Rich was thorough and very informative about the maintenance he did on our furnace. He explained things clearly and made sure we understood the issues our aging furnace was headed towards. There was no pressure applied to get them fixed now but left it up to use to decide when we would have those repairs done. FYI-The Central Air membership program we signed up for provides us with two free HVAC maintenance appointments per year plus a membership reduction on the cost of any repair work that needs to be done.

Tim Newville was a pleasure to have service my furnace-he was knowledgeable and thorough in the job he did and also in explaining what he was doing. I felt he was honest, kind and very professional. He took the time to get to know me a little and it was a pleasure to get to know him!
It’s really good to know that there are some technicians out there who you can trust.
I will ask for him again-thank you so much for sending a truly outstanding employee to help me!

our experience w/ ur company has been great. I, personally have been home alone when Jake has been our technician and he is literally just the best. I feel 💯 comfortable w/him in my home and he explains things in a way I can understand.
plus my dog loves him.

They went above and beyond. My tech Tim was very kind! We had a part replaced and installed. One part ended up having the tiniest fracture and leaking a small amount of gas. This wasnt central airs fault, it was a true manufacturing fault when the part was made, and no crack was shown when installed. I noticed a gas smell late in the afternoon on Friday around 5pm. Dispatch told me they believed Tim was done with his last job and headed home, but they will contact him to have him out first thing Monday morning. I agreed with that, it was late in the day, and we had our gas company come shut things off. Tim instead turned around and came to our house and did the repair that night. He was incredibly respectful the entire time, and was very happy to explain anything we needed. I really appreciate the extra time he put into our home. Thank you!

Chris was great at walking my wife and I threw our options for replacing our broken thermostat and troubleshooting our heat pump issues. He was also very accommodating with having to make multiple trips and was respectful of our schedules. And he was great with our dog :) five stars for sure!

Tim was fabulous! He was thorough and I understood everything he did. Asked if I had questions but I didn’t because he was so thorough. He signed me back up as a member and was very happy.

Chris came and did a tuneup on our furnace and while he was here educated me on so many things that I’m switching from who does my service now to his company because the trustworthiness the straightforwardness of clarity and honesty in a marketplace for sometimes you wonder if what you’re hearing is true I’m sold. This is awesome. I recommend this company because of what Chris did today.

Rich Valdez was awesome! Very thorough, informative and personable. We weren't prepared for his visit (our fault) and he was very patient rolling with the punches of the chaos of getting kids to school. He made maintenance recommendations that made sense with how he explained our system but never seemed pushy or like he was over-selling. Bonus points for remembering being at our house over the summer working on our a/c! He was fabtastic!!

Rich, our service technician, was truly great! He was so friendly and patient, didn’t mind that I watched him work, and even explained how things work and what he was looking for. He did a thorough job, checking all of the components and offered an inclusive summary with any important issues to prioritize.

Brett at Central Air was amazing. He was on time, professional and very courteous. We needed a regular service and Brett got the job done quickly and went over everything that was checked and serviced. Highly recommend!

My positive experience with Central Air Heating, Cooling & Plumbing was all thanks to their technician, Kenny. From start to finish, this diagnostic appointment was exceptional, even though the result is not what I had hoped for.

Throughout the process, he was professional, patient, and genuinely kind. Kenny was incredibly respectful and thoughtful, and spent nearly the entire day at my house carefully diagnosing the issue. He looked at the entire system in my house (which is more complicated because it's a multi-family home), not just a single appliance. But what truly stood out was his integrity. Kenny made it very clear that his goal was to fix the problem with my existing unit—not to push for me to spend a lot of money. He exhaustively tried to diagnose and resolve the issue, and when it became clear that a larger replacement/overhaul of the system was in order, he took the time to explain exactly why the next course of action was so important, what it meant for safety and long-term reliability, and what my options were. He answered all of my technical questions clearly and in a way that I could understand. He also took extra precautions to ensure that the home will remain safe and healthy to inhabit until my appliances can be replaced.

And despite the amount of time and effort he put in, Kenny only charged us the standard diagnostic fee.

Tomorrow, their project manager is coming to give me quotes for replacing a few appliances. No matter what happens next, I feel fully informed and confident in my understanding of the situation entirely because of Kenny’s thorough explanation and care. I will not hesitate to call him again and recommend him to anyone who asks.

Chris was phenomenal. We had some confusing issues with another local company. I decided to call Central Heating & Cooling for a second opinion. Much more reasonable quote and, more importantly, or at least equally important, he described things to me. It felt like a genuinely helpful experience. I’m pleased. Thanks, Chris!

I called Central Air for maintenance servicing since it hadn’t been done since I bought the house over a year ago. Chris came out & did a thorough inspection of the furnace, A/C unit and water heater. Not only did he check the units, thermostat, and registers, but he also checked all the major components within the unit, gave me a heads up on what is likely to fail first (it’s 30 years old) as well as costs, and maintenance plan. In addition, he showed me how to change the filter and use an app to run the thermostat! He was patient, knowledgeable, and had a positive attitude. I highly recommend Central Air, and ask for Chris.

Mosies and Kenny were very friendly and personable. They answered all my questions and went over the new heat pump gas furnace and thermostat thoroughly! I appreciated their patience and knowledge! I will recommend as usual!

Jim from Central Air came in for our annual tune-up on our air handler and heat pump units. He was wonderful to work with, checked all points of both systems, and gave us a full report with pictures electronically. We were very happy with his service.

I called them @2pm and Chris came out @4pm and fixed our furnace, which we really needed in the middle of February.

Jake Sanders, our technician, recently came out and performed a routine inspection and servicing of our fireplace. He was very thorough, professional and personable. I really appreciated his willingness to answer any questions I had and that he even took the time to call the last technician that had serviced our unit when I had a question that wasn’t addressed in the notes from the last visit. Every technician that has come out to service our heating and cooling equipment has been top notch, and Jake was no exception. I highly recommend Central Air Heating, Cooling & Plumbing for all of your HVAC needs!

Cody is the best! I can’t say enough good things about his plumbing knowledge, attention to detail, and overall care about his craft and customers. Cody literally sat down with me and answered a list of questions I made before he arrived. He then checked the rest of our home and gave a full report of its health. It is obvious how much he enjoys helping customers with their plumbing needs. And of course, he gave our pup Archie lots of love, which makes him a 10/10 in our eyes!

We have consistently used Central Air for almost all of our needs when it’s come to plumbing and heating/cooling issues with our home. They are one of the best companies I have had do repairs on our home, including when we had an emergency plumbing issue. Hands down the best in the business! You should absolutely use their services!!!
