Rick from Central Air Heating, Cooling & Plumbing came in for regular maintenance as part of service plan and did the maintenance. He was super nice and explained all the things he was doing and provided honest observation and suggestions. Spend a good quality time to check everything in the system and done a wonderful job. We have been super impressed with him and Central Air. We are glad we are part of their program and they treat us well.

We called Central Air to come look at our HAVC that stopped blowing heat. They were able to come out within a couple hours and had it up and running in an hour after some quick maintenance. Rick was friendly and professional during the whole visit. I’ve used them before and will continue to use them in the future…highly recommend!

Horrible experience 7 months later on a brand new unit not working. I asked for a technician to come out and not an installer as I was told they are more knowledgeable and the request was not respected. Then I am called by a manager to be told the unit is working fine on the 12th visit give or take. I’m not playing these games why would I keep calling if the unit was heating my home? My whole family is sick and not having adequate heat with a new unit is unacceptable. Everyone is always in meetings and not serving customers or answering questions. They need a team app talk there get out of the damn office it’s not helping. I wish I got another unit with another company. So regretful.

5 stars for Chris because he is saving this company’s bum. He deserves the 5 stars experience

Chris came today and serviced our ancient furnace. He was enthusiastic about the company he worked for and the job that he clearly enjoys doing every day. I hope to see Chris again the next time we have heating or air-conditioning services that need to be done.

Plumber Cody Vance at Central Air is fantastic! He is so personable and incredibly thorough in his work - really focuses on the details. He has serviced our home a couple of times and it is always such a pleasant experience as he tackles the situation. We know we are in good hands with his services. Central Air is a terrific company and we are glad to have them on our contact list. (4 months later) Rick Schwarz came to our house twice to service our old furnace and did an outstanding job! He was so friendly and incredibly helpful in giving us advice on how keep the furnace going a little longer. Once again Central Air Heating, Cooling & Plumbing gave us impeccable service and they guaranteed heat for the winter! Thank you.

What exceptional service we got from Central! Cody Vance pulled out all the stops to get our busted water heater back up and running, even working on his day off, calling all the part shops around town and driving to Vancouver and back to get the needed part. Thanks Vance and team! You’ve earned our loyalty. BTW, our new Heat Pump you installed a few months ago is working like a charm, so thanks to that team as well!

Chris came out today to help with some maintenance at our place and he is so great! We really appreciate him. She is very knowledgeable and kind. It never feels like he is pushy with upsells. I know most everyone at Central is great, but we hope we keep getting Chris to come out.

Chris is so nice!! Thorough and explains everything in terms easy to understand and see for oneself. Bonus, he also liked my dog.

We’ve been using Central Air Heating, Cooling & Plumbing for a few years now and they’ve always been great! Honest and reasonable… very pleased with the membership plan that ensures we have our air and heating system serviced twice a year and an additional 20% discount towards work done when it’s needed.

Kenny has been out to our place a few times now and he’s always been friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone!

Chris provided amazing service, saved me worth $1500. Did detailed troubleshooting for 3-4 hrs to identify the actually issue rather than guessing something. Very meticulous.

Excellent service from Rich. He came when scheduled. Communication was great. He was pleasant. And he got my system working again. Appreciated his knowledge. My furnace is in a difficult place too, and I appreciate his effort in getting in there and making things work.

I had never been so impressed with an HVAC technician as I was with Tim Newville from Central Air, Heating, and Cooling. Tim knows everything about HVAC systems and diligently takes his time to do everything right, always educating the homeowner on their options, costs, and pros/cons. Tim and Central Air have earned my business for life. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Brett was great. Personable and detail oriented expertise. Checked out our furnace, changed filter, cleaned P-Trap as part of our service contract. No charge. Great reliable, honest company. We've been with Central Air for a long time.

Chris was fantastic!! Showed up on time. Was very helpful and thorough when explaining my current HVAC set-up. Took pictures of the problems he saw in the unit and described how it might create other problems down the line. He handled everything with exceptional professionalism and kindness.

Rich was amazing in so many ways! He was so personable, friendly and thoughtful! He also was very professional in that he really knew his stuff, was so thorough in diagnosing and finding the problems with our furnace, and in making sure we understood the issues, which were many. His customer service was the best we have ever experienced! He called his company to send out a person that could give us a quote on a new furnace recognizing our need to consider all options. He stayed around until Jeff, showed up and beyond. We decided to go with a new furnace, and are having it installed today. Rich stayed longer yesterday knowing we also had a problem with our gas fireplace insert (which will be fully serviced by his company next week) and wanted to make sure it was at least working well enough so that we would have some heat! We were so glad to have him help us through this process!

Rich Valdez from Central Air came out to perform some routine maintenance on our furnace today. Rich was courteous, super thorough, and humbly presented both what he had done and what he found during the inspection that needed to be considered for repair. Rich is definitely a 5 star technician and I would certainly recommend him to others. Thank you, Rich, for a job well done and for excellent service!

Michael came out to confirm parts needed for my gas fireplace. Very knowledgeable, polite and respectful of my home’s property. Unfortunately, he did not have all parts necessary, but will reschedule when parts available.
