Our AC stopped cooling over the weekend, I made an appointment on the company website, since we'd used them at our old house, on Saturday for a Monday appointment (arrival between 10 am - 3 pm). At 3:15 on Monday I called the company as a technician hadn't arrived and they said that the online reservations don't come through (even thought I received email and text confirmations) and told me they couldn't get anyone out today. At this point, I'm so disappointed that they can't manage to make their online appointments that we'll never use them again.

I recently used Comfort Heating Solutions to install a heat pump in a property. The staff was extremely professional and competent. The estimator had an excellent understanding of Oregon rebate opportunities. The installers were great to work with. It was an excellent experience all around and I'm very pleased with the work.

Mason recently repaired our furnace. Took him two visits due to the fact that they had to order the part. He was prompt and answered all of my questions. He did a temporary fix until the part came in. He also found another issue on his second visit and repaired that as well. I found him to be very professional and enjoyed talking with him.

We had Comfort Solutions install our new furnace about 6 months ago (review below). This weekend, our AC, which we didn’t replace, quit working. Comfort sent out a technician who not only arrived on time but diagnosed the problem quickly, fixed it and was very professional and pleasant. He was knowledgeable and helpful as well. I was very happy with the service.

Comfort Solutions did a professional and clean job of installing a new furnace and moving a thermostat. When we had adjustment issues, a technician responded quickly and Cameron was very responsive, knowledgeable and pleasant. The office kept us informed and the installation crew arrived on time and finished early.

Just wanted to say that Mason did an amazing job for me. Tenant called and said the AC wasn’t working. So I called Comfort Solutions and they sent out Mason to investigate the problem. Once he arrived and diagnosed the unit he called me and gave me a complete rundown of the problem. He was very detailed and explained everything in English terms to me so I would understand how the system work's and what the problem was. I was very impressed and pleased that he took the time to do this. He gave me options and prices which I thought were very reasonable. I gave him the go ahead to repair the unit. It’s been a couple weeks now and the unit is running flawless. He was very professional and knowledgeable of the system. Thanks Mason for your professionalism and your knowledge working on this system. I would not hesitate to call this company. we were in need of updating our 20+ year old home and chose comfort solutions to replace both AC units and the furnace. This company gave us a competitive quote and were very professional and knowledgeable with the tear out and installation. They sent a four-man crew and kept our home clean with foot coverings and drop cloths on the stairways and flooring. The men were kind and considerate, friendly, and worked efficiently to get the work done quickly. We recommend them highly and would choose comfort solutions again.

Mason came to do a routine maintenance of my heating system and did a fine job of explaining everything he did. He also realized I had a problem with my hot water heater that I didn’t realize was going on. So he fixed that and probably saved me a lot of money. I am so appreciative of his expert attention to details and his observation skills. Mason is a great technician!

Comfort installed my furnace years ago and my AC just a couple years ago and I contact them for the maintenance.

Office staff are always friendly and knowledgeable and are prompt to return calls. I appreciate that they are able to see my info just based on my phone number and so they can see my service history and I don’t have to reintroduce myself each time.

Kenneth was the technician today- he was fantastic! Prompt, thorough and patient. He listened to my rambles, heard the applicable pieces, and went to work. When wrapping up and going over the summary and recommendations, he unknowingly resolved a BIG question about one of the rooms in my house- major lightbulb moment.

Mason, our service provider is a keeper. He was prompt, professional, and a great young man. He was very good at explaining what he did, what was needed now and what we need to do later. I will make an appointment for April or May to have him return. Catherine, the woman at the office is very much on top of things and seems to be a sweet, friendly person. I will definetly continue to use Comfort Solutions for furnace and AC.

Marcus B came by for an annual HVAC maintenance check and he was great. He was very efficient and informative and helped me feel confident that I understand how the systems in my apartment work. Happy to continue to use Comfort Solutions in the future!

This team of professionals went above and beyond the call of duty to get our furnace up and running quickly and at a reasonable price. They were professional, friendly and I would work with them again!

We chose Comfort Solutions after getting several quotes to replace our 30 yr old HVAC system. We chose Comfort Solutions based on price and availability. Also their included 3 yr labor warranty is beyond the norm. We were impressed with techs Marcus and Justin who did our install (July 2025). They were great start to finish. We are very pleased with the end result and recommend getting a quote from Comfort Solutions when the time comes to shop for a new HVAC.

From estimate to install the entire process was seamless. I am very pleased with the current incentives and felt that the timing was perfect to add a ductless system to my home.

Great company that truly cares about their customers. They came out to repair my furnace and were very thorough throughout the entire process. While the repair took a bit longer than originally expected, they took the time to go back and double-check their diagnosis to make sure everything was done correctly. In the end, they identified the right issue and fixed it properly. What really stood out to me was their integrity and professionalism—they were transparent, fair, and clearly put doing the job right above rushing through it.
