A-Temp Heating provided top-level service for a maintenance appointment for my HVAC system from the initial contact setting up the appointment to the actual service call. Within 1 hour after I submitted an online request for a service appointment, I had a callback from A-Temp (Johanna) who explained what I can expect at a maintenance check, the cost, and how their membership program worked. Omar (Service Technician) is an excellent technician and completed a thorough job checking out the HVAC unit. He was professional and courteous as he explained the service he performed and answered my several questions about how best to service the unit for optimum performance. I highly recommend A-Temp as an HVAC company who will provide excellent customer service.

They do a great job all up to code and got us on the schedule for next day.
The only downfall is the assessment charge of 189.00 and the replacement of 4 outlet were very expensive. I would’ve gone with the other company but they couldn’t fit me in and I needed to get this done fast. The other company was about $200 less and they don’t charge an assessment charge. Overall A temp does a great job. They’re just a little pricey, so if you’re able to wait on the job, I would shop around. If you need it Done fast and safe, they are the people to call. but expect to be paying over price for what they’re doing. They charge $189 just to come and assess it. It does go towards your bill but they charge more, rack up their pricing so the 189 towards your bill means nothing really. I ended up paying almost $500 for a change of plugs GFI. And they told me well it would’ve been more but your 189 went towards it. So it’s $600 for four plug changes that’s way expensive.
I ended up paying just under $500 to come out and do a job that should’ve been about $200 less than that I’m not happy with the price but happy with the job.
Rack up the price. They do a great job, but they’re expensive overall plain these is what I’m trying to say.

He was great! Very polite, kept us updated on what he was doing. When he was finished gave us a summary of the furnace inspection.

Friendly, efficient, effective, responsive to my questions and took initiative to check out a couple concerns I had. One of best techs we have had. Brent returned 2 days later, with Mark, to replace a leaking roof vent. He is very professional, especially in the way he diagnoses issues and assertively goes after both the source of the problem as well as recommending solutions. Quality performance in interactions as well as technical tasks.

Brian was extremely knowledgeable about HVAC system maintenance. I expect the adjustments he made to our furnace will prolong its performance. Thank you!

Jose came out to look at our furnace after two other companies had already inspected it. He was by far the most thorough and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and went above and beyond. Excellent service and professionalism. Highly recommend.

Keith did a great job of diagnosing and fixing our furnace issue as quickly as possible, which was extremely appreciated as the weather was getting awfully cold in the evenings. We really appreciated that the office followed up when they were told that our part was obsolete. They found the part and it was installed the day after Thanksgiving. It's nice to be warm again. Our tech Billy did a fantastic job of finding out what the systemic problem with our furnace and heat pump on our property was. He found the culprit of a bare wire that was rubbing up against metal which kept shorting our system.

Ricky did our annual inspection and service of our furnace. He was prompt, professional, and friendly. He took detailed photographs of all parts of our furnace and spent several minutes going over the results with us. He was very honest about the findings and what items could be reviewed at the next inspection. Ricky is a credit to the organization!

A-temp is one of the finest companies I have ever worked with. My new furnace is excellent, and they have followed up impeccably to ensure that everything is right.

Updated to say: the same! I had a question about airflow after my furnace was installed, and A-temp sent several specialists to help analyze and resolve my concerns, free of charge. These people know their craft, and are amazingly pleasant to work with!

Jayden performed annual furnace checkup and spent time checking the physical and electronic items. He changed out our air filter( i had one), pointed out a small crackin the heat exchanger ( which we will monitor) and changed out the bulb element in our air scrubber. In total, he was very professional, had a great attitude and helpful approach.

Tim provided excellent service, , he listened to our concerns and addressed and explained each one. He checked thermostat settings and corrected some settings the made adjustments to the heat pump. He did.a thorough inspection of the install, corrected an issue and explained in detail the system operation and how to maximize our comfort and heat pump performance. Very satisfied, great experience. He was very conscientious and personable. Excellent customer focus.

Brent did a FANTASTIC job! He came to install an air scrubber in my home and once he was done, he went above and beyond, cleaning a couple of different components and making sure my equipment was in tip-top shape. He even took the extra time to help with a couple of non-HVAC related issues I was having in my crawl space. I appreciate the time he took, the attention to detail and the profound level of care he has for his customers. Service like this is why I will always choose ATEMP.

A-temp never lets me down. Brian was here today to do routine maintenance and inspection. He found a potential problem in my heating system and explains it to me carefully in
layman's terms that I could understand. And when I explained to him that I could not afford any solution at the moment, he told me about several ways that I might get help. All in all, Brian took very good care of me and I sincerely appreciate his help.

I'm not at all surprised, because S- temp always takes very good care of me.

Andre came to my house to check out problems with a bathroom heater and ceiling fan. He was very polite, friendly and skilled. He diagnosed the problems and the solutions very quickly, gave me an estimate for the work, and set up a return appointment. I was very impressed with Andre's knowledge, skill and efficiency.

Andre returned a week later to install a new bathroom heater and a timer switch for a ceiling fan. He did an excellent job with the installation and carefully explained how the new systems work. We were very pleased with Andre's knowledge, skill and politeness. We will ask for him the next time we need to have work done.

Very efficient, professional and did a great job! The 2 gentleman that came out treated me and my house with respect. Will definitely be using them again.

Ozzy was the technician that came on Friday to analyze my furnace and identified it was not safe to continue using. He was professional and thorough.
Then on Saturday I was scheduled to meet with Cole to review my options. Cole contacted me and was able to arrive earlier than our scheduled time. He was very open, professional and answered all my questions. He did not pressure me as to what furnace I should purchase from them.
I would recommend A-temp heating.

I appreciate that they showed app right on time. They didn't leave my house in disarray. They were very knowledgeable and told me everything that they were doing before they did it.
And left me with a great printout of their services.
Per month or per year? I'm sorry. I can't remember their names happens when you're 72, almost 73.
But they were very polite And I appreciate their getting in and doing what needed to be done.And be done with it, thank you.I am reasonably sure that i'm going to sign up for the contract to have it automatically deducted from my account.

We have had nothing but great experiences with A-Temp so far. They are so knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Ricky came out on Christmas eve to do maintenance for us and he was super awesome, even giving my two kiddos little A-Temp penguin stuffies before he left. Would recommend, they definitely go above and beyond.

Robert was very helpful and explained all different options. He was also very nice and represented his company well. I definitely would want him to come back and do my repairs. Janice Engle
