Our new-to-us 1914 foursquare needed all the things and as it came time to get HVAC estimates, we had 4 or 5 companies bid. When Matt from Divine came to the house, he spoke to me like a regular human - none of this top-down communication style contractors sometimes use - and really listened to what I wanted to do. He discussed creative solutions and never just said “we can’t do that”. On the job site, Matt and his partner Sarah were so lovely and thorough and communicative. When I wanted to make changes, or add something not discussed in the original bid, Matt was upfront and truthful about potential extra costs and time. Matt helped me communicate effectively with other contractors and explained things in a way that I could understand. I could go on; the team at Divine Heating and Cooling will always have my referral. We’ve been so so pleased with their work and attitude.

Danny and his team are amazing. From beginning to end it was a great experience. Cate and Danae in the office we’re so responsive and communicated with us and helped work around our schedule. Danny came on time, knew exactly what to do and explained everything along the way. Best bang for your buck, I never have to have return trips with them. Control Techs NW get the job done right the first time. We will never use anyone else. I recommend them to EVERYONE. So happy with our AC and that Danny knows how to fix any issue!

Divine heating and cooling came with 24 hours, diagnosed the problem, I made an appointment to have my furnace serviced. Very efficient and professional I would recommend them! Matthew was great!

Highly recommend. They are professional, kind, quick, and super responsive. They came in competitive with their pricing too! They answered all our questions both before and during our Entire home Duct replacement work. Our air quality is a million times better too! They even alerted us to other things they saw that could be of potential concern - giving us the name of a few other contractors they recommend in the area. I would hire these guys/gals again in a heartbeat.

Matt came out to replace my heat exchanger but the thing was cracked so after little deliberation we decided to replace my entire system. He helped explain things, gave me different price points, pros and cons and helped me make the best choice for me and my home. The work only took a day and a half which was awesome and I'm super stoked on my updated system. Definitely feel like I got great value for my money. Both Matt and Sara were professional but super down to earth and friendly. I had a good time chatting with them while the electricians did their thing. 10/10. Appreciate you guys!

I helped my mother-in-law schedule a dryer vent install with Divine Heating & Cooling. The pre-install consult went smoothly, the technician was friendly and professional, and the price was very reasonable compared to the competitors we'd gotten quotes from.

I was also present during install. The same technician performed the install. He was again friendly and professional, completed the job in a reasonable amount of time, cleaned up after himself, and the install looked as expected.

Based on this interaction, I'd have no hesitation recommending Divine for a dryer vent install.

The Technician Matt was on time, he went through every item i had requested i wanted checked and then a few items i had no clue that needed to be checked. He took the time to explain why he checked each item and what to look for. The price was very reasonable. They also had great options for monthly payments for service plans and what each service plan included.

Fast, affordable and professional. And they are super friendly guys. Worked on my furnace and had it up and running in under an hour and had great suggestions for how to redesign our heating system to add efficiency and AC when the time comes. A++

From start to finish the team at Divine Heating and Cooling were, well divine. Customer service from Sarah was always professional, patient and kind. The technician, Matt was an expert. From the bidding process, to the equipment, to pointing me to a financing options, to the installation and beyond, he knew what he was doing. He answered all questions with ease and confidence. My house is cool again, thank you. It is great to do business with professionals like Divine.

Control techs NW was able to send Kyle and Chaise out same day to do a diagnostic on our furnace and find out why it had gone out twice over the weekend. The next day they had Austin out to give us a quote, two days after that Kyle and Chaise came back out and were able to install the new furnace for us! They were very professional, quick and efficient with installing the furnace and had it done in just a few hours! Their office staff were also very helpful and kind when we called in to setup the diagnostic. They originally weren’t going to have time until Tuesday to send someone out, after a few minutes they called back and were able to squeeze us in same day for which we were very appreciative of! Highly recommend.

Called for air conditioner repair because the experience last time with this company was exceptional. A virtual assistant answered, which is fine, and this virtual assistant was exceptional. The problem I have is I need weekends only, and their listing says 24 hours. Apparently they are only Monday through Friday.

