Excellent customer service. I needed my gas capped since I was switching to an electric stove. They came the next day. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He even looked up the specs for my new stove to see if the gas line needed to be removed. It didn’t and that saved me a lot of money. Someone else could have said it needed to be done and uncharged a lot.

We had Alex come out to service our furnace and he was excellent! Very professional and informative. Highly recommend!

I had Ralph and his team assist with a new type of Heat Pump install from a new company with a new yet to be put into production. His team came out to my home and without really knowing the product they worked with the manufacture and myself to do an amazing job of a brand-new install in my home. The work was beautiful, the team professional and very fun to work with. Very pleased with Ultimate Comfort. Had an ancient oil furnace that finally died and decided to replace it with a heat pump. Called four companies and Ultimate Comfort came back with the most competitive pricing and best installation window.
Deybe, who handled the installation was excellent. Came right on time and was communicative. He explained everything to me before work started, looked for solutions that worked best with my space, and kept me updated as work progressed. He finished right on time and left the space cleaner than it was before he arrived.
Everyone else I’ve interacted with at Ultimate Comfort—John, Teresa, and Ralph—have all been friendly and helpful as well. I will definitely call them again for future HVAC needs.

Because of the positive experience we had during a furnace and AC replacement, we invited them back a few years later to install our new range hood. It was no surprise when the job was handled professionally, in a timely manner, and at a very competitive price.

As it was when you installed our HVAC 10 years ago, the service was excellent. Alex was great about explaining every thing he did and was efficient with the service. He was very friendly and customer oriented.

the gentlemen from Ultimate Comfort were great!! my landlord hired them to install a new furnace for the lil house I rent when the old one bit the dust. John came out the other day for the consult, and Alex and Deyby did the installation today! everybody was friendly and professional. Technician was the only positive part of this experience. Even he thought the quoted price was absurd for the work. Owner Ralph was very unprofessional. Gave me an astronomical quote for what ended up being a 30 minute repair. They tried to still charge me the originally amount and I had to ask 3 times to finally get a detailed invoice to see how they arrived there. Along with 2x the normal part cost, they are the only service company I’ve ever had charge me “Labor time” for time in the van driving to my home.

Strongly encourage you to look elsewhere unless you want hidden fees and terrible explanations.

There was some confusion about scheduling the appointment but in the end it worked out fine. Alexander, the technician did a fine job doing maintenance on our furnace and due to a possible issue he had the estimator come out to provide a quote on a new system. He came within a couple hours of the technician calling him. I was pleased with their timeliness and professionalism! The service call was paid for last year so I don’t recall what we paid.

We partnered with Joe, Matteo and the Ultimate Comfort team to do a HVAC mold remediation along with my team at Voda Cleaning & Restoration. They were great to work with - responsive, professional, and thorough throughout. I look forward to working with them again!
