Our furnace was not starting and reporting an error code.
We call Robben & Sons that installed the furnace.
They had a technician come out early the next day and discovered a blockage in the exhaust PVC.
Since they installed the unit they were able to give me a quote for the work that same day.
Due to the holiday the work was scheduled and completed on Friday.
We are pleased with promptness and quality of the service.
We recommend this group for furnace work.

We’ve had very good overall experiences with the installation and maintenance work Robben & Sons has provided us over the years. They seem to maintain a good staff over the years. It’s hard to maintain good people so clearly that’s something they do well too.

Amazing people and service ! They were very helpful on the phone when I called after we experienced a water leak flooding our garage and didn't know if our furnace worked. They were able to get us in that week to do a diagnostic and tune up on the furnace. The tech was great at communicating with us that day about his arrival time. Also the tech was great at his job he was kind , caring , walked us through each step and explained a long the way. He was also honest ! Which we really appreciate among all of his other amazing qualities ! Also your pricing was very reasonable. Thank you so much your company is quite the team ! I had a fantastic experience with Toni Vantzelfden, Service Coordinator at Robben & Sons Heating. She provided outstanding customer service from start to finish, was incredibly responsive, often replying within minutes, and always followed up exactly as promised.
What impressed me most was her dedication. The blower and motherboard in my furnace needed replacement, and each part alone would have cost thousands of dollars. Toni worked tirelessly with the manufacturer, navigating extensive back-and-forth to get both parts covered. I honestly did not think this would be possible, but she made it happen. Instead of paying several thousand dollars, I am only responsible for the labor, which is just a few hundred.
Toni’s professionalism, persistence, and genuine care turned what could have been a very stressful and expensive situation into a smooth experience. I am very grateful for her help and would highly recommend Robben & Sons Heating for their excellent service and the high-quality people on their team.

We had used Robben and Sons many years ago when we had them install a tankless water heater in a previous home. They did an excellent job then. So when our Bryant mini split heating and cooling units needed repair and maintenance work, we felt quite comfortable calling on Robben and Sons to do the work. Without question, they are continuing to do excellent work. Their technicians are very knowledgeable, professional and they work very expeditiously. We are more than happy with their work.

I was suspicious when the quote to replace a furnace and add a/c came in lower than 3 other service providers, but the reviews of both Robben and Sons equipment and their workmanship were both positive so I went with them. It's been a few months since the installation and so far all positive! The sales person patiently prepared many different quotes for me to help me understand my options. The installers were friendly and knowledgeable, walking me through the new equipment at the end of the installation. They helped schedule the city inspector who signed off on the work, and most importantly the furnace has been working well. Will update if anything goes wrong but so far I'm very impressed, especially given the more competitive pricing!

Cameron at Midway did a great job fixing our furnace. He called ahead to let us know he was on the way, arrived promptly and had our furnace fixed within the hour. I would highly recommend!

The air conditioner stopped working. I called Midway and explained the situation and they sent someone in just couple hours! Ryan showed up, and identified the problem, and fixed it within 15 minutes. After testing it 3 times to make sure all was completed he left. Ryan was kind, courteous and professional.
I have faith in this company and highly recommend them!

Cameron came back today to service the furnace and gave the same exemplary service as he did in May on our air conditioner. Also, I am so pleased with the way Midland does business, and will call them in the future for anything having to do with heating and cooling!

Our 26 y.o furnace went out right before the storm and we called several companies for estimates to replace. Alex, from Midway came out and gave us an estimate but also provided us a temporary fix to get us through the storm - a very thoughtful and much appreciated gesture. We hired them based on their excellent customer service and a very fair estimate. The overall furnace install experience was seamless - techs on time, they explained furnace details, and left the area clean. We're very happy with our new furnace and highly recommend this company.

Tech was great and very informative, but paying $405 for 1hr of work is too much.

I had my mini split ac repaired earlier this week and Nate was the technician who repaired it. Nate was friendly, knowledgeable and respectful the entire time. He answered all my questions and explained everything in an easy to understand manner. Needless to say, my ac is fixed and running better than ever thanks to Nate. 10/10, I would absolutely use Midway services again.

Midway Heating Company got me out of a jam and for a far better price than the competition. Was quoted nearly $1,100 to replace a faulty gas valve and they did it for less than half price—no gimmicks, no upsells. The scheduler Jessica did everything in her power to help me out asap and Nate came within a couple hours. Highly recommend, they’ll be the first place I call next time. Thank you!
