Everyone we talked or interacted with was friendly and knowledgeable. We appreciated Nate taking the time to look around our house to see exactly which furnace would best meet our needs. Jasmine in the office was also very organized and kind. We got a quote from Milwaukie Heating and Cooling on Monday and they were able to install our new furnace today-right before the temperature dropped! The install team was prompt and worked efficiently. We are SO glad we decided to go with them and very glad we’ll have heat when the low is 18 degrees!

Milwaukie Heating and Cooling installed my new Carrier Heat Exchanger in 2022. Yesterday’s I came home to a burning smell. Fire department didn’t find anything, but today I brought in 3 Mountains to check the furnace. The revealed problem was an improperly installed air purifier, too close to the coils and with tape covering part of it. That was the cause of the acrid burning smell. Even though my warranty is with Milwaukie, I don’t trust their work any longer. (I have a neighbor who had issues with their work as well.) thought anyone reading this should know.

Great service from these folks. We just bought our first house and questions about the furnace were back and forth through the closing process. JB came for a service call and was fantastic. Understanding and professional, actively offering to explain things and engaged in answering my questions, not at all dismissive or condescending. He not only fixed some minor issues on our end-of-life unit for a very reasonable fee, but also made sure I understood what he’d done and why. AND he didn’t try to pressure me into a sale. Based on JB’s excellent service, we decided to quote a new unit. Nate was just as personable and generous with his expertise, which is obviously substantial. Happy to continue doing business with these folks.

We had Milwaukie Heating and Cooling replace an aged gas furnace with a carrier heat pump. The work took two days and was well done. John and Rich the installers were great. They communicated well, left everything clean, and the system is great. We were especially impressed by their professionalism in their treatment of us as customers and the gentle kindness with which they spoke to one another. Nathan the salesman was also very helpful. Great experience working with Clint and his team to install AC into our 1926 home. The install presented some challenges due to lack of existing ductwork as the home is heated through a radiant heat system. Highly recommend.
