Saturday, June 26th our AC goes down. 100+ outside. Called around on Monday and found Winter and Summer Hvac. Gabriel came out and fixed everything. At this point, Winter and Summer is my go to company for HVAC matters. He was friendly, fast and most importantly fixed the problems. Thank you Sir!!!!!!

Gabe came within 30 minutes and fixed our ac when he other guys were gooked out. He was fast and courteous and suggested an affordable improvement to cool our home better.

Like the other reviews before me....AWESOME! Best overall HVAC repair experience I have ever had. Answered all my questions and gave me helpful tips to further the life of my 22 year old unit. I know where I am going to when I need a new system! Called me quickly from home advisor and said he could be at my place the next morning between 8-10. When 9:45 came he called and said it would be 10:15. COMMUNICATION! Something we don't have nowadays. Highly recommend!!!!!!!

Gabriel not only explained what was wrong with my A/C unit, he fixed it and gave me advise about how to make it last longer. It's an older unit and I really appreciate that he had integrity and fixed instead of convincing me it was beyond repair and I needed a new one. When I do need a new one in a few years, I will call him.
He also knows how to install the LED ultraviolet lights for the whole house air system so I scheduled an appt. in w weeks for that service.

Our blower for the heat pump AC quit on a 100 degree day and Gabe was out by early afternoon to diagnose the problem, found a replacement blower and had it installed by early evening. Highly recommeded!

Gabe installed central heating in my home along with AC and a Heat pump in 3 days in August when my attic was over 100 degrees. He was extremely professional and really kind. He answered all of my questions. I had an issue with the manufacturers design within the first year, and Gabe showed up to my house the next day to fix it. We are very happy with our new heat pump and furnace that were installed this summer. Gabe gave us a great estimate that was what we needed and did not try and over sell us. He was prompt and when there was a delay for the needed furnace, he kept us updated. As soon as the furnace came in, installation was quickly scheduled and completed flawlessly. The heat pump preformed very well during the summer heatwaves and we are confident it will keep us warm this winter and our furnace will protect us from any Arctic blast.

We had a 25 year old furnace and air-conditioned replaced. Ultimate installed a new furnace and heat pump and contracted for duct cleaning. Ralph Shafer came to our house inspected our system and evaluated our needs. He then gave us several options and explained their cost/benefit profiles. When we chose a system he was quick with a quote and always available to answer questions. We compared the Ultimate quote to two other quotes and it was the least expensive especially when you factored in the free filter and first year maintenance. The installation took 2 full days and the technicians were great! They answered all my questions and kept the work site clean. I highly recommend Ultimate Comfort.
