I called Petra for indoor air quality issues. The office was very pleasant and easy to work with. Scheduling was a breeze and the technician, Matt, arrived on time. Matt was extremely professional and went the extra mile to explain what work was being done and how the technology worked. My house has two furnaces and I had air scrubbers installed in both. The air scrubbers work amazingly well. Even with all of the smoke outside, our indoor air quality is great. I have recommended Petra to my friends and family already. From start to finish, my experience with Petra was a 10.

While this review is specifically about our experience with Joe, all the people we have dealt with at Petra have been fantastic. Such a pleasure to deal with friendly, professional people.

Our experience with Joe was a complete pleasure. He was friendly, informative, polite and completely professional. He worked on the installation of our new heat pump most of the day and the work was overall surprisingly quiet. At the end, everything looked exactly as it had before thanks to having the entire area from the front door to the work area covered in tarps and also Joe's professional work removing and replacing the ceiling.

We will not hesitate to recommend Petra to all our friends and neighbors.

Petra just installed new range hood ducting and a make-up air system for our home. They are very skilled and knowledgeable professionals with a great attitude. The experience was a pleasure, from the initial consultation and continuing oversight by Matt to the install and final details by Jon, Mark, Jordan, and Aidan. They made repeated trips to ensure the installation, which was challenging in at least a couple of ways, was completed successfully. Brittnee and JoLynn were also very friendly and helpful during the scheduling, contract signing, and payment phases.

Great experience all around replacing my gas furnace with a heat pump. Everyone was competent and professional. Alex and John were professional and respectful and did an excellent job. Very happy I went with Petra!

Petra did a great job of assessing how to best install several mini splits in our house, where the pathway to connect the indoor and outdoor units was not straightforward. This required creative thinking and a wealth of experience to arrive at a good solution. Their installers were respectful, timely, careful, and very detail-oriented, and did a fantastic job even in challenging circumstances. We are very pleased with the service we received and with getting efficient cooling in hard to reach spaces. Thank you Petra!

All I can say is WOW! I was starting to believe the days of yesteryear were gone, but found quite the opposite when Carlos showed up to service my AC. Highly experienced, knowledgeable, and personable. Britnee was able to schedule me that day and Carlos was able to troubleshoot all my issues with a commitment to return if I notice anything concerning.

The service and follow up from Petra was great in repairing my wine cellar refrigeration unit recently. Jason, Andy, Mark and Alex were all very proffessional during the process of identifying the problem, ordering the parts and final installation repair. Support from Jo and Britney was also great in setting up appointments and coordinating the efforts.

I've been in the service business myself and would recommend their services based upon my pleasurable experience and final results with them.

Carlos was here and inspected the entire system. What a pro!!! He was incredibly thorough and explained everything about what he was doing and how the system worked. He made several adjustments - and, seriously, I think the system works better now than it ever had before - even our office is getting some AC. Really appreciate his work ethic, customer service/communication skills and values. I worked for over 40+ yrs in 6 industries and finding employees like him was very rare. Andy Fey did our scheduled AC maintenance today. He was extremely courteous, friendly, and informative. He explained the status of our system and options for maximizing its function within the context of our particular house. We have a maintenance contract with Petra and highly regard the company based on the technicians we have encountered so far.

I've been fortunate enough to work with Petra many times over the years, though until now, only in the capacity of a contractor for clients' homes. When it came to a complicated job for my own home (adding a fully ducted heat pump system to a split level home with zero existing ductwork), I felt very fortunate to know who to call. From the beginning, Tom, Britnee, and Ashley made it a seamless process from the initial job walk, to scheduling my work. Matt was incredibly thorough and informative at our pre-job walk, discussing ducting paths, supply locations, and best practices--it was amazing to see how much science and planning goes into a properly sized and executed system. On a flexibility note, Matt was even willing to pivot slightly with the installation schedule strategy to make sure I could be present for exact supply locations. For the installation, I feel very grateful to have had Jon and Alex working tirelessly and meticulously every day until the job was done, with Mark even stopping by to assist. Jon took my scrupulousness in stride and rose to the occasion, locating supplies with surgical precision. The HVAC phase was by far the longest and most invasive of my remodeling project, and while I am thrilled to have made it across the finish line, I was a little sad to see Jon and Alex go--they were absolute rock stars and I genuinely appreciate all of their hard work to build a system that will keep me warm and cool for decades to come. Whether you have a complex project like mine, or simply need routine maintenance, I cannot recommend Petra enough. Thank you to the entire Petra team.