It's not often you find a tech willing to drive 3 hours out of their way to get a part and return the same day after a 10 hour shift. And to do that after squeezing me into the schedule less than 18 hours prior to the service call. And as if that wasn't enough, after replacing the blower motor, he replaced a wire that had burned down to the copper, and put standoffs on everything so it wouldn't happen again. He didn't have to do that, he could have just fixed the blower motor and left. He took care of this the same way I would have for myself, and that doesn't happen very often. And of course, the way you can tell that these are the very best of technicians, he grabbed a broom and swept everything up afterwards. I can't even tell you how rarely that happens. The only possible way this experience could have been better is if it had been free, but then I'd have the whole guilty conscience thing, so it's better that they charged me. Just don't bother calling anyone else, if you've already found these guys, you're a winner. Stop looking and make the call.

Highly recommend! From start to finish Matt and his team were top notch. As someone who works in sales, I always appreciate when a company talks to you like a person instead of the ‘ol’ used car salesman pitch. Our heating had gone out sometime in the summer but we didn’t know until fall arrived. Divine H&C got us on their schedule very quickly over the weekend and a technician, Matt, was out by Monday.
Matt did an incredible job communicating with us as he worked to get to the bottom of the issue. He had to order a part and he was back out the day it arrived to complete the job.

The business as a whole did a great job communicating with us and we’d recommend 10/10.

Very competitive pricing but, the real win was the service. Crew was very professional, polite and, did great work. Great communication start to end. I'd recommend and, will call on them going forward for all future HVAC needs.

They were quick with their work, did a superb job, showed me how to operate temp control and left my garage spotless! Other bids were close to theirs, but professional manner won out! And they gave me a senior discount! Can’t recommend them enough! Divine treats you as nicely as their name!

At Divine heating come to my home for a air conditioner problem that I have the diagnosis has a better air conditioner and they want to replace it so send me a quote later in life so I had a different company come out to look at the same problem, do you have a company found out it just needed a condenser, which was a really small repair Had it fixed the same hour and running perfectly after that the vine wanted to put a new air conditioner in was over $10,000 so good luck when you use this company.

Honest, trustworthy and reasonable pricing! We highly recommend Divine Heating and Cooling! We have used them for an AC replacement, Furnace repair, installing a tankless water heater and duct cleaning. We wouldn’t use anyone else!

Divine installed my new heat pump & ductwork this past autum. My utility bill has been reduced dramatically, and my house is nice & toasty.

I called Divine Heating & Cooling for a cycling problem with our nearly new 9 month old Ruud heat pump/gas furnace. The heat pump wasn't heating in the morning after several hours. This system was installed by a different company which no longer exists. I called Divine Heating as they are local and have great reviews. Matthew, the owner, returned my call within 45' and said he could come out personally that afternoon to check out our system after I told him the name of the company we had used. Matthew and Tommy arrived at the stated time and proceeded through a general check of the entire system. They glued a PVC drain tube joint that was not done on the initial installation at no extra charge which was appreciated. They reset the heat pump and cleared the numerous error codes. They also found a few minor problems with the initial installation and would send out a bid on bringing the install up to code. Apparently, the prior install company did not even register our HVAC system or have the have it inspected though it did pass the electrical inspection for wiring.

Both Matthew and Tommy were polite and respectful, and they did not mind spending added time educating me on HVAC workings. Matthew did an excellent job of communicating with me by email, text, and phone that first day. I will be watching the system for the next week and will certainly call them if it acts up again. This time, with a cleared memory of the numerous backlog of error codes, they will be able to diagnose problems. I definitely recommend Divine Heating & Cooling and will make them my go to company for our HVAC system. They also do duct work and found a problem with our water heater installation which they said they could also make right as it was not level and leans outward from the wall straps holding upright. I am very happy with the entire process from making the initial appointment, the visit, and the online invoice payment option.
