After having difficult service experiences with the company which sold our Mitsubishi mini-split, I decided to check whether our furnace company might service that product. I am so glad I did. Someone came out the next day to figure out why the AC was not working and they went out of their way to get the repairs completed before the next round of hot weather. (And clean, courteous, all the good qualities.) We'll be sticking with Midway.

Great experience having our funace repaired. We had a break down going into the cold season and they squeezed us onto a busy schedule. Service tech Ryan knows his stuff and was friendly and efficient to get us back up and running. 100% satisfied.

We recently signed up for their care plan which covers maintenance on both our AC and Furnace and it’s wonderful to have peace of mind, knowing they are out 2x a year to make sure everything is running as it should be! Ryan, the Midway Tech arrived on time was extraordinarily professional, knew his stuff and solved our issue immediately. I was very impressed and actually called the company to let them know I thought Ryan represented their company incredibly well. We've had a number of opportunities to use Midway and have always been impressed with the company and staff but Ryan took our opinion to a whole new level!

Midway Heating and Cooling came out on a Sunday evening when our furnace decided to quit, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Nate was the tech who showed up, and he was friendly, professional, and clearly knew his stuff.

He diagnosed the issue quickly, explained what was going on in a way that made sense, and had everything fixed without any drama. It’s a huge relief when someone shows up after hours and just handles it. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Midway to anyone. After this experience, I’ll definitely be using them for our annual furnace service going forward.

I've been using Midway for 10 years now across two different houses. I keep coming back because their service is exceptional - the technicians are always on time, professional, and friendly. When I have questions about the work performed or my HVAC system in general, they are always more than happy to walk me through things until I understand, and they are never patronizing or in a rush. They are matter-of-fact in their approach and have never tried to upsell me or recommend services I don't actually need.

A very representative example of the Midway standard of service is when I added AC to my previous house. The sales rep walked me through the various models available, and stated very directly that the best choice would be to get the least expensive model, given the local climate and expected annual usage. When was the last time a salesman encouraged you to spend the least amount of money? That's the matter-of-fact, honest service I appreciate so much, and why I'll continue using Midway for all my HVAC needs.

Nate was most helpful, as always, when our old furnace conked out in mid-February. Thanks to him and Alex, Scott, and Antonio, we had a new furnace within two days. We've been Midway customers for 12 years, and we have always been happy with them. They are friendly, efficient, and reliable.

I would recommend Midway heating over and over again! They are very knowledgeable and did a great job on my furnace. I have lived in my home for 7 years using radiant ceiling heat and then after 4 consults and being told multiple times my only option is mini split heating I paid the $15k for this. They do not work well for my home so I was in the hunt again. I was referred to midway heating by a neighbor and that was the best thing possible. They came quickly to do the estimate and had me scheduled to start work 1 week later. Mind you it was the week before Christmas Antonio Scott and Jonathon came out to do the work and Alex came as well. They did amazing work. We’re very nice and pleas to work with and they kept clean even with such a hard job!! If I ever need work again I will for sure be going with them. And I also will sign up for the maintenance plan they have!! Could not recommend them more great company and great people.

I needed the furnace serviced and I’m glad I called Midway Heating. They were easy to schedule with, had great communication throughout, and Antonio was excellent to work with. He was on-time, patient, kind, and was happy to answer any questions I had about the furnace. Highly recommend!

Can't recommend these folks enough. My air conditioner stopped working in the middle of the hottest part of summer, and I knew that it may be difficult for me to get a company out to check it out last minute. I gave Control Techs NW a call on a recommendation from a friend, and they were able to come out the next business day and fixed the air conditioner right up. They were also able to troubleshoot and fix a squeaky fan issue with my furnace and get everything operational in a very quick and affordable manner. They were very professional and affordable, and I will absolutely never hesitate to use them again!

Control Techs NW were timely and had impeccable service. They were efficient and pricing was great! Hands down best HVAC guys around! They were very helpful in helping us figure out what AC unit we needed for our size home without trying to “over sell” us. Quality work from quality guys! I highly recommend them.

When, during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, we reached out for quotes to have air conditioning added to our system control techs by far stood out above and beyond the two other companies that gave us a quote. Prices did not very much between the three companies however what stood out about control tech was the ease of working with them, the ability to understand each quoted level of service from them the promptness in their response time and their willingness to work with what seem to be any financial situation but certainly ours. Both their scheduling staff as well as the technicians who came to install, were friendly, polite and caring. They took the time to get to know our family and were respectful of our property. When, about a year after install, our system wasn’t working perfectly, they called within hours of our request for service and scheduled a time to come complete a repair on the system. In fact, the repair was to a part of the system that they did not install, but they adequately and clearly explained what the issue was, how to fix it, and got the problem fixed and our house cooling efficiently. Had we just gone with the cheapest quote, I don’t feel that we would’ve had the warranty or the care plan service that we’ve experienced. The small difference in price is buying far worth the comfort and service that we received and I have the upmost faith that we will continue to receive.

Danny was so helpful. He was able to find time to squeeze us in during the early morning of a cold snap when our furnace went out. He took care of the problem quickly and was also able to service the unit and make recommendations and provide us a quote to improve the overall performance and energy efficiency of our furnace. I highly recommend Control Techs NW as they are honest, friendly, hard working and ethical.

Service is OK, when they don't forget your appointment scheduling for furnace oil delivery, but they are not the cheapest in town. I recommend calling around as they will price match-rather than just being the cheapest, they count on people not checking their prices.

Control Techs Northwest put a whole new system in our house. After our addition, the system we had just couldn’t keep up. Now we are comfortable no matter the weather and our electric bill is back to being reasonable. These guys are very knowledgeable, professional, and honest. Best in the business. I highly recommend them!

97° and our AC wouldn't fire up. I called around to all the HVAC companies I'd either previously used or had been referred to and everyone was booked out a month. I found Control Techs NW online, and since they had exemplary reviews, I gave them a call. They answered my call (you'd be surprised how many businesses don't), and were able to schedule me in within two days. The woman I spoke to was extremely professional and took detailed notes of everything I explained. I received an initial quote and the techs arrived right on time. When the problem was located I received a call from the tech explaining the issue and how much it was going to cost. They got everything back up and running in little time. Everything went smooth. I hope nothing else goes wrong with our HVAC system (furnace fixed, now AC fixed) but I'll definitely use Control Techs NW again if I have any issues.
