. They were very responsive, arrived on time, completed various repairs one being a toilet that was constantly running, however the handle on my toilet still does not work properly and is still running I have contacted them four times since May they made two appointments but did not show or respond to calls and texts. Not sure what is going on with this business.

Ron installed piping incorrectly and wrecked my job, won't answer my calls or emails, call. His wife Sheila continues to try invoicing me more than a year later. Started at $600, now Ron and Sheila have racked the bill up to $3800. Don't get scammed. Worst plumber EVER!!!!
