Cole was so knowledgeable, friendly, and honest when he came to quote my new furnace. He was very respectful of my budget and needs. I’m extremely happy with the new unit he helped me select. I rarely take time to do reviews, but Cole’s customer service was exceptional and should be acknowledged. I’ve always had positive experiences with A-Temp, and I appreciated getting a large discount for being a long time member of their annual service plan.

Holden did an excellent job! He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and did a thorough job. We have always received phenomenal service from A Temp — no matter if it’s maintenance, repair or installing a new HVAC system!

Matt N, the electrician who came to disable our old home security system and install a new smoke detector, was great. He was knowledgeable, professional, helpful, efficient and informative. He kindly did a couple extra steps so things looked better. Very impressed, would hire them again.

Robert was so helpful and efficient! He arrived on time, was very friendly and found the problem right away. He fixed it quickly and it’s working great now. I highly recommend Robert and the team at A Temp!

Ricky was very kind and patient when he came to do the routine, free maintenance service they provide on the new furnace they installed for us in ‘24. I was late arriving home for the appointment and he said he didn’t mind at all. Very sweet to our animals and very professional and clean. High recommended A-Temp.

Brian did a great job explaining the problem with my aged out furnace. Along with pictures and humor it was time for a new system. Thank you Brian! Berch and his helper came early to clean our dryer vent which was great! They even found a birds nest so we really needed a cleaning. A-Temp is a great company which tries to work with their clients on scheduling and cleaning. I highly recommend them!

Ozzy was great! He helped identify a lingering issue in our furnace and got it fixed in the same day. I appreciated his professionalism and dedication to resolving our issue same day.

We called A-Temp based on ratings and they did not disappoint. They arrived sooner than expected — yay they were able to fit us in, called to see if that worked and gave us an eta. Perfect!!! The gentleman that you sent went above and beyond to assist us. We were very impressed with the customer service we received. They were able to fix the leaks we had in a very short time period and providing us with sound advice. We will be using your agency moving forward with any upgrades and/or service calls.

Nov. 2025, Ricky was very friendly & gave our dogs some love too. He serviced our unit very nicely & answered all my questions. He even made an adjustment to our thermostat that will make it work even better for us. He was fantastic to work with & I would love to work with him again on our next service!

Jan. 2026, We had a new Service Call today & Mark was fabulous to work with. He listened to my explanations about what had happened in the past & what had recently been tried to get things running again. Then he checked the units thoroughly & explained what was needed for the full repair. He was able to get things working again for now while we wait for the repair parts to arrive.

Jan. 2026, the repair parts arrived then Mark came back to install them at our house. He was really great to work with again. I would even say that he went above and beyond what other repair folks would do. (We have worked with many for appliance repairs over the years.) I really like Mark’s service!

During a routine maintenance visit, Derek went above and beyond. He took the extra step to check the gas pressure to our furnace and discovered it was running too low — something that could have easily been missed. Because of that, we were able to call the gas company, and it turned out we needed a new gas meter installed.

What really stood out was that even the gas company technician was impressed that Derek checked the gas pressure in the first place. That level of attention to detail and professionalism is rare.

Huge thanks to Derek for being thorough, knowledgeable, and truly looking out for our safety and comfort. Highly recommend him to anyone needing HVAC service.

A-Temp & Derek have been absolutely wonderful to work with. Our furnace was acting weird with 2 error codes consistently flashing frequently and Derek diagnosed the issue patiently by eliminated the possibilities one by one. They were very flexible with scheduling sending Derek and other techs on time and communicated before the techs arrived on site. Overall, a great experience.

Whoever was driving today 2/24/26 on 205 around 830 am should never be behind the wheel of a work van. 981 JCA license plate. Horrendous driver. I have the video on my dash camera. Almost caused an accident. Pulling out into traffic not looking. Changing lanes erratically. Terrible. Great way to represent the company

Alex and his crew went over and above normal expectations to get my furnace replaced when it quit in very cold temperatures. They were quick to help me get heat restored to my home. They handled unexpected road blocks, were Friendly, helpful, polite and cleaned everything up better than it was before they arrived. I highly recommend A-Temp.

Keith from a temp was the most wonderful person we’ve ever had come our home to help us resolve our issue with our heater. He was kind, extremely knowledgeable and made us feel completely at ease. I normally never do reviews, but A+ Temp was pretty great and definitely deserves some kudos. My husband and I have had ongoing issues with the auxiliary heat strips running which is blowing up our electricity bill. I called A+ this morning and the office person was super friendly, and knowledgeable, she walked me through some thermostat options but we were not able to resolve it. She had multiple times they could have a tech out same day. I opted for the 4-6 arrival window due to my work schedule. I received a Text when tech AJ was on the way as anticipated around 4:00. AJ arrived on time and got to it. He found some wiring issues. Some other error codes and was not able to address 100% of the issues due to the manufacturer s tech support being closed. AJ was very personable and knowledgeable and I feel confident that we made progress in determining what is causing the excessive auxiliary heat strip usage. A follow up appointment is scheduled for Monday when tech support is available. Over all great experience with everyone at A+ and AJ seems like a real keeper.

Robben & Sons has been servicing my HVAC system since I purchased my house in 2008, and did so for the previous owners. Great consistent service and communciation. Purchased a new system from them in 2015 and it has been great. Scott came today for the annual service: professional, polite & helpful.

It's not easy finding a good boiler maintenance service--Robben and Sons has had my back for over 10 years--thanks for that and thanks to Jeremiah for coming out and getting us ready for the winter. Also--today Josh handled a problem for me quickly and painlessly! It's great having the service agreement--there won't be an interruption of heat tonight!
