I got 3 estimates for replacing my very old furnace and AC. The first company was way overpriced for a low-tier furnace and didn’t even mention a heat pump option.
Then Jeff from Central Air came and I felt so relieved afterwords. I was pretty sure I was going with them. The 3rd company that came and gave an estimate was much better than the first, but Central Air still beat them on the price of product, knowing their trade and communicating that well, and not upselling me for what I needed. I appreciated that.
Alexander and his co-worker did a great job installing the furnace and heat pump. I’m a wood worker and I appreciated their detail and communication. Professional and hard working guys.
It’s been 3 days now and it runs perfectly and pretty happy about it.

I had Rick Schwarz come by to check my equipment, he was very professional, very kind and considerate. He communicated well from beginning to end, he helped explain what he saw, what his concerns were and what follow up steps would be. I definitely recommend Rick, he’s as great as they come. Had an excellent experience with Central Air! During the first heatwave of the summer my smart thermostat told me my house was getting hotter (while we were out for the day) but our house was cooling. Turns out the compressor blew and the unit was past its prime and needed to go, so I did my due diligence on types of HVAC units, costs, etc. after meeting with vendors I was pleasantly surprised with the knowledge, kindness, expertise and flexibility provided by Rolf and team at Central Air. During the process and scoping, we went through options and they went over the top and was able to send out a plumber for inspection, and came to find out the water cooler was 19 years old (but we thought it was 10). Cody from the plumbing side provided exceptional guidance on care of units, pipes, and options for the installation (the pictures speak for themselves).

The team came by in two separate days, Sean and the HVAC were great, extremely kind and walked me through the process, and kept me abreast of the situation throughout the day. They put in a 10 hour day! They removed the old unit, had the electrician redo some out of date wiring, cleaned up pipes/ducts, installed the thermostat and did extensive testing. Again pictures speak for themselves of the high quality work and the new heat pump is whisper quiet! Cody came by the following day, did a review with what was going to be done and made me aware of water shut off etc. and answered any and all questions. He swapped out the monster old unit, drained, redid all the piping, and checked all faucets in the house repeatedly to made sure no stone was left unturned and provided additional guidance about the timer and any water tracking units.

At first when I saw reviews sitting at a 5.0 on Google I was a little suspect, but after the experience with the team, their knowledge and the overall caring / service provided to the customer, I understand now. Outstanding job team, thank you so much!

On Christmas Eve I called in the morning and within half an hour I had somebody here! Amazing. Cody was very courteous, informative and helpful. He explained everything and my options. He gave advice on how to avoid the sink tragedy in the future. A really personable Technician who knows his stuff. It was very comfortable to have him in our home and I can highly recommend both Cody and Central Air.
